Paris & Tyson Fury's £800K former family home is up for sale & it has sea-views, chandeliers and posh ‘marble' bathrooms
BOXING fans can snap up Tyson Fury's eccentric former family home for £800,000 - with a moody portrait of the Gypsy King in the hallway. The six-bedroom seaside mansion in Morecambe, Lancashire, was listed on Rightmove on July 22. 18 18 18 18 18 Estate agents Fine & Country's snaps show a mood black and white portrait of 36-year-old Fury's head hung in the hallway under a lavish chandelier. Eccentric patterned wallpaper wraps up the stairs towards the former world heavyweight champion's master bedroom. Its white marble-style bathroom walls, diamond-spotted carpet and dining chairs with door knockers add to the property's quirky style. Fury's glam wife Paris Fury could be seen posing next to the unique staircase in snaps shared to her Instagram account between 2018 and 2021. Fury then moved to a larger mansion further down the Morecambe coastline, honouring his public pledge not to leave his beloved home town - but it was reported the property was still in his portfolio in 2023. Rightmove records show the three-bath detached property was bought for £480,000 in 2015 and is now listed for £800,000. Tyson Fury has been contacted for comment. HUMBLE DWELLING call their old house home. Speaking on a three-part ITV documentary in 2020, "People say to me, 'Why don't you live in California or America?' - why would I? How Tyson Fury's second season of Netflix reality show can be key to finally securing Anthony Joshua fight "Why would I abandon my own country for a bit of money and some fame? "I love it. I would never leave Morecambe. It's true beauty. "If the weather was better, every house here would be a million quid." Before making Morecambe his home in 2011, Fury used to reside in a caravan on land owned by his dad John. 18 18 18 18 18 18 NEW PAD The family now live in a stunning £1.7million home - seen on their Netflix show At Home with the Furys - after purchasing it in 2020, according to The Mirror. Paris previously revealed on Loose Women that they were looking for somewhere else to live because they had to put their children's safety as their priority. The mum-of-seven explained: "We get people around the house. It's not good, we actually have to because of that. "We're in the process of moving house because we've had too many people at the door - too many strangers knocking.' As soon as you pull up into the Fury's plush Morecambe mansion, there's no mistaking where you are - that's because Tyson has had his nickname the "Gypsy King" emblazoned on the driveway. A team of groundworkers spent two weeks working on the 1,200sqm project and used a rather impressive 1,400 bags of gravel. She's married to the "Gypsy King", so it's only right Paris has a throne fit for a Queen. The couple have both been pictured casually sitting on a golden throne, which was a prop used by Fury during his ring-walk in February 2020's rematch against Deontay Wilder. 18 18 Paris has previously shown off the couple's master bedroom, which is decorated with gold accessories and furniture - including a huge Versace bed. But it turns out the couple's love of the Italian luxury fashion brand is extended throughout the lavish abode, with Paris posing next to a striking Versace mirror. It's proudly placed above a stunning marble fireplace, which is complete with eagle carvings, while a chic white painted dresser with glass doors is stood to its side. The regal seat now takes pride of place in the family's home and only adds to the sense of grandeur felt by other luxuries - including ornate candlesticks and sweeping gold curtains which adorn the property. Inside Tyson and Paris Fury's love story WITH world champ titles, multiple kids and a beautiful wife by his side, Tyson is much-loved by the nation, but his romance with Paris dates back to their teenage years. Paris met Fury when she was just 15 at a mutual friend's wedding. However, it wasn't until a year later, when their paths crossed again on a night out in Doncaster for her 16th birthday, that they began dating. Paris explained: "He was my first boyfriend as I was not allowed a boyfriend until the age of 16. He is the only boyfriend I have had. 'Tyson would train in boxing during the week and then come and see me at the weekend. I would always be so excited at the thought of seeing him.' In 2008, they tied the knot in front of 400 guests and slept together for the first time on the night of their wedding. In 2016, Fury's mental health issues, cocaine and alcohol abuse, and intolerable mood swings threatened their seemingly unbreakable marriage. On occasion, Paris would even contemplate leaving - packing her bags and getting into her car. However, she'd just stop herself - admitting she couldn't leave Tyson to "crash and burn".

