Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos ridiculed by tech giant over wedding detail
Billionaire Jeff Bezos has just tied the knot with Lauren Sanchez in a luxurious ceremony in picturesque Venice, Italy. Their long-awaited day, dubbed the 'wedding of the century,' was flooded with A-list stars and celebrity friends who journeyed to enjoy the $20 million wedding. Despite designer dresses and crisp tuxes, there was one aspect of the fabulous day that raised eyebrows - the couple's initial invitation. The invite, which was obtained by ABC News earlier this week, featured what appeared to be computer-generated designs of butterflies, doves, the Venice canals, gondolas, and feathers in purple, gray and pink. But, on Thursday, Adobe Express - a content creator tool - took to Instagram with a subtle slight to the bride and groom. After receiving mixed reviews about their 'cringe' wedding invitation, the creative tool posted a much more sophisticated-looking version. 'I know you said no gifts, but… it really only took us a couple minutes. XOXO, Adobe Express,' the post's caption read. The new design was set on a cream backdrop with one lone butterfly at the top above a sleek line and the words, 'Jeff & Lauren.' In large, swirly font, it read, 'Join us in Venice' before it mirrored the text on the newlywed's invitation. 'We're excited for you to join us! We have one early request: please, no gifts,' it read. 'Instead, we're making contributions in your honor and with gratitude to you for making the journey to celebrate with us in Venice. 'Donations on your behalf are being made to the UNESCO Venice Office to safeguard the city's irreplaceable cultural heritage, to CORILA to restore the lagoon habitats that protect Venice's future, and to Venice International University to support research and education for sustainable solutions. 'This magical place has gifted us unforgettable memories. Our hope is that through these efforts and by you joining us, Venice will continue to inspire wonder for generations to come.' Fans were quick to flood the comments, praising Adobe Express for its cleverness as it poked fun at the newlyweds. 'Jeff could have used a little help from Express,' one user stated. 'The Adobe Express social team working overtime for this masterpiece,' another wrote. 'Jeff Bezos works hard but the Adobe social team works harder,' someone else joked. 'The world is on fire, but I deeply respect the shade game of whoever is running the @AdobeExpress Instagram account. Dragging Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez on their ugly Venice wedding invites,' someone wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter. Others were shocked after realizing the invitation with birds and butterflies was that which was actually sent out to celebrity guests. 'Wait... what?!? They sent the second slide? Seriously?' a comment said. 'I was so confused - I legit thought the first one *was* the invite. What in the Word Clip Art is going on in the second slide??' a user asked. Last night it was revealed Bezos, 61, and Sanchez, 55, have already married legally ahead of today's ceremony on San Giorgio Maggiore Island. Last night it was revealed Bezos and Sanchez have already married legally ahead of today's ceremony on San Giorgio Maggiore island. It came as guests including Kylie Jenner were forced to take cover from a freak thunderstorm during the couple's pre-wedding party inside the historic Madonna dell'Orto cloisters. A-listers including many of the Kardashian sisters and Kris Jenner, Oprah Winfrey and Orlando Bloom jetted in to Italy earlier this week for the nuptials which come two years after Bezos asked Sanchez to marry him on his $500 million superyacht. But preparations for the couple's big day have been far from plain sailing with protesters planning to disrupt the celebrations, even forcing a late venue change.

Inside Jeff Bezos' $46m wedding with $6m spent on private jet security, $1.8m on wait staff, and $1.6m on roses alone
JEFF Bezos has dropped an incredible $46 million on his luxury Italian wedding, a source involved in the planning for the past seven months has exclusively told The U.S. Sun. For a man worth an eye-watering $220 billion, such an extravagant cost is a mere drop in the Venetian Lagoon where the ' wedding of the century ' is taking place. 10 10 10 But the breakdown of cost to stage the 61 year-old's marriage to Lauren Sanchez, 55, is still remarkable. They exchanged vows in an amphitheater on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore, before enjoying a luxury banquet on the Venetian Island of San Giovanni Evangelista. With the Amazon boss welcoming in a host of A-listers including Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey, Eva Longoria and Orlando Bloom, absolutely no expense has been spared. The glitzy celebration, which started on Thursday and will rage until Monday, will be fueled by a whopping $2 million spent on the finest wines and champagne. The insider said the event took 'months of planning' with the couple wanting 'everything done exactly their way.' 'This is the biggest wedding ever organized,' he told The U.S. Sun. 'Not just because of the money spent, but also due to the extraordinary level of luxury and detail involved.' To help everyone attend in style, uber-rich Bezos splurged a cool $9 million to reserve spots in the marina for anyone arriving by yacht, with another $6 million laid out to cover parking and security for private jets. It promises to be one hell of a party, with 200 of the couple's well-heeled friends waited on hand and foot. 