Post Malone SPLITS from girlfriend Christy Lee... amid custody battle with his ex-fiancee

Post Malone and Christy Lee have ended their whirlwind romance. The 29-year-old music artist began dating the younger stylist shortly after he split from ex-fiancée Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park last November. Sources told TMZ that Malone — real name Austin Post — and the aspiring influencer split up a little less than one month ago. The outlet noted that it's unknown whether the breakup was amicable. In January they were spotted together for the first time during a dinner date in Rome. In March they appeared in a TikTok video shared by a fan who spotted them at a bar. The pair put on a loved-up display, with Christy's hand wrapped around the singer's arm as they sat at the upper level of the venue. The White Iverson hitmaker is in a custody battle with his ex Jamie over their three-year-old daughter, who is referred to in legal documents as 'DDP.' In May he petitioned a court to hold the proceedings in Utah, with legal documents submitted by his attorney Laura Wasser stating that he is raising the child there. Park filed a similar request in Los Angeles County court, petitioning the court for primary custody, with the pop star getting nominal time. However, Post told the court that she strategically filed in Los Angeles for perceived advantages in the court battle. Wasser pointed out to the court that the exes' daughter has a number of essential ties to Utah. Listed among them was her nanny, pediatrician, music classes, physical education, and swimming. The Texas-bred musician announced the birth of his child in June 2022 without disclosing her name. At the same time, he revealed he was engaged to the baby's mother but kept his fiancée's identity private, with fans taking to calling her 'Jamie.' Throughout his short-lived romance with Christy, the performer and his then-girlfriend were spotted on multiple lavish outings in Europe and the states. In Park's court filing, she asked that her ex cover her legal costs, and also revealed that their daughter was born in May 2022. Sources previously told TMZ that Post filed for custody in Utah because he and Park had previously been splitting custody down the middle in the state, but that it's also to his financial benefit, as Utah is less generous with child-support payments than California.

‘Didn't mean to almost break your back': Fans scream as Post Malone falls off stage

Post Malone fans were left screaming in fear at a recent gig as the music superstar fell off the stage. The genre-busting singer, 29, strutted down the walkway at his concert in Arizona with a red cup in hand. As he reached the end of the runway he crouched down to cheers a fan who was filming the moment. However, crowd-pleaser Post's goodwill took an unfortunate turn and as he put his foot on a flimsy block it fell away, causing him to tumble onto the floor. The incident happened as Post – real name Austin Richard Post – sang his and Blake Shelton's hit Pour Me A Drink. The fan filming the moment uploaded the footage online and wrote, 'I didn't mean to almost break your back.' Fortunately, Post wasn't injured and continued with the show, playing five more songs. Since the gig, Post's personal life has made headlines. Last night TMZ reported that the singer has split from girlfriend Christy Lee, 20. The outlet claims the pair went their separate ways about a month ago, having only gone public at the start of the year following his split from ex-fiancee Hee Sung 'Jamie' Park. Post kept his relationship with Jamie private, aside from publicly acknowledging their engagement and the birth of their daughter in 2022. They are currently locked in a custody battle. Christy is a student at Parsons School of Design in New York, studying strategic design and management. She's also an aspiring influencer, often posting trend-driven videos on TikTok — from what's-in-my bag to fashion hauls. She went to high school in Newport Beach, California, before moving to the East Coast. Christy worked as a sales associate, hostess and social media intern at Bella Venice while living in California. Following her relocation to New York, she first found employment as a social media manager, before becoming an assistant stylist at Kristina Askerova Studio.

Post Malone Seemingly Struggles To Handle His Alcohol Amid Breakup From Influencer GF: 'He's Not Sober Anymore?'

Post Malone doesn't seem to be coping well with his split from his girlfriend, Christy Lee. Just days after ending things with the aspiring influencer, the singer suffered a nasty fall during a performance while seen holding alcohol. Now, fans are questioning if Malone, who is in the middle of a nasty custody battle for his daughter, is taking his sobriety seriously. The drama went down at the State Farm Stadium in Phoenix, where the "Sunflower" hitmaker took the stage to perform his and Blake Shelton's duet "Pour Me A Drink." Embodying the lyrics, Malone held a red plastic cup in his hand, which was presumably filled with beer. As seen in a viral TikTok clip, the singer belted out the lyrics while walking towards an excited fan near the front of the stage. Upon getting close, he crouched to toast the fan, who also had a cup of beer, when things took a dramatic turn. A supporting structure mounted on the stage gave way under Malone's weight, causing him to tumble. He dived knee-first, spilling his drink in the process, and the crowd audibly gasped. Although the video didn't show the singer's state after his fall, the fan apologized for the accident in the post's caption. "I am SO sorry, Austin," she wrote, referencing the artist's real name. "I love you! Such an amazing show [red heart emoji] @Post Malone," it read. The viral clip sparks questions about Malone's sobriety. The "Circles" songster, who has admitted to struggling with alcohol addiction, alluded to being sober after welcoming his daughter in 2022. As The Blast previously reported, in an interview with Zane Lowe, the 29-year-old spoke about how fatherhood inspired him to ditch his partying lifestyle. Alongside leaving that life behind, the hitmaker also confronted his weakness for alcohol. Admitting that he used to have a "very hard time" expressing himself if he wasn't "a little f-cked up," Malone told the host his relationship with drinking had changed. In his words: "It's a good spot now because if I'm not recording or I'm not talking to people or if I'm not doing shows, I really do drink just to have fun. It's like having a beer with my dad or my bud." As expected, Malone's tumble has earned reactions from fans, who expressed concern over his well-being. Many wondered about his sobriety pledge, suggesting the cup of beer was responsible. "Is he always drunk or something? Because this isn't the first video of him falling on tour? Also, this stage was built cheaply," one fan penned on social media. Another comment read, "How many times is he going to fall on this tour? Saw a video of him slipping and falling on stage. Mess!" A third fan accused, "I could've sworn he said after having his daughter, he was [going to] be sober," while another wondered, "He's not sober anymore?" Malone's embarrassing performance comes just days after his breakup with girlfriend Christy Lee was confirmed. Per TMZ, the award-winning artist has been single for a while, as they called it quits almost a month ago. It is, however, unclear what caused the split or if the exes remain amicable. Malone and Lee began dating earlier this year, debuting their romance in March in a viral TikTok where they were spotted engaging in a steamy PDA session. They were first spotted in January enjoying a stroll in Rome before heading out to dinner at the Mascagni Hotel. Malone and Lee's romance took off after the "Rockstar" hitmaker ended his engagement with his former ex, Hee Sung "Jamie" Park, with whom he shares his daughter. Amid his sudden breakup, Malone is knee-deep in a custody battle with his ex, Park. As The Blast reported, the rapper's baby mother filed to change the existing custody agreement, giving him only visitation rights. She requested full physical custody of the two-year-old but is willing to share legal custody with the award-winning artist. Following her filing, Park took things a step further when she served Malone his papers just two days before his Coachella set. She reportedly employed a process server who tracked him down at a luxury apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles. Malone was allegedly served inside a parking garage around 1 p.m.
