Ariana Madix Urges ‘Love Island USA' Viewers to ‘Delete' Rude Comments: ‘Don't Be Doxxing People'

Ariana Madix has a message for those Love Island USA viewers who are taking things too far when expressing their frustrations with season 7. "I do want to say something to some of those people who are online," Ariana, 39, said during the Saturday, June 21, episode of Aftersun. "Don't be contacting people's families. Don't be doxxing people." The host urged people to reconsider their behavior on social media. "Don't be going on islanders' pages and saying rude things. You still have time to delete all of that because the islanders don't have their phones," Ariana noted. "So we are giving you a chance because this is a fun, amazing and beautiful show. We should be thanking each one of these islanders every single day for giving us themselves." 'Love Island USA' Week 3 Recap: Casa Amor Introduces Changes That Risk More Eliminations (Updating Daily) Love Island USA follows a different group of singles every season who have to pair off in order to stay in the show's luxury villa. The contestants — who are referred to as islanders — live in isolation and are under constant video surveillance. They must be coupled up to remain on the show and to stand a chance to receive the prize of $100,000. Season 6 of the U.S. version of the show blew up on social media when it premiered in 2024. As a result, season 7 islanders Ace Greene, Amaya Espinal, Austin Shepard, Chelley Bissainthe, Cierra Ortega, Hannah Fields, Huda Mustafa, Iris Kendall, Jalen Brown, Jeremiah Brown, Pepe Garcia, Nic Vansteenberghe, Olandria Carthen, Taylor Williams and Charlie Georgiou were under even more scrutiny. Huda, 24, specifically received backlash for her tumultuous romance with Jeremiah, 25. Her ex Noah Sheline, with whom she shares 4-year-old daughter Arleigh, came to her defense earlier this month, writing via his Instagram Story, 'At the end of the day I hope everyone remembers we're human. Her going on that show to find love, or whatever you think it was she's doing, remember she's still human, she has a daughter, and a life.' Love Island's Most Controversial Contestants and Moments Throughout the Years Noah urged Peacock viewers to be kind instead of mocking Huda. 'She's maybe not doing a great job idk I don't watch the show but I don't like that I'm seeing so much negative s*** on my page or even clips of it about her,' he added about the 'unhealthy" hate. 'It's not my job to police her or the people in my comments, but I will say what you guys do will affect her mental health and my daughter's maybe in the future." Meanwhile, Ariana offered advice on how islanders and their loved ones should navigate their fame. Ariana replied to a TikTok on Wednesday, June 18, about the overwhelming backlash certain islanders have received, writing, "I also think the people running their social media pages need to be on top of blocking, deleting and setting limits on words etc on their pages. They shouldn't see any of that when they get their phones back." New episodes of Love Island USA are released six days a week — except for Wednesdays — on Peacock.

‘Love Island USA' Host Ariana Madix Teases Bombshell Details About Season 7 Casa Amor Twist

The ultimate Love Island USA relationship test is almost here. 'I have been told there will be more twists and turns to Casa [Amor] than ever before,' host Ariana Madix said during the Saturday, June 21, episode of Aftersun. 'They are going to start it very differently, getting [the islanders out in a way] they've never done before.' She added, 'I feel like I say a lot [that] 'We've never done it before,' but then it's always something crazy we've never done before.' Love Island centers around a group of single contestants (known as islanders) as they live in a luxury villa with the purpose of coupling up and finding love. About halfway through the experiment, half of the group leaves the residence for a three-night stay in Casa Amor with a handful of bombshells. (The remaining islanders will live in the main villa with other newcomers.) 'Love Island USA' Week 2 Recap: Nic and Cierra Have Sex for '25 Seconds' and More Moments (Updating Daily) 'I actually just went over there and checked it out, it looks really, really cool,' Ariana, 39, teased of the house on Saturday. 'There's a room with a revolving door that is very private. You know when you push on a bookcase and it reveals a hidden room? You push this circle on the wall and it rotates and reveals it's a door into a room with pillows.' She added, 'It's giving Soul Ties vibes but more private, sneakier. There's a fire pit, and a couch surrounding it.' Ariana further confirmed whether the girls or the guys will be living in Casa. 'I can also reveal that it will be the girls [who] are going to Casa this year,' Ariana added. For any faithful viewers getting excited about Ariana's teases, you won't have to wait too much longer for an update. 'Two more sleeps, baby,' Ariana quipped. 'Monday night, it's all going to kick off.' The Most Dramatic Casa Amor Moments From 'Love Island UK' and 'Love Island USA' Through the Years Love Island USA airs almost daily on Peacock, with Wednesdays being the sole days off the air. Most of the islanders are currently coupled, including Ace Green and Chelley Bissainthe, Austin Shepard and Amaya Espinal, Nic Vansteenberghe and Cierra Ortega, Pepe Gonzalez and Hannah Fields, Taylor Williams and Olandria Carthen, as well as Jeremiah Brown and Iris Kendall. There are also a few single contestants, including Huda Mustafa and a pair of new arrivals. Time will tell whether they couple up before the Casa test. Regardless of the outcome of the Love Island recouplings, Ariana hopes fans remember to be kind to the cast members. 'I also think the people running their social media pages need to be on top of blocking, deleting, and setting limits on words etc. on their pages,' Ariana recently wrote via TikTok comment. 'They shouldn't see any of that when they get their phones back.' New episodes of Love Island USA air almost daily on Peacock.

