Police seek wanted man known to frequent London, Sarnia
London police, along with the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E) Squad, need the public's assistance in locating a wanted federal offender. According to police, he has a warrant for being unlawfully at large with the London Police Service, as well as a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of a statutory release. Kenneth Andrew Carrothers, 48, of London, is described as a white man, approximately 5'11', 190 lbs. He has several tattoos, including: Right forearm – cross, Jesus Left forearm – Celtic symbols, brick wall Right shoulder – Ying Yang Middle back – sun He is known to frequent London and Sarnia. Police say he was last seen in London on June 25, 2025. Anyone with information is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670

Canada-wide warrant issued for parole dodger
A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a federal offender who breached his release orders. The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public's assistance in locating Stephen Whitter, who is described as a Caucasian male, 52 years of age, five foot seven inches (171 cm), 165 lbs (75 kg) with brown hair and hazel eyes. Whitter has a tattoo of an eagle on his right upper arm, and a cross on his left upper arm. Whitter is serving a two-year sentence for arson and disregard for human life. (Supplied) The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is asking for the public's help to find a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant as a result of a breach of his statutory release. Tyler Doskotch, 23, is a white male who is 6-foot-1 and weighs 160 pounds. He has the word 'Success' tattooed on his left jawline and 'MTO' under his right eye. Doskotch was serving a two-year sentence for robbery, assault with intent to commit robbery, break and enter, violating probation, threatening to kill animals and failing to attend court. He is known to frequent Kingston, Ottawa, Toronto, Timmins and Iroquois Falls. Canada-wide warrant issued for convicted sex offender with connections to Parry Sound

(Supplied/Ontario Provincial Police) Police are searching for a wanted federal offender currently serving time for convictions of sexual assault and choking with ties to Parry Sound and the GTA. Darren Wheatley, 55, is wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for allegedly breaching his long-term supervision order, Ontario Provincial Police said in a news release. Wheatley is 'known to frequent Toronto's downtown core and Parry Sound,' according to a social media post by police. He is currently serving a 10-year, one-month and 29-day sentence for two counts each of sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm and choking. Police are asking for the public's help in locating him.
