Saturday's weather: Chilly conditions as temperatures drop below zero
Disruptive rain is expected to continue in the Western Cape, and cold conditions are forecast for the rest of the country, according to the South African Weather Service (SAWS). Impact-based warning There is a yellow Level 1 warning for disruptive rain in Cape Town, Western Cape, which might cause localised flooding in certain areas and roads. In the SAWS' colour-coded weather warning system, yellow indicates a moderate risk of impact that requires caution and awareness, while orange indicates that higher-risk impact is expected, requiring increased attention and preparation. SAWS uses the numbers to indicate the likelihood of weather-based impacts occurring. Levels 2 and 6 are high, and Level 4 is low. Weather forecast for today & tomorrow, 27 - 28 June 2025. Warm and breezy at times across South Florida
After a warm and muggy start to the day on Tuesday, which saw a few passing showers, it will become breezy at times in the afternoon as highs climb to the upper 80s. Storms will push inland as the sea breeze builds. There is a high risk of rip currents along the Atlantic beaches. There are no advisories for boaters along the Atlantic waters and the Keys waters. The chance of rain rises on Wednesday and Thursday due to an upper level low pressure system that will enhance instability and bring plenty of moisture to South Florida. Scattered to widespread showers and storms will be possible with the potential for heavy downpours, localized flooding and slight chance of hail. Friday we remain unsettled with some showers and storms still possible. Over the weekend, highs will climb to 90 degrees and the chance of rain will be more seasonable.

Storm chances Monday morning in Minnesota; days of downpours, cooler air to follow
Scattered thunderstorms are possible before noon on Monday in the Twin Cities, with a small chance in the afternoon across southern Minnesota. The sun will pop up after clouds clear, with highs in the low 80s. Cooler temps settle in behind a front, with highs in the 70s to low 80s through midweek. Expect multiple rounds of storms Tuesday through Friday with downpours possible. Southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin may see 2-3 inches of rainfall, with localized flooding a concern. A brief warmup is possible next weekend, but storm chances may linger.