Ariana Madix Explains How ‘Love Island USA' Stars Should Weather Public Backlash After Season 7 Ends

Ariana Madix offered some advice to the Love Island USA stars who have no idea how invested the public has become in their onscreen ups and downs. The Peacock host replied to a TikTok on Wednesday, June 18, about the overwhelming backlash certain islanders have received while filming season 7. "I also think the people running their social media pages need to be on top of blocking, deleting, and setting limits on words etc on their pages," Ariana, 39, wrote. "They shouldn't see any of that when they get their phones back." Love Island USA follows a different group of singles every season who have to pair off in order to stay in the show's luxury villa. The contestants — who are referred to as islanders — live in isolation in a villa and are under constant video surveillance. They must be coupled up to remain on the show and to stand a chance to receive the prize of $100,000. All the Behind-the-Scenes Secrets and Production Revelations You Didn't Know About 'Love Island' Season 6 of the U.S. version of the show blew up on social media when it premiered in 2024. As a result, season 7 islanders Ace Greene, Amaya Espinal, Austin Shepard, Chelley Bissainthe, Cierra Ortega, Hannah Fields, Huda Mustafa, Iris Kendall, Jalen Brown, Jeremiah Brown, Pepe Garcia, Nic Vansteenberghe, Olandria Carthen, Taylor Williams and Charlie Georgiou were under even more scrutiny. Yulissa Escobar made headlines earlier this month when she was removed just a few episodes in due to past racist posts. "First, I want to apologize for using a word I had no right in using. Podcast clips from years ago have recently resurfaced, and I want to address it directly," Yulissa wrote via Instagram after leaving the villa. "In those clips, I used a word I never should've used, a racial slur." Yulissa addressed the clips, which circulated online, adding, "I used it ignorantly, not fully understanding the weight, history, or pain behind it. I wasn't trying to be offensive or harmful, but I recognize now that intention doesn't excuse impact. And the impact of that word is real. It's tied to generations of trauma, and it is not mine to use." The reality TV star expressed remorse for her past comments. "At the time, I was speaking casually in conversation, not thinking deeply or critically about what I was saying. But that doesn't take away from how wrong it was," she noted. "The truth is, I didn't know better then, but I do now. I've taken the time to reflect, to learn, and to grow from that moment." In her statement, Yulissa called out false posts attributed to her as well. "There have also been fake statements circulating, things written or said by others that don't reflect me or my heart. I want to clarify that this is my voice and my words," she added. "I don't need anyone to speak for me. I'm choosing to speak for myself because I take full ownership of my actions. Do not listen to the fake statements. This is my official statement. This is me, speaking directly to you. To those who are disappointed or offended, I understand and I apologize. I am sorry." Love Island's Most Controversial Contestants and Moments Throughout the Years Later in the season, Huda received backlash for her tumultuous romance with Jeremiah. Her ex Noah Sheline, with whom she shares 4-year-old daughter Arleigh, came to her defense on Monday, June 16, writing via Instagram Story, 'At the end of the day I hope everyone remembers we're human. Her going on that show to find love, or whatever you think it was she's doing, remember she's still human, she has a daughter, and a life.' Noah urged Peacock viewers to be kind instead of mocking Huda. 'She's maybe not doing a great job idk I don't watch the show but I don't like that I'm seeing so much negative s*** on my page or even clips of it about her,' he added about the 'unhealthy" hate. 'It's not my job to police her or the people in my comments, but I will say what you guys do will affect her mental health and my daughter's maybe in the future." New episodes of Love Island USA will be released six days a week — except for Wednesdays — on Peacock.

Love Island star breaks his silence after brutal dumping amid calls for him to be axed

Tilly Pearce Published: Invalid Date, LOVE Island star Remell Mullins has broken his silence following his brutal villa exit in a double dumping. On Friday night, Remell and Megan Forte Clarke were given their marching orders from the villa shortly after they were branded "cheaters" for their behaviour with bombshells during a sleepover twist. 5 5 They were then declared the public's least favourite boy and girl in a savage public vote. Now they're back in reality and social media, Remell has thanked fans for their support during this brief stint in the villa. Taking to Instagram, Remell wrote: "And just like that… I'm officially out of the love island villa. What a mad, unforgettable ride. "First off, thank you to every single one of you who's supported me—whether you were backing me to find love, keeping up with the show, or just curious from what you've seen online—I'm genuinely grateful." "My journey might've been shorter than expected, but I walked in as me and walked out as me. No regrets," he continued. "I got to meet some incredible people, make real bonds and live out something most only dream about. "Seeing my name in headlines has been surreal to say the least—but trust, this is just the beginning." "I'm walking out with my head high and my heart full. Can't wait to show you lot what's next 🤞" he concluded, before signing off: "Big love always". Before his hasty exit, Remell ruffled the feathers of both his fellow islanders and viewers at home with his efforts to find romance. Being sent to a 'sleepover' with new female islanders, Remell was seen striking up a romance with new girl Poppy, with the pair snogging at every opportunity. Love Island fans demand Remell is axed from the villa after he shamelessly flirts with bombshell behind Alima's back However, when it came to returning to the villa, Remell opted to remain with Alina, who he was officially coupled up with in the main villa. However, the truth came out when Helena – who was also invited to the sleepover with the new islanders – told Alina what Remell had been up to. This led to Alina furiously confronting him about what he had done and ending things between them for good. 5 5
