Can go one better. VALUE BET Race 5 No.2 GHAZNAVI: Unlucky when runner-up two runs back before breaking through last start. Will give this a shake. QUADDIE Race 5: 2, 5, 6, 11 Race 6: 1, 2, 4, 10 Race 7: 2, 5 Race 8: 6, 12, 16 JOCKEY TO FOLLOW Reece Jones can start the day with a winning double. LAY OF THE DAY Race 6 No.1 DWAYNE: Won a trial for new stable but this is his first run over 1300m. Form is over further. SCONE INSIDE MAIL RACE 1: Maiden Handicap (900m) ROCKADEEL (4) is a four-year-old debutant by Dundeel. Had three trials in 2023 before a long break. Close second in her July 9 Gunnedah trial before coming from last to win her July 16 trial here. EMPRESS TSARINA (3) lost considerable ground when severely hampered at the start when seventh at Muswellbrook last start. Go on her three provincial placings before that. SHE'S SO FLY (5) is a first starter by Flying Artie. Third to Rockadeel in her trial here before leading all-the-way to win her July 23 Gosford trial by over four lengths. BET: ROCKADEEL (4) to win. RACE 2: Maiden Plate (1100m) SEE YOU THEN (8) debuted with a second to Straand Care here in January before a spell. Returned with a second to Rembroy at Tamworth before a long head second to Hellwithasmile there 11 days later. MAGURTZ (9) is a debutant by Tassort. Nice effort to beat Head Kahuna in his trial here before tracking the leader and running away to win his Beaumont heat. FLYING MOLLY (6) was good first-up from a long lay-off when third to Herman Said. Followed with a solid second to Nova Centauri. BET: SEE YOU THEN (8) to win. RACE 3: Benchmark 66 (1700m) CHARLEROI (1) raced outside the leader buy was no match to Hooligan Tommy when runner-up as favourite in a Midway Bm68 at Gosford 12 days ago. STORM PARK (7) resumed with a sixth to Malabar over 1350m at Gosford before a closing fifth to Cash Me over 1500m at Hawkesbury. His maiden win was over 1600m and suited stepping up to 1700m. GREAT POINT (5) dops in grade after two runs in TAB Highways at Rosehill and Randwick. Winner at Tamworth before that. BET: CHARLEROI (1) to win. RACE 4: Benchmark 58 (1000m) CHAMPAGNE TONIGHT (7) was spelled after a debut third at Cranbourne in October. Resumed from a spell for a new stable with a nose win from I'm Done over 1000m here. Missed the start by two lengths when a neck third at Moree last start. EDGE OF MIDNIGHT (4) resumed with a nose second to Manage The Cycle here on July 14. Is two from two second-up. ECHELON (6) placed once in nine starts in Victoria. Transferred to the Cavanough stable and scored a good win from Jagerschnitzel at Muswellbrook. Good chance again. BET: CHAMPAGNE TONIGHT (7) to win. RACE 5: Class 1 Plate (1600m) GHAZNAVI (2) was unlucky two starts back after caught deep throughout from a wide gate when a nose second to Saint Philomena over 1400m at Mudgee. Stepped up to 1600m and was again wide before beating The Big Blue here. Drawn ideally and will give this a shake. PINDORAMA (11) tracked the leader before scoring a two length win from Mad Harry on debut here on June 23. Got well back from a wide draw before running home for third to Wild Sensation 18 days later. OCEANFRONT (5) will be improved by his first-up second at Tamworth. BET: GHAZNAVI (2) each-way. RACE 6: Maiden Plate (1300m) SMART BUY (9) was a little unlucky not to break her maiden second-up last campaign when a three-quarter length second to Tulipwood at Dubbo after being held-up on the turn. Again held-up when fourth over 1000m here first-up. EAGLETURN (2) was bumped near the 75m when third to Great Idea on debut at Tamworth and was promoted to second after a protest. Has claims. DWAYNE (1) steps out for a new stable off a Gosford trial win. Has provincial form from 1500m up to 1890m. BET: SMART BUY (9) each-way. RACE 7: Class 2 Handicap (1300m) SOLITARIO (2) resumed with a nice win from Star Prediction to break his maiden here before returning to win a Class 1 from Cresta Run. Raced wide without cover when a neck third to Ilovenews when shooting for a hat-trick in a Bm66. GIRRAWHEEN (5) was fifth to Solitario in the Class 1 first-up before dropping back to 1100m and beating My Boy Scout at Dubbo. SEBILLA (7) has been freshened since fading in a Highway Rosehill on June 14. Has claims on her third to Fiorsum Fred here three starts back. BET: SOLITARIO (2) to win. RACE 8: Benchmark 58 (1200m) CRESTA RUN (6) came from near last and ran on strongly when a nose second to Solitario first-up. Raced a little keenly when runner-up to Wild Sensation here last start. ALL TOO WILD (12) resumed with a half-length second to Dashing Basics at Grafton on July 6. Followed up with a half-length second to Tonkatsu Goddess at Gosford. Her maiden win came third-up. UPWARDLY MOBILE (16) was spelled after suffering cardiac arrhythmia here in March. Won first-up last campaign and trialled nicely when fifth here on July 16. BET: CRESTA RUN (6) to win. ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ NARRANDERA TIPS BEST BET Race 3 No.5 PRIDE OF JEZZA: Relished the heavy track when swooping home to a big win last start. Hard to beat again. NEXT BEST Race 4 No.5 CHOICE WITNESS: Raced ungenerously at Sandown last start. Nice win under 60kg at on the heavy at Wagga the start prior.

