The Valley's Janet Caperna accuses co-star of 'sexual assault'
The Valley's Janet Caperna has sensationally accused her co-star Danny Booko of 'sexual assault,' prompting outrage at her from other cast members. Her allegation stems from remarks made by Janet's husband Jason Caperna on an episode of the Bravo series that aired in April. During the April episode, Jason claimed Danny, 41, drunkenly placed his hand on The Bachelor alumna Jasmine Goode's thigh at a Halloween party, telling her: 'Get Daddy a drink,' then 'grabbed' the rear end of Jasmine's friend Melissa Carelli. On this week's episode of the show, Janet, 39, brought up the alleged incident and told co-star Kristen Doute that Danny 'sexually assaulted Jasmine and Michelle.' Kristen reacted with horror, saying Janet had descended to a 'new low' and 'crossed a f***ing line' by using the phrase 'sexual assault,' engaging in 'slander' against Danny and 'attempting to ruin someone's life that doesn't deserve it,' via Us Weekly. Danny who previously apologized to Melissa and Jasmine for behavior Jasmine had described as 'inappropriate,' responded to Janet's comments on the new episode: 'How many times have I owned up for it? You can't just keep bringing it up like that.' has contacted a representative for Danny for comment. Danny, pictured on his Instagram, responded to Janet's comments on the new episode: 'How many times have I owned up for it? You can't just keep bringing it up like that.' His supposed conduct at the Halloween party first came up on the April 29 episode of The Valley, as related by Janet's husband Jason. 'Not too long ago, Jasmine was in a situation where Danny was blackout drunk and was really inappropriate,' claimed Jason on that episode. 'Danny approached Jasmine, put his hand on her thigh and said: "Get Daddy a drink," referring to himself as "Daddy,"' he alleged further. 'And then when she went to go get "Daddy" and some other people a drink as well, he approached Jasmine's girlfriend Melissa and grabbed her butt.' Later on, reality TV cameras also captured Jasmine confronting Danny about the party, saying: 'You were inappropriate with me and her.' Danny expressed contrition when the subject came up, saying to Jasmine: 'That was completely out of my character. I am sorry.' The topic arose again on this week's episode at the Hawaiian boat party Kristen gave to celebrate her engagement to Luke Roderick. Kristen and Janet were speaking one-on-one at the fete when the conversation turned to Danny and his wife of a decade Nia Sanchez, who was Miss USA 2014. Janet asked if she had engaged in an 'attack' on 'Danny and Nia, or I said out loud what Danny did what he did?' adding: 'I said out loud: "Yes, he sexually assaulted Jasmine and Michelle."' At that point, Kristen extricated herself from the exchange with Janet and went over to Danny and Nia, whom she apprised of what she just heard. In a confessional, Nia described Janet's outburst as 'absolutely terrible,' arguing that 'I don't think anyone should be using those words unless it's the person involved. Janet wasn't there. It has nothing to do with her.' Meanwhile Danny, having previously apologized to Jasmine and Michelle, now said: 'How many times have I owned up for it? You can't just keep bringing it up like that.' Kristen came down firmly on Danny and Nia's side, accusing Janet of having reached a 'new low' by referring to his purported behavior as 'sexual assault.' 'How dare she say those words about Danny?' Kristen demanded. 'She's crossed a f***ing line. It's actual slander. It's actual defamation. She's attempting to ruin someone's life that doesn't deserve it.' Janet was initially unrepentant, pointing out that her husband is a lawyer and insisting that her description of events was accurate. 'Unfortunately for Danny, the definition of what he did is sexual assault,' she maintained. 'I'm sorry that he did that but I'm not going to be painted as the bad guy for talking about something that happened. That's bulls***.' By the time she spoke to Danny and Nia at Kristen's boat party, Janet said: 'I used the definition of what happened that night, and I'm sorry that I had to do that.' The episode aired one week after Janet made all of her social media accounts private because she had been subjected to a deluge of death threats. 'I'm sick of threats and slurs being normalized because "we signed up for this when we joined reality TV,"' she told 'That's sick and not normal and I'm not ever going to pretend it's normal or acceptable to message strangers threats and slurs,' she continued. 'It's sad to me that people go this far, it's definitely the worst part about this "job,"' she explained. 'I'm learning how to put boundaries on social media in place and learning as I go. I support healthy dialogue around reality TV and think some of the best conversations about modern culture stem from shows like ours.' Janet acknowledged: 'I'm far from perfect, and people are seeing the best and worst of all of us when we put our lives in front of cameras. My hope is people can have fun conversations about reality TV without going as far as some have recently.'