Inside eerie £1m mansion abandoned in countryside with classic BMW still in driveway after millionaire owner ‘vanishes'
AN urban explorer has revealed creepy shots of an abandoned millionaire's mansion - with the car still in the driveway and a half-eaten meal in the kitchen. The sprawling property looks as though it's frozen in time, with the lights still left on and kids' toys scattered on the floor. 5 Inside, luxurious furniture, clothes and family photos are coated in a thick layer of dust. Piles of mail lay unopened on the floor and the cupboard is filled with tins with sell-by-dates of around three years. Nestled on the outskirts of London, according to the explorer, the house was once owned by a former RAF officer who became a wealthy oil company executive. The man who found it, known online as 'Urbex Forgotten,' described it as 'stepping into a time capsule.' He told The Mirror, 'It was honestly like the people just popped out to the shops and never came back.' The explorer, named Colin, said he had "heard a few stories" about why the property was abandoned, but it still remains a mystery. Some suggest the owner fled financial trouble, and others whisper about legal issues. But no one really knows—and that's what makes it so chilling. Other fancy cars were found scattered about the land, including a pristine Jaguar XK8. "I cannot believe this is in here, this is crazy," Colin added. Inside the abandoned wreck of Ibiza's first super club The car was originally registered in 2001 and its MOT ran out in 2014. "It currently has 19,000 miles on it, so I don't think this car has been used a lot at all.' Earlier this month, a YouTuber discovered an eerie abandoned town which looks like a scene out of Walking Dead. The creepy abandoned community was once home to thousands of British soldiers but now it is slowly decaying with buildings falling apart. An entire village, with hundreds of enormous four-bedroom homes, a barrack-like apartment complex, sports facilities and even a gas station, has been frozen in time for more than ten years and is now being reclaimed by nature. The abandoned site looks like a typical British town, with many of the houses resembling English architecture and having their own garages, some of which are unlocked. But it is located in Germany and was built during the height of Cold War by the British government. JHQ Rheindahlen once housed up to 12,000 British personnel and their families between 1952 and 2013. Colin Hodson, known online as the Bearded Explorer, said on his channel: "This place is so big it is pretty much its own city. "I cannot believe this whole estate is completely abandoned.' 5 5 5 5

The VERY annoying feature at Daniel Johns' beachside property that is driving his neighbours insane - as the rock star prepares to build his new dream home
Daniel Johns has knocked down his iconic Newcastle mansion - and his neighbours haven't held back about the looming rebuild. The former Silverchair frontman made headlines this week for demolishing the home he once described as a '70s style porn palace' on Charlotte Street in the city's upscale Merewether neighbourhood, and splitting the block in two. Johns is selling one half of the block, and keeping the other side to build his new ocean-view property. Daily Mail Australia understands, via public planning documents, that he has engaged Central Coast architect Stephen Sherd, of Studio Alura, to handle the build. While Johns remains a beloved figure on Charlotte Street, he has at times raised hackles among his neighbours. Patricia Woods, who is a music teacher and full-time carer directly across the street from Johns, has pleaded with the singer to sort out one particular issue. When approached by Daily Mail Australia on Wednesday, she said: 'Can you please pass on a message to Daniel? I've been asking him to trim his hedges for about three or four years so we can see the ocean again.' Ms Woods, 54, said she has reached out to Johns, the City of Newcastle Council, and even asked the surveyors and engineers who recently visited the property to do something about the hedges. But her pleas have so far fallen on deaf ears. 'They say he loves those hedges and that he won't cut them,' she said. 'But they aren't meant to be above 1.8m in height, and they're well over that - like three metres! 'The hedges really annoy me. And someone once told me that I don't own the view, and I know that, but we used to be able to see the whales (as they migrate)... I am going to ring the real estate agents and ask them (to do something).' Ms Woods said she also hopes Johns' new home has 'better soundproofing', due to the regular sounds of musical instruments and frequent parties. Despite her gripes, Ms Woods is relieved Johns shelved supposed original plans to subdivide the lot and 'build units on one side and a house for himself on the other'. She insisted the 46-year-old artist is a 'much loved' member of the community, who is largely reclusive. 