On Sunday, the Headphones On singer, 24, was spotted with the 20-year-old musician after grabbing dinner together in Los Angeles. After stepping out of the restaurant, the pair appeared to be deep in conversation as they walked and talked. Stroud plane banner proposal has locals looking to the skies