Denise Richards ' husband Aaron Phypers has filed for divorce after six years of marriage. Aaron filed the paperwork on Monday in Los Angeles, has learned after seeing court documents. He noted that the date of separation from the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills veteran was July 4. The cause for the split was marked 'irreconcilable differences' and Aaron is seeking spousal support from Denise. The two are starring together on their family reality TV show Denise Richards & Her Wild Things with her daughters Sami, 21, Lola, 19, and Eloise, 13. On the 4th of July Denise posted a sexy swimsuit image on the beach. The last time she shared an image with Aaron on Instagram was in April. The last time they were on a red carpet together was in May. The two wed in September 2018 in Malibu. The wedding ceremony was filmed for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Guests at the wedding included Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell as well as fellow Housewives stars Lisa Vanderpump and Camille Grammer. She wore a strapless Mark Zunino wedding dress embroidered with flowers as she held a bouquet with white and pink peonies. The bride walked down the aisle to Metallica's Unforgiven. Phypers dressed in dark jeans and a white button-down shirt. They stood in front of a backdrop composed of pink and hot pink roses. Phypers and the actress started dating in 2017, and got engaged in January 2018. Viewers watched the cringeworthy moment a Leeds couple decided to swing solo in the season finale of Channel 4's 'Open House: The Great Sex Experiment'. Married for years and swinging for the last five of them, Leeds couple Ashley, 31, and Tanya, 35, had only ever explored other partners together in the same room - never solo. Deciding national telly would be the place to give it a whirl, the couple led the series finale - which sees committed couples come to a luxury retreat to explore whether having open relationships and sex with other people can strengthen their bond. This episode was meant to mark a major personal development milestone with each of them leaving their comfort zone to go solo, meeting others without their spouse present. Yet it appears that one may have found it easier than the other, with window cleaner Ashley starting off the swing with some toe-curling chat. 16 And Pregnant star Whitney Purvis on suicide watch while in jail over overdose death she's charged for
MTV star Whitney Purvis, who appeared on the reality show 16 And Pregnant, is on suicide watch as she is in prison over a fatal February 17 drug overdose she was formally charged with on Monday. The 33-year-old reality star is being monitored in the Georgia jail where she is being held for involuntary manslaughter according to TMZ on Tuesday. Law enforcement sources for the publication claim that Purvis was medically designated and committed within the jail system after making suicidal comments. The insiders also allege that the reality star is also going through detox as she withdrawals from drug use. This news comes after it was revealed that she had penned an emotional memorial to the man who passed away from the drug overdose. On March 3, Purvis took to the site of the funeral home which handled arrangements for John Mark Harris, a 37-year-old chef who authorities said Purvis provided deadly drugs to that led to his tragic end. 'John mark, I hate that I found out what happened today and missed your funeral,' Purvis wrote on the Henderson & Sons Funeral Home site. 'I wish I could've found out sooner and attended your celebration of life.' The MTV star posted the message more than three months before she was arrested Monday in Floyd County, Georgia in connection with with involuntary manslaughter and distribution of a controlled substance, among other felony counts, TMZ reported Monday. Purvis 'distributed a substance presented as "Tranq," commonly known as Xylazine and Fentanyl, to the victim, which directly contributed in the victim's death due to a toxic overdose,' law enforcement officials said in an arrest affidavit reviewed by People. It's been an awful year for Purvis, who would later pen an emotional memorial for her son Weston following his death at the age of 16 on June 2; Daily Mail has reached out to Purvis via Instagram for further comment on this story. Purvis thanked her late confidante 'for being such a great friend to me and always making me feel beautiful and cared for.' Purvis said that her late friend had been a dear one, as they grew close over their passion for cooking: 'We bonded over being chefs, our love of cooking and our struggle.' Harris had been employed as a chef at Barnsley Gardens, a popular North Georgia resort. She praised Harris for his candor and intelligence in their interactions over the years. Purvis penned an emotional statement in memory of her late friend - whose death she was subsequently charged in 'I could tell you anything and you always knew what to say or give me your honest opinion and advice,' Purvis said. The MTV alum added 'You've came to my rescue on many occasions and saved me over the years. 