Mali Dubois, from Bradworthy, died at the scene of the crash near Otterton in the early hours of 29 April. His family described him as a man with such a "bright future", who was "kind and gentle" and that he would be missed by everyone that knew him. They added: "We will so miss Mali, that twinkle in his eyes and that cheeky smile. Life will never be the same."
