Awkward moment Aussie stylist accidentally gets sent scathing message slamming his red carpet look

An Aussie stylist has called out a makeup artist after she accidentally sent him a message on Instagram slamming his red carpet look. Bhavninder Sanghera shared a post to his Instagram story on Tuesday after he received a message from the popular influencer about a previous video he had shared. The woman criticised the bright red Gucci outfit he wore to the Australian premiere of Superman. 'Jesus Christ Jack I'm not being funny but he looks like the worst version of a Bollywood actor of the sea in my life. What the f**k are those veneers lol,' the comment, which was sent to the wrong person, read. Bhavninder hit back, writing: 'When someone tries to talk behind your back but accidentally replies to your story instead.' From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. 'How negative and rude are some people? Please don't book this horrible and racist human being for makeup. 'I don't even have veneers, my teeth are natural! Just whitened by the dentist. Being a kind and decent person doesn't cost anything.' It comes after Aussie model Rachael Finch also recently shared a horrific message she received from an online hater, and hit back at the troll. The former Miss Universe runner-up, 36, took to Instagram in May to read out a brutal email she was sent via her supplement brand, Kissed Earth. The message slammed the company for being 'boring' and accused Rachael of giving her children Violet, nine, and Dominic, six, a 'life of boredom and misery'. 'Just wanted to know why this brand of product is any different or more effective than the millions that are already on the market,' the message began. 'It's just so boring. The market is well over-saturated, so what is your point of difference? Or is it that it is owned by a runner-up Miss Australia from 16 years ago?' 'Is that how she justifies her excessive price point? Also, what medical doctors were consulted in the development of the powdered oral range?' it continued. The hate message went on to say humans 'have existed and thrived on this planet for millions of years' without the help of 'gut tonics or turmeric enemas'. 'You are just the most boring and angular-faced woman on Australian TV,' they added. The troll then accused Rachael of making 'controversial statements online just to get people thinking' about the mother-of-two and her brand. 'People don't like you because your kids live a life of boredom and misery,' they said, referencing the gruelling exercise regime Rachel and her husband Michael Miziner have for their kids. 'They aren't having fun working out with their bats*** crazy mother on Christmas morning, that's for sure. 'Get a life and stop trying to ride on the tailcoats [sic] of a long forgotten title that, in the modern day, holds virtually no relevance as compared to 20 years ago.' They then said the Miss Universe pageant title Rachael once competed for is now seen as 'irrelevant, chauvinistic and boastful'. The message also took aim at her 2010 stint on Dancing With The Stars, saying the competition show was just 'satire'. 'Don't you get it? We're laughing at you, not for you. All of your accomplishments are decades old now,' they said. Rachael appeared to take the horrific and lengthy message in her stride, saying she 'felt sad' for the troll as they were 'clearly going through a lot of hurt'. 'But overarching this is a perfect example of why we need to teach our kids inner strength and resilience,' she added. Rachael said 'there is nothing more important' than teaching children how to 'believe in themselves' and 'back themselves' in the face of adversity. 'To recognise only their opinion matters and they do not need outside validation to determine who they are,' she said. Rachael finished the video by encouraging her followers to be a strong 'support base' for their children so they can build their confidence.

TV personality Katie Couric slams Lauren Sanchez's wedding style as ‘tacky' in scathing post