'I am so very thankful for the times we had together.' Purvis - who's also charged with use of a communication device to commit a felony involving controlled substances - said that she was dealing with serious emotional trauma over the loss of her friend. 'My brain just can't process this happened,' she said. 'I don't want it to be true.' Purvis listed off a number of things she associated with Harris that she would miss in the wake of his passing. 'I'll miss waking up to your silly messages and pictures you'd send me,' she said. 'I'll miss marshal and lunchbox. I'll miss your amazing cooking. 'I'll miss snuggling on the couch watching tv with you. I'll miss sitting outside, smoking camel crush cigs w/ you how we talked about talked about life, gossiping and you telling me what movies/shows I need to watch next.' Purvis characterized her late friend as 'a truly good hearted, one of a kind man' who she would 'never forget.' Purvis, who has more than 17,500 followers on Instagram, wrapped up in saying: 'Rest in peace and my condolences to your family and friends. 'I pray they are able to find some kind of comfort during this tragic time. I love you forever, John Mark. Love, Whitney.' Whitney has been arrested a number of times before. In 2015 she landed in jail after allegedly attacking ex-boyfriend, and father of her two sons, Weston Gosa, with a broom handle Following the death of her son last month, Purvis spoke on social media about how she was understandably struggling in the wake of her child's unexpected passing. 'This is so hard to write,' Purvis said. 'My beautiful son, Weston has passed away. He was only 16 years old. Life is so cruel and unfair. I just dont understand. 'Oh my baby is gone and I don't know what to do with myself. He was so perfect. This is really my worst nightmare come true. 'How do you go on in life after losing a child?' Purvis said she was 'in disbelief,' thinking that 'this cannot be happening' and that she didn't 'want it to be real.' She added of her late son: 'I love you so much, Weston Owen Gosa. I would do anything just to hold him. Words just can't describe the pain I am feeling. 'God, I love you so much. You are my heart. I was so proud of the young man you were becoming. I just can't go on without you.

Amy Childs looked incredibly glamorous in a green and white dress as she joined her TOWIE castmates to film the new series on Sunday. The reality star, 35, recently addressed her extreme weight loss after dropping two stone. The stunner appeared in great spirits as she struck a pose outside Big Penny Social in east London, where filming took place. Her co-stars Amber Turner, Courtney Green, Jodie wells and Elma Pazar showcased their bronzed legs in tiny mini skirts and shorts. Danni Imbert displayed her snatched physique while Sophie Kasaei shared a smooch with boyfriend Jordan Brook. Elsewhere, Chloe Meadows, Livvy, Becks and Harry Derbidge posed for photos before getting back into filming. Amy revealed the real reason behind her extreme weight loss after calling off her wedding to her fiancé Billy Delbosq. Addressing the weight loss and cruel trolling she's received as a result of the weight loss in an emotional interview with OK! Magazine she said: 'I'm going through so much at the minute that the weight has fallen off me. 'I worry about my mum constantly. She's very emotional – she thinks she's going to have another heart attack.' 'People think I'm not eating, but I do eat. To be honest, I do feel better when I'm a bit heavier than I am at the moment. There's so much going on at the minute – it's the result of pure stress. We're also having renovations done in the midst of parenting four kids.' Amy added: 'But I'm strong, I've been in this industry for 15 years. I've had lots of people concerned about me, which I completely understand, but yes, people can be so quick to judge.' Amy also explained how she once tried using weight-loss injections 18 months ago, but it made her 'so ill she threw up three or four times'. Amy also recently called off her wedding to her fiancé Billy after a stressful period dealing with her mother's ill health and her own extreme weight loss. According to the publication, the plans have been pushed back due to 'last minute changes', after she first delayed the wedding in 2023. An insider said: 'Amy has had to cancel her wedding and she's absolutely gutted. There was going to be a show around it, following the run-up to their big day.. 'But they've had to make some last-minute changes based on what's going on in their lives.'
