THE CANADIAN PRESS/Cole Burston Over the next couple of days, Calgarians should expect to see more motorcycle traffic in the city as several outlaw motorcycle gangs are expected to arrive for weekend events. Among the groups meeting in the city are the Hells Angels Motorcycle Club, police said. The Calgary Police Service (CPS) issued the advisory on Wednesday to notify the public about the increased presence of these groups and ensure residents that they will be monitoring them. Officials say officers will be watching to make sure all gang members abide by the law. 'Motorcycle gangs host several events across Canada every year and historically these types of gatherings have passed without incident. The CPS, however, will be enforcing laws with this group as we would with any citizen,' police said in a news release. Anyone who sees any suspicious activity in their community, whether the gangs are involved or not, is encouraged to contact police immediately. For crimes in progress, residents should call 911. All other concerns can be called in to the CPS non-emergency line at 403-266-1234 or anonymously by calling Crime Stoppers.
