The money-savvy parent prepares a meal for her family ahead of time, so they can enjoy cinema classics without spending a fortune. Taking inspiration from cinema favourites, the mum packed hot dogs and nachos for her family, using a few clever tricks for mess-free meals. Social media users loved the "genius" tip when blogger Casey Major-Bunce @majormumhacks shared it on TikTok. ‌ She says it helps her save around £70 per trip. Casey explained: "Stop doing this every time you go to the cinema and try these hacks instead. Honestly, it's going to save you so much money during the summer holidays. You don't need to keep re-mortgaging your house every time you go to the cinema." ‌ In her demonstration, she used plastic Costa Coffee cups for cinema-ready nachos. The savvy shopper added the nachos to the cup before pouring salsa into a small pot, which she could then fit inside the cup, even once she put the lid back on. She also prepared a flask ahead of time to take cheese sauce to the cinema to be enjoyed with the nachos. In her caption, Casey shared: "For the cheese: Use 8 slices of burger cheese and 100ml of milk. Pop in the microwave for 1 minute and then stir. Mix together, then add in the microwave for a further 15 seconds. Make sure the flask you add it to has had boiling water in for 15 mins to make it nice and hot, remove the water fully then add the cheese." She added that you could try the trick without a coffee cup. "You don't need to use a cup, just have a bag of Doritos and add the cheese inside," the blogger suggested. Casey also prepared hot dogs for her family to eat at the cinema, reports the Mirror. "Heat them fully to a flask that has been heated with boiling water and pop the hot dogs in," she suggested. ‌ The savvy mum said she'd saved over £70 by packing her own food and drinks for a family outing. Aizawl : Police in Aizawl arrested a man, who allegedly used to steal protected orchids from the abandoned Assam Rifles battalion headquarters complex in Aizawl, and was produced before a district court on Thursday. Lalnghatzova (38) of Selesih near Aizawl was arrested on Wednesday after an FIR was lodged at the Aizawl Police Station by environmentalist Vanramchhuangi, popularly known as Ruatfela Nu.
