Anyone who wants to compost and has, you know, a quarter or half an acre is going to be doing that already,' said Greg Willsie, the Ward 2 councillor who raised the concept. Approximately 10,000 homes in Strathroy and Mt. Brydges are expected to receive the new service if it proceeds.