Shayne O'Cass's Wellington, Wagga Tuesday tips: July 29, 2025

Form analyst Shayne O'Cass presents his best bets and inside mail for Wellington on Thursday, plus his tips for the Wagga meeting. • PUNT LIKE A PRO: Become a Racenet iQ member and get expert tips – with fully transparent return on investment statistics – from Racenet's team of professional punters at our Pro Tips section. SUBSCRIBE NOW! ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ WELLINGTON TIPS BEST BET Race 1 No.4 HANNAH'S BRIDGE: Has shown improvement from one run to the next; so close now. NEXT BEST Race 4 No.14 THE GIT UP: Placed at 10 of her 16 starts; this could be the day for breaking through. VALUE Race 7 No.8 PODCAST: Be right in the finish if she can bounce back to her pre-Highway form. QUADDIE Race 4: 3,5,6,14 Race 5: 1,4,5,11 Race 6: 5,6,10 Race 7: 8,13,14 JOCKEY TO FOLLOW Two-times SA Jockeys Premiership winner Chad Lever has some good rides out west today. WELLINGTON INSIDE MAIL RACE 1: Maiden Plate (1400m) HANNAH'S BRIDGE (4) was bred by her trainer Derek Piper and is a half-sister to her handy stablemate named Cheap Gas. As a daughter of Caulfield Guineas winner Divine Prophet, she should relish the 1400m for the first time on Tuesday. Her debut was good, her follow up was very good. Just has to handle the wet conditions. LOVE AIN'T FREE (1) handed in a PB last start when third at Dubbo. Drawn well. WINNING REIGN (12) is an 18-start maiden and the wet form is a worry but back to 1400m is a plus. BET: HANNAH'S BRIDGE (4) to win (best bet). RACE 2: Maiden Plate (900m) ANGIE'S SISTER (5) was $21 into $71 on debut in a 1000m Country Maiden on September 29 last year and ran a very cheeky race; she led and came in fourth of 14 at the finish behind a pretty handy winner in Taormina Sailor (see race 3 below). Market the guide again. MERE MORTAL (3) made his Michael Lynch-stable debut on July 15 at Warren, finishing second on the Heavy 8. Go well again. UFANA (9) is yet to win in 19 starts but hasn't run many bad races at all since Sharon Jeffries has had her. BET: ANGIE'S SISTER (5) to win, box First 4 Nos. 3,5,7,9,11. RACE 3: Benchmark 58 (900m) AORNINA SAILOR (7) will turn seven on August 1 but has only raced 10 times for one reason or another. What we do know about him is that he has talent. He's won twice with two placings and a handful of fourths and fifths. Comes off a smashing rival behind a good horse (Nimble Star, see race 5 below). CAPITAL DANCER (8) should feel comfortable in 'country grade'. HARD TOO IMPRESS (10) is very much on the right trajectory this campaign. Third-up, drawn well, good jockey, has handled the Heavy before. BET: TAORNINA SAILOR (7) to win, HARD TOO IMPRESS (10) to place. RACE 4: Maiden Handicap (1100m) THE GIT UP (14) remains winless after 16 starts but keep in mind that he has placed 10 times and five of them are seconds. There are no easy maidens in racing these days but this one looks well within his reach based on what he medalled in the past. NORTHERN EXPOSURE (3) is one for the pedigree buffs; in short, his third dam, North Fleur, is the granddam of the great Northerly. A veteran of four starts, he was placed at Dubbo on debut and has 'next time/more ground' written all over first-up at Muswellbrook. The 2023 Silver Goblet placegetter DUREN (5) has claims. BET: THE GIT UP (14) to win, box trifecta 3,5,6,14. RACE 5: Benchmark 58 (1100m) LIGHTNING SPEED (5) is ready to strike first-up BUT with nominations for two races at home at Scone on Thursday, one wonders if she will make the trip on Tuesday, more so given that all her form is on Good tracks. In her absence, all you can wind-in NIMBLE STAR (1) a few points; that said, he was always going to be popular given he is a Brett Robb-trained galloper who has won two of three and lost the rider at the other one. Stablemate DENMAN DEPUTY (4) is the one with the race fitness. More than that, he is a last-start winner. BET: LIGHTNING SPEED (5) to win or if scratched, DENMAN DEPUTY (4) and MISS KARIS (11) to