'You hardly ever see him, but he does give a wave if he ever pops up to the letter box, but he's not out having neighbourly conversations,' she said. 'But he is really kind and sweet. 'He's often out of town, but you know he's home when the expensive cars start appearing in the street. That's when you know he's around - when all his celebrity mates start turning up.' Another Newcastle source said Johns is 'like a ghost', although other neighbours say he has been seen inspecting the empty block since its demolition in May. During the times Johns vanishes, Ms Woods said locals whisper he might be 'back in rehab'. In March 2022, Johns publicly entered rehab to deal with mental health issues and alcohol dependence, following a car accident and high-range drink-driving charge. Johns rocketed to international fame after starting Silverchair with fellow Novocastrians Ben Gillies and Chris Joannou as teenagers in 1992. In 2011 the band confirmed an 'indefinite hibernation', and, while Gillies and Joannou remain close, it's understood they no longer speak to Johns. The band remains beloved by Aussie music fans and is expected to poll highly in this weekend's Triple J Hottest 100 of Australian Songs countdown, as voted by listeners. Despite Johns' international fame - and an ill-fated marriage to UK-based Aussie star Natalie Imbruglia from 2003-2008 - he has clung to life in Merewether, where he was raised by a fruit-shop owner father and homemaker mother. He bought the original five-bedroom Charlotte Street home in 2000 for $1.4million. A 2022 Rolling Stone article described the interior as being littered with musical instruments and artworks he'd done himself. Our new aerial images of the demolition site show the dwelling and pool are long gone, but a few of those artworks remain - obscured from street view by the infamous hedges. Development application records show the recent knockdown cost Johns an estimated $145,000. Last year, he sold an investment property on Ranclaud Street, which he bought as a 17-year-old in 1996 for $360,000. Daily Mail Australia was told that he resides locally on a part-time basis while waiting for his new dream home to come together. In an advertisement for the block's sale, Johns said, 'This place has been a huge part of my life and creativity, but it's time for something new that reflects where I'm at now and what's next.' It was suggested he was at first keen to finally leave Merewether, revealing he had searched for a new home 'across the country - from Tasmania's wild coastlines to the tranquil towns of Southern New South Wales - for somewhere new to call home. 'But despite that exploration, nothing ever came close to this one. One place kept pulling him back. Charlotte Street, Merewether.'

Inside a Stately $9.5 Million Mansion on Washington D.C.'s Embassy Row
Your chance to live like a diplomat along Washington, D.C.'s Embassy Row has arrived. A Massachusetts Avenue mansion built in 1919 came to market this week for the first time in 50 years. Located down the street from the Vice President's residence, a.k.a the United States Naval Observatory, near the Brazilian and South African embassies, the stately 11,000-square-foot home features eight bedrooms and multiple ballrooms and staterooms. Lyndsi Armenio and Matt Windsor of Douglas Elliman hold the $9.5 million listing. More from Robb Report A Record-Breaking Penthouse Sale in Asbury Park Signals a Bold New Chapter for the Jersey Shore This Year's Champagne Harvest Is 'Promising,' but the Yield Will Be the Lowest Since Covid Dutch Authorities Are Investigating Louis Vuitton Netherlands as Part of a Money Laundering Case Records show the property is owned by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and previously served as the residence of the country's ambassador. It was, however, most recently used as a chancery, according to press materials. Chanceries are typically connected to an embassy or consulate, meaning several high-ranking officials from the United States and the Middle East have likely spent time in the manse. As with many of the government buildings in the nation's capital, the abode showcases a neoclassical facade with symmetrical windows, clean lines, and prominent Doric columns. It is still something of an anomaly in the neighborhood, though. 