The Tristan Residences is a new 25-unit development being proposed to go on North Jefferson Street next to the Tristan Hotel, which is currently under construction. The Thrash Group out of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, is the manager of the company that has applied to the Pensacola Architectural Review Board for approval of the new development.