place. RACE 6: Benchmark 66 (1600m) THE IMPECKABLE (6) has 16 starts for three wins, three seconds and four thirds. He goes on anything; his record on Heavy is two starts for a win and a third. One thing about him, from the outside looking in, is that he might not win every time but he does hold his form really well. BLUE GUITAR (5) has some seriously compelling numbers. Two of his four career wins are at a mile, he has placed on Heavy and is one for one at Wellington (should the meeting be at this venue). Building up to something and this could be it. BET: THE IMPECKABLE (6) to win, BLUE GUITAR (5) each-way, quinella 5,6. RACE 7: Class 2 Handicap (1400m) PODCAST (8), a $330,000 Magic Millions Yearling purchase in 2025, sold again for $3,000 online in February this year was going great guns prior to her two '00's at the last couple. That said, one was a TAB Highway and she actually wasn't that bad. Warren last start was harder to forgive but then again, they aren't machines and can have bad days. Mudgee mare KOBOLD (14)'s last two by contrast have been very encouraging, she beat a decent line-up at home on July 6 then was huge from near last to finish a length off the winner in a Class 1 at Bathurst. BET: PODCAST (8) each-way, KOBOLD (14) to place. ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ WAGGA TIPS BEST BET Race 8 No.18 SUPER RIFF: Hit the line with purpose last start and has won on a heavy track. NEXT BEST Race 3 No.5 PRIDE OF JEZZA: Gary Colvin-trained gelding who was a booming winner on a Wagga heavy 10 last start. LAY OF THE DAY Race 3 No.6 FLUTTERBY: Has competition here and looks a good lay at $3 or less.

Wyong, Corowa best bets, inside mail for Thursday, July 24, 2025

Racenet and The Daily Telegraph form analyst Adam Sherry provides his best bets and race-by-race analysis for Wyong and top selection at Corowa on Thursday. â– â– â– â– â– WYONG TIPS BEST BET Race 1 No.2: SUPER ECLIPSE Will take plenty of benefit from her first-up third. Extra trip suits. NEXT BEST Racing well. Will appreciate the step up to 1600m and unbeaten here. VALUE BET Race 7 No.12: GRAPHIC SIGHT Big maiden win first-up. Drawn well and a good chance again. QUADDIE Race 5: 2, 3, 5 Race 6: 1, 2, 4 Race 7: 1, 6, 12 Race 8: 1, 2, 4 JOCKEY TO FOLLOW Apprentice WILLIAM STANLEY has two rides and both can win. COROWA TIPS BEST BET Race 6 No.5: DEKADANCE Kicked off his campaign with a win and can go back-to-back. NEXT BEST Race 5 No.3: EL PIBE DE ORO Racing in good form on the synthetic. Has place at The Valley. â– â– â– â– â– WYONG INSIDE MAIL SUPER ECLIPSE (2) wasn't far behind the placegetters in her first two starts at Canterbury. Raced keenly when resuming with a third to Outta Line in a Super Maiden here. ZAMAZING (4) was third to Celtic Sin at his only run here back in May when resuming. Led and caught on the line by Steel Rain over 1600m at Gosford last start. OMAHA SANDS (3) was OK in his first two runs back from a spell before a third to Steel Rain and Zamazing. Was steadied late when awkwardly placed on heels. BET: SUPER ECLIPSE to win. GAMP (2) laid in and wasn't fully tested when a length second to Hoku at Newcastle first-up. Led and run down by the favourite Bev's Nine over this track and distance last start. COPPERLINE (7) is a brother to Ritzsun on debut. Very good in leading all the way to win his last two trials, the latest by over four lengths from Star Of Indigo on the Beaumont on July 9. WAL'S ME MATE (1) has solid metro form with placings at Kensington and Warwick Farm over 1250m and 1200m. First go at 1000m. BET: GAMP to win. FIREWORK (1) kicked off last campaign with back-to-back second placings behind Fly Scotty Fly and Money Team over 1100m and 1200m here on his home track. Narrowly beaten by Denial at Kembla first-up this time off the back on one soft trial. Will be better for the run. PICCADERRO (2) was bumped at the top of the straight when third to Sugar Island at Coffs Harbour last start. Blinkers off, winkers and crossover nose band on. ALFRED (4) will be