Tampa International Airport's Response To The Shoe Removal Policy Is Going Viral
The TSA announced that you won't have to take off your shoes while going through security at the airport anymore.
Never. Again.
Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, said, "With this no-shoes policy, we anticipate that Americans and travelers and those coming into our country will be very excited they will no longer have to remove their shoes."
So, that's good, but one airport, yes, a literal airport, clapped back to the news.
Here's what Tampa International Airport had to say about it:
Like our country, the comments are incredibly divided.
You have pro-Croc people saying, "You can't ban the state shoe."
"We fighting next time I'm in you TPA," another person said.
This person wrote, "This is why I fly out of Orlando."
And another person explained, "Crocs are the Florida man of the feet tho."
Then you have the haters.
"Good. Y'all got tired of smelling stinky feet. And definitely throw the crocs away," one person said.
"Crocs - where a person's dignity seeps out through the holes..." another person commented.
And then this person brought up (an even greater sin) socks with sandals: "What about socks and flip flops? Those should be illegal."
