Aurora woman struck by stray bullet while in bed, police investigating
Police are looking for information after a woman in Aurora was struck by a stray bullet while lying in bed early Thursday morning. Authorities said the woman was on the second floor of a building in the 13000 block of E. 13th Place when she was shot around 12:48 a.m. They said she didn't appear to be the intended target and believe a stray bullet may have been fired from somewhere nearby. Officers said they didn't find any shell casings in the area around her home. The woman was taken to the hospital for treatment of what police said were non-life-threatening injuries. APD said no other people were injured. The police department encouraged anyone with information on the shooting to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers.

Milwaukee crash near 6th and Hayes; multiple vehicles wrecked
MILWAUKEE - Several vehicles were damaged in a crash in Milwaukee on Sunday morning, June 8, 2025. That person is in the hospital being treated for non-life-threatening injuries and will be taken into custody. Police say up to seven vehicles may have been involved, and are investigating. NPD: 1 hurt after shooting on Chesapeake Blvd.
NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — One person was hurt after a shooting on Chesapeake Boulevard Friday night. According to officials, just before midnight, officers were dispatched to the 7900 block of Chesapeake Boulevard for reports of a gunshot disturbance. Officers arrived to the scene and found a man suffering from non-life-threatening injuries. He was taken to a local hospital for treatment and is expected to be OK. The incident remains under investigation. Man injured in Chesapeake shooting on Schooner Trail
CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – The Chesapeake Police Department are investigating a shooting in which a man was shot around 1:26 a.m. Saturday on the 4000 block of Schooner Trail. The man received injuries considered to be non life-threatening. The investigation is active and ongoing.