better for his first-up fifth at Gosford and a step up in trip. BET: FIREWORK to win. EXTRA HEIGHTS (2) is a first starter by Extreme Choice. Jumped well before drifting back and sitting three-wide before sailing down the outside rail when a neck second to Koibito in his July 11 Randwick trial. IMPURITEZE (9) is a debutant by Trapeze Artist from a daughter of Bold Promise. Settled midfield and closed nicely when second to Valedictorian in his Randwick heat the same day. FABRES (7) race wide without cover when third to Sapling and Tequisoda when resuming here on July 5. Drawn out again. BET: EXTRA HEIGHTS to win. AGED CARE (3) had cardiac arrhythmia when resuming at Scone back in May. Had a trial and retuned with a win at Port Macquarie before a second to Malabar here after racing wide without cover. CALIFORNIA SECRET (2) placed once in his first six starts but has found his best form this campaign. He started with a barnstorming win at Muswellbrook and followed with wins at Newcastle to complete the hat-trick. Game in defeat behind Audrey's Lane over 1400m last start. CELTIC SIN (5) has claims on his win two starts back. BET: AGED CARE to win. IMPRESSIONISM (1) ended is first campaign with back-to-back seconds in the country. Resumed over 1300m at Newcastle and defied a betting drift to led all-the-way and beat Bohemian Art before going for another break. THE PACIFIC (4) improved off his first-up run to break his maiden at Kembla second-up last campaign. Will take improvement from his first-up seventh at Newcastle over 1200m. JUSTICE WARRIOR (2) has always shown nice ability and finally broke through with an all-the-way win at Tamworth. Will take plenty of confidence from that victory. BET: IMPRESSIONISM to win. GRAPHIC SIGHT (12) was given a good break after his debut third at Canberra last December when racing three-wide. Returned with a stylish all-the-way win at Goulburn on July 8. BURJ (6) resumed with a sixth behind a dominant Diddle Dumpling over 1000m at Gosford on June 12 and returned there a month later when a short head second to Divine Vicky over 1100m. Her maiden win was over 1300m so she will appreciate a step up in trip here. TRUE AMOR (1) dropped in grade and led all-the-way here last start. Chance again although wide gate isn't ideal. BET: GRAPHIC SIGHT each-way. HOW MUCH BETTER (1) has been good in his three runs this campaign including a last start third to Audrey's Lane over 1400m at Newcastle. Back a little in grade but steps up to the mile which will suit him ideally. Unbeaten on his home track. DUBAI WARRIOR (4) was beaten as an odds-on fav at Wagga when sitting midfield. Freshened and appreciated rolling along in front to win here last start. COSMIC LAD (2) has claims on his first-up win here.

Victorian form expert Brad Waters analyses Tuesday's fields for the eight-race card at Ballarat Synthetic, presenting his best bets, jockey to follow and lay of the day. • PUNT LIKE A PRO: Become a Racenet iQ member and get expert tips – with fully transparent return on investment statistics – from Racenet's team of professional punters at our Pro Tips section. SUBSCRIBE NOW! â– â– â– â– â– BEST BET SOUTHBY (Race 4 No.4): Got the money at Moe but was outgunned at Flemington. Dropping sharply in class will be perfect for him on Tuesday. â– â– â– â– â– NEXT BEST GIRLCANCHAT (Race 5 No.4): The locally-trained filly made a good start to her career when running on well over 1000m last time. She'll be harder to beat over more ground. COOL CHARLIE (Race 7 No.4): Boxed on well when racing on the speed at Wangaratta but has a good record on the Ballarat Synthetic track and could go one better. â– â– â– â– â– VALUE BET GRUNDY THREE VOTES (Race 8 No.8): The five-year-old broke his maiden in decisive fashion last time out. He's up in class but is worth including again on his favourite track. â– â– â– â– â– LAY OF THE DAY SUPERVISE (Race 7 No.1): Racing well but he's got plenty of weight despite the claim and will be forced to work too hard from a wide draw. â– â– â– â– â–