'The lot is quite large for the area,' Armenio and Windsor tell Robb Report, 'and the private backyard offers gorgeous sightlines, elevation, and feels very private despite it being located on Massachusetts Ave.' The interiors were last renovated in the '90s, but don't feel dated. The classic decor, neutral palette, and charming original details instead result in a timeless feel. Through the portico entrance, stone flooring and dramatic archways lead in and out of large lounge areas and palatial bedrooms. The formal living room is at once elegant and inviting, with multiple sofas, a large built-in bookcase, and parquet flooring. Nearby, the formal dining room is decked out with decorative wallpaper and wood paneling, making it a perfect spot to entertain friends. A grand marble staircase with a wrought-iron railing takes you up to the second floor. Back downstairs, three sets of French doors open to the spacious backyard. At the center of the leafy oasis is a huge swimming pool flanked by six sun loungers. Nearby, the pool house offers space to relax and refresh after a day of swimming and sunning. RELATED: Why America's Billionaire Class Is Snapping Up Prime D.C. Real Estate The best part is that the home is a 'blank canvas for restoration or reinvention,' as the listing notes. The simple chef's kitchen, for example, could be completely reimagined by the new owner. (Armenio and Windsor believe the digs should be renovated and utilized for state business, though.) Another big plus is the location. Historic neighborhoods such as DuPont Circle, Kalorama, Cathedral Heights, Georgetown, and West End are only minutes away, meaning you have quick and easy access to restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, and so on. 'An abundance of incredible dining, culture, and influence is just outside the front door,' the agents add. Aldar sells Abu Dhabi's 'most expensive home' for $109m
Abu Dhabi developer Aldar has sold an eight-bedroom ultra-luxury mansion for Dh400 million ($109 million), which it described as the " most valued home ever sold" in the UAE capital. Located in beachfront project Faya Al Saadiyat, the mansion offers the largest allocation of space, on Saadiyat Island, spanning 6,561 square metres, Aldar said in a statement on Thursday. Its amenities include a private car gallery, a golf simulator and an in-house cinema, as well as wellness and fitness suites. It also offers direct access to a beach. The sale comes amid robust growth in Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market, driven by rising demand from high-net-worth individuals, long-term residents and international investors, the company said. "Saadiyat Island continues to attract homebuyers and investors from around the world," said Jonathan Emery, chief executive at Aldar Development. "This sustained momentum reflects the success of Abu Dhabi's long-term vision, enabled by progressive government policies, long-term residency initiatives and strategic investment in infrastructure, culture, and entertainment.' Millionaire investors are increasingly looking towards Abu Dhabi property. The UAE capital is home to the highest number of luxury properties on sale in the country, with 352 homes for sale valued above $1 million, a recent report by real estate developer Bloom Holding found. The highest property price growth in the country between 2020 and 2025 was in Abu Dhabi, with growth of 202 per cent, and 8,490 properties on sale increasing in value, the report found. Low taxes and substantial sovereign wealth, along with high living standards, were listed as significant factors in attracting ultra-high-net-worth individuals to Abu Dhabi for long-term property investments. Abu Dhabi's population has also increased from 2.7 million in 2014 to more than 4.1 million in 2024. In the first three months of 2025, total real estate transactions in Abu Dhabi grew by 34.5 per cent annually, climbing to Dh25.3 billion, according to the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (Adrec). The number of property deals during the period also increased more than 19 per cent to 6,896. Adrec is focused on "upholding strong governance and regulatory oversight" of the sector, said Ghazi Al Otaibi, executive director of the real estate transactions sector at Adrec. "Transactions of this scale reflect the strength of a maturing market and the effectiveness of a regulatory framework we've put in place designed to support and attract responsible, high-value investment.' The latest sale follows the Dh137 million sale of Aldar's Nobu Residences Abu Dhabi penthouse on Saadiyat Island in March last year. Aldar said it recorded Dh5 billion in sales on Saadiyat Island in the first half of this year. Foreign residents accounted for 86 per cent of buyers, including 46 per cent residents and 40 per cent non-residents. The buyers were mainly nationals of Russia, France, the UK, China and the US. Faya Al Saadiyat is an exclusive luxury gated community with 21 homes, including two eight-bedroom mansions and 19 six to seven-bedroom villas, scheduled for completion in 2028. It is being designed by 1508 London Interior Design Studio and Nordic Office Architects.