'Jeff insisted on covering the cost,' continued the insider, 'he wants everyone to feel fully taken care of, from arrival to departure.' A staff of 150 waiters and waitresses was hired for four days, with the cost of service totaling approximately $1.8 million. The Kardashians are leading the world's A-listers flocking to Venice for Jeff Bezos and his bride Lauren Sanchez's ultra-rich wedding of the century The culinary operation included 20 chefs, each paid $5,000 per day, adding up to $500,000. They were supported by 40 sous chefs and assistants, paid $2,000 per day each, for an additional $400,000 over five days. The U.S. Sun has been told the hiring process for staff was extremely competitive. More than 1,500 candidates applied with only the best 150 waiters and waitresses chosen. They were then trained to follow strict service protocols, including limiting interaction with guests while working. The compensation offered was significantly higher than the standard even for large-scale Italian weddings. Bezos and Sanchez painstakingly chose some of the best chefs from Northern Italy and, per the source, approved every detail after a series of interviews and tastings. Legendary entertainer Elton John will reportedly be performing alongside a group of Italian musicians—including harpists, cellists, pianists, and guitarists—who were brought in to create a curated 'Venice experience.' The U.S. Sun understands the performers have been instructed to follow a pre-approved playlist created by Sanchez and members of the couple's inner circle. The musical talent was flown in from France, Greece, Lebanon, and South America. The dancers were also carefully chosen—over 2,000 people applied for the roles, and the final group includes professionals from top dance companies in New York, Paris, and Milan Improvisation is not permitted. Each musician is being paid $10,000 for the six-day engagement, with total music costs exceeding $1.5 million. 10 10 10 Entertainment also includes a series of themed dance performances. Fifty professional dancers—25 men and 25 women—were hired for six days of shows, receiving $12,000 each. The performances, choreographed with Sanchez's input, focus on themes of love, family, and success. Several of the mini-shows will feature the couple's children, and one performance will highlight Sanchez's Latin heritage, during which she will participate in two salsa routines alongside the dancers. The dancers' costumes were custom-made by Italian designers at a cost of approximately $1 million. The visual presentation of the event was equally elaborate. Decor and setup costs totaled an estimated $4.5 million and included designer furniture, silk coverings for chairs and tables, custom cutlery, and artwork featuring portraits of Bezos and Sanchez. Floral arrangements, consisting of roses in six different colors, added another $1.6 million to the budget. A significant portion of the celebration's expenses went toward wine and spirits, with selections curated to mark the couple's birth years and personal milestones. This included 50 bottles of 1964 Petrus Pomerol—the year Bezos was born—at a cost of $151,250, and 20 bottles of 1969 Giacomo Conterno Barolo, from the year of Sanchez's birth, for $29,980. They also ordered 20 magnums of 1961 Dom Pérignon, priced at $25,000 each, totaling $500,000. To accompany those, 20 six-liter bottles of 2003 Dom Pérignon Rosé were brought in at a cost of $399,160. The couple purchased 500 bottles of 1996 Dom Pérignon Brut, one of the most highly regarded vintages of the champagne, for a total of $799,000. Spirits included 15 bottles of Louis XIII Cognac, costing $70,260, and 50 bottles of rare rum priced at $2,750 each, totaling $137,500. 'I've never seen such a high-caliber selection served at a wedding—not even among other billionaires who've hosted events in Venice or elsewhere in Europe,' admitted the source who has been working on the wedding since December 2024. 'This is not only the wedding of the year—it's arguably the biggest wedding of the century. "They've set the bar extremely high. "I wouldn't be surprised if other billionaires now try to outdo it with even more extravagant weddings in the future." 10 10 10

2026 Infiniti QX60 Arrives With A Substantial Price Bump
Infiniti QX60 Base Pricing Rises By $1,000 Infiniti has revealed the refreshed-for-2026 QX60 lineup, which gains a new Sport trim to replace the Sensory model from last year. More than just a name change, the Sport also adds Dark Blue upholstery, a black headliner, dark exterior accents, an S badge on the tailgate, and unique gloss black 20-inch wheels. The entire lineup now features a redesigned grille inspired by a bamboo forest, an illuminated Infiniti emblem, and restyled daytime running lights, the origins of which can be traced back to the full-size QX80. The rear fascia has also been mildly resculpted, and new wheels are available on every trim, including the base Pure, which now costs $51,200, which is exactly $1,000 up from the pricing announced nearly a year ago for the 2025 model. The shipping and handling fee remains unchanged at $1,350. Four Trims To Choose From The QX60 Pure offers 20-inch wheels, newly standard dual 12.3-inch displays with Google built-in, wireless phone charging, and five USB-C ports. Under the hood, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder delivers 268 horsepower and 286 lb-ft of torque, and when properly equipped, Infiniti claims a tow rating of 6,000 pounds for all trims. Adding AWD adds $2,000 to the price. Next up is the Luxe trim, starting $56,800 as standard and $58,800 with AWD, meaning its price is unchanged for 2026. This gets a 3D surround view monitor with Mobile Object Detection, a new feature for 2026. The Luxe also boasts a 16-speaker sound system from Klipsch, climate-controlled front seats, and heating for the second row. Infiniti QX60 Trim MY2025 Pricing MY2026 Pricing Difference Pure $50,200 $51,200 +$1,000 Luxe $56,800 $56,800 – Sport (née Sensory) $59,100 $61,700 +$2,600 Autograph $66,150 $66,150 – The Sport gets AWD as standard and starts at $61,700. When the Sensory trim could still be ordered without AWD, it started at $59,100, so this represents an increase of $2,600. Fortunately, the range-topping Autograph variant – with massaging front seats, a 20-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere sound system, semi-aniline quilted leather, a color head-up display, a two-tone roof, and black open-pore ash wood trim with metal inlays – starts at $66,150, the same as it cost last year. Infiniti Will Offer Sub-$50k Cars Again After Infiniti culled its most affordable SUVs last year, the QX50 and QX55, the QX60 is the entry point to ownership, but that may soon change. A report from Automotive News last month indicated that Nissan is preparing a new compact crossover under the internal codename i33C. Unconfirmed reports indicate that this will form the basis of the next Nissan Rogue and that Infiniti will piggyback with something similar. This is expected to be either a mild-hybrid or a plug-in hybrid, and in Infiniti guise, it'll have more upmarket appointments and technology. If these reports are accurate, we expect to see the production version arrive in 2027. About the Author Sebastian Cenizo View Profile
