Cooling stations to open across Las Vegas valley due to extreme heat warning
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) – Due to an extreme heat warning by the National Weather Service, cooling stations will be set up over the weekend to assist the Las Vegas community.
On Sunday, June 15, Clark County and community partners will open cooling stations for the public during daytime hours.
The cooling centers are open to people experiencing homelessness and others in the community who need cool, indoor spaces away from the heat.