She was not impressed by the dress. US TV personality Katie Couric has slammed fellow journalist Lauren Sanchez's wedding style, bashing her gown and her hair in a scathing social media post. 'Welcome to the eighties — when big hair and conspicuous consumption ruled. Apparently tacky is back,' she penned. The former US Today show host left the rude remark on Jack Schlossberg's Instagram post on Friday, the day Sanchez married Jeff Bezos in a lavish ceremony in Venice, Italy. Mr Schlossberg, the son of Caroline Kennedy, reposted Sanchez's Vogue cover — where the former journalist donned her long-sleeved, corsetted Dolce & Gabbana lace gown that took some 900 hours to make — with the caption, 'Like I said … vogue.' Couric wasted no time in jumping on the bandwagon, and an hour later, left the 'tacky' comment, to which Schlossberg replied, 'Let's bring back scrunchies,' a reference to the '80s hair accessory famously roasted on Sex and the City. Others joined in on the attack, adding comments such as 'Spot on. Money can't buy you class' and 'Imagine being married to the one of richest men on the planet and still choosing a dress that's ugly as f**k.' Some did defend the new bride's looks, however, and called for an end to the mean girl comments. 'I think she looks gorgeous, the dress is stunning and a surprise. Everyone leave her alone. Let her be happy,' one said. 'If the dress made her feel good on her day that's a beautiful thing,' another added. Others turned on Couric and her unnecessarily rude comment. 'I'm reading that many women say Lauren Sánchez Bezos lacks 'class.' Those same critics also lack 'class,' because an educated, intelligent, respectful, or rather, classy person doesn't go around criticising or making fun of other people,' one scolded. Another pointed out that Couric may be lashing out because she feels slighted since she didn't make the wedding's star-studded guest list. 'I'm guessing you aren't invited, Katie lol,' they quipped.

Influencer says what everyone is REALLY thinking about Australian Fashion Week

An Australian influencer has slammed this year's Australian Fashion Week over what she saw as the 'basic' and uninspired outfits the A-Listers wore at the world-famous event. TikTok star Meg Hansen shared a clip to the platform in which she criticised this year's looks. 'Let's come for people who are really basic while wearing a wrap on our head, two shirts as pants stepping into a leg each,' she began. 'And a scarf wrapped around our crutch all the way to our shoulder. Let's start doing that and calling it fashion!' She added she was also not impressed with how the stars were coming across in interviews. 'The interviews this year are unhinged,' Meg wrote. Many of her followers took to the comment section to share their thoughts. 'I can't with AFW anymore. I honestly can't. I want to cry,' one person wrote. 'This year AFW was actually a joke. It makes me so angry,' another added. 'Australian fashion is extremely inauthentic and unoriginal,' a third chipped in. It comes after Sopha Dopha slammed the media covering Australian Fashion Week at Carriageworks this week after she was asked two 'diabolical' questions. The TikTok star, 21, whose real name is Sophia Beggs, arrived at Carriageworks in Sydney 's Eveleigh district wearing a fluffy, green two-piece by Selezza London on Tuesday and a metallic silver dress with a plunging V neckline on Thursday. 'This is my third year attending AFW and I wanted to do a little debrief on how this year has been,' she said in a video. Sophia, who has 1.4 million followers on TikTok, said she flew into Sydney from Texas in the US on Tuesday morning. 'Let's come for people who are really basic, while wearing a wrap on our head, two shirts as pants stepping into a leg each,' she began. Pictured: Suzan Mutesi (left) and Jamie Azzopardi at AFW 'I didn't really have a lot of time to prepare my looks. I kind of packed my suitcase with heaps of stuff I had from home and loaned heaps,' she explained. 'I always say yes to the interviews because it's a bit of fun and part of the experience, and good for exposure. But some of the questions I have been asked this year were diabolical.' reporters asked Sophia, among other Fashion Week attendees, how much money she earns and what was the biggest brand deal she has ever turned down. 'There is no way in hell I'm ever going to answer that question, and I'm sure that if I turned around to the interviewer and asked them the same thing, they would be uncomfortable,' she said. 'I don't think you should ask people about money, that's just how I was raised.' Sophia added that she felt the attending media had the 'sole purpose' of 'trying to 'catch people out with tricky questions' to elicit 'juicy' answers. 'But some of the questions were really good so thank you to the interviewers that had good questions prepared,' she noted. Sophia's answers were not included in the video that was uploaded to Pedestrian's TikTok. One familiar face to answer the question was Sydney socialite Suzan Mutesi, who said that she turned down a $5000 payment from a brand because she felt 'she deserves more.' Sophia's eight-minute video has been liked more than 32,000 times, with hundreds of attending media, influencers, and even Abbie Chatfield weighing in on the debate. Elsewhere in her video, she said AFW has been 'a bit of a s*** show in general', noting that the Carriageworks venue had changed the standard layout for 2025.
