Barack And Michelle Obama Joke About Divorce Rumors: 'It Was Touch And Go For A While'
Former President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama have spoken up about the divorce rumors and are still laughing about them. During the latest episode of her podcast, IMO with Michelle Obama and Craig Robinson, she and her brother were joined by Barack. Robinson teased, 'Wait, you guys like each other? It's so nice to have you both in the same room together.' Michelle chimed in, 'I know because when we aren't, folks think we're divorced.' Barack then quipped, 'She took me back! It was touch and go for a while.' Speculation that they had split after 32 years has been brewing over the past few months. Craig recalled a moment at the airport when he was approached by a woman who asked him what Barack had done to Michelle. He egged on the drama by replying, 'Well, what makes you think he messed up?' Later noting, 'I wanted to keep this conversation so that I could tell you about it.' When speaking on the rumors, Barack admitted, 'These are the kinds of things that I just miss. So I don't even know this stuff's going on and then somebody will mention it to me and I'm like what are you talking about?' Regarding their marriage, Michelle confessed that divorce has never crossed her mind. 'There hasn't been one moment in our marriage where I've thought about quitting on my man,' she explained. 'And we've had some really hard times and we've had a lot of fun times, a lot of adventures and I have become a better person because of the man I'm married to.' Rumors about a divorce heightened when she chose not to attend Trump's inauguration. 'My decision to skip the inauguration, what people don't realize — or my decision to make choices at the beginning of this year that suited me were met with such ridicule and criticism,' she explained on an episode of her podcast earlier this year. 'People couldn't believe that I was saying no for any other reason that they had to assume that my marriage was falling apart.' The Obamas married in Chicago in October 1992. This past Valentine's Day, they gushed over one another like young lovers. Barack wrote on Instagram, 'Thirty-two years together and you still take my breath away' while shared, 'If there's one person I can always count on, it's you, @BarackObama. You're my rock. Always have been. Always will be.' Billy Joel fires back at persistent DUI rumors that have plagued his reputation for years
Billy Joel set the record straight on longstanding rumors that he was charged with driving under the influence. The "Piano Man" addressed the DUI allegations in his new, two-part HBO documentary, "Billy Joel: And So It Goes." Joel, 76, who was recently diagnosed with a brain disorder, was involved in a number of car accidents over the years, but denied that alcohol had any involvement. "I didn't like the tabloid kind of press. For example, there's this rumor that I have all these DUIs," Joel said, per People magazine. "That never happened." He added, "But people keep repeating the myth. 'Oh, he's got so many DUIs.' I never had a DUI. So f--- you." Joel asserted that "the press can be mean," and admitted that "having that much attention paid to you is not easy." The "Movin' Out" musician crashed his car multiple times in a three-year span beginning in 2002. He told the New York Times magazine in 2013 that the incidents were due to his "mental fog," not being under the influence. "I never had a DUI in my life. That's another fallacy. Look at the police records," he told the outlet. "My mind wasn't right. I wasn't focused. I went into a deep, deep depression after 9/11. 9/11 just knocked the wind out of me, and I don't know even now if I've recovered from it. "It really, really hurt that man could do that to man. And then there was a breakup with somebody, and it took me a while to get me back on my feet again." Joel revealed his normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) diagnosis in May, and said that the condition had been "exacerbated by recent concert performances, leading to problems with hearing, vision and balance." The statement at the time continued, "Under his doctor's instructions, Billy is undergoing specific physical therapy and has been advised to refrain from performing during this recovery period. Billy is thankful for the excellent care he is receiving and is fully committed to prioritizing his health." NPH is a condition that happens when cerebrospinal fluid builds up inside the skull and presses on the brain. This condition is most likely to occur in people over age 65. Treating this condition involves surgery to implant a shunt to drain excess fluid from the inside of the skull, according to the Cleveland Clinic. Joel canceled all of his tour dates earlier this year to recover from a "recent surgery and to undergo physical therapy under the supervision of his doctors." The "We Didn't Star the Fire" musician married his fourth wife, Alexis Roderick, during a surprise wedding on July 4, 2015. The couple has two daughters together.

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic's agent sparks rumors with LeBron James ‘big plans' tease
The post Nuggets' Nikola Jokic's agent sparks rumors with LeBron James 'big plans' tease appeared first on ClutchPoints. Nikola Jokic has till now been a one-team star. This is despite the fact that modern NBA has seen some major teamups, and some of them have involved names like LeBron James and Kevin Durant. Now 40, James is still looking for that elusive fifth ring, and is at a crossroads with the Los Angeles Lakers. Having taken up his player option for the upcoming season, the Lakers look determined to build around Luka Doncic for the present and the future. Amidst it all, none other than the Serbian Nikola Jokic's agent was seen hanging out with James at a picturesque destination. On Instagram, the Denver Nuggets' superstar longterm agent Miško Ražnatović posted two photographs alongside LeBron James and Maverick Carter on a boat in Saint Tropez. However, the caption elevated a simple vacation post into something far more sinister. 'The summer of 2025 is the perfect time to make big plans for the fall of 2026! @kingjames @mavcarter,' BeoBasket's Raznatovic wrote. LeBron James is set to be an unrestricted free agent at the end of the coming season. The Lakers have shown signs of wanting to move on from The King to instead focus on building around Luka Doncic. With James surely in the twilight of his career, another big move, the last of his career, may be on the cards. Considering the hue and cry surrounding his future, Nikola Jokic's agent seemed well aware of what he was doing with the post's caption. A potential Jokic-LeBron teammate does not only make financial sense considering the Nuggets are expected to have enough cap space in 2026. It will also be a war cry for the rest of the NBA considering two of the greatest players the league has ever seen can potentially team up together. That in itself may force the Nuggets' hand in the future, considering the Lakers look likely to move on and focus on younger players who match Doncic's timeline.

Jennifer Love Hewitt Has 'No Idea' How Feud Rumors With Sarah Michelle Gellar Even Started
There is no feud, people! That is what Jennifer Love Hewitt wants everyone to know when it comes to her relationship with Sarah Michelle Gellar in the wake of the I Know What You Did Last Summer sequel release. But the 46-year-old actress seems just as perplexed as everyone else as to how the rumors even began. More from SheKnows Freddie Prinze Jr. Shuts Down the 'Hot' Hollywood Couple Myth About Sarah Michelle Gellar Marriage Hewitt had to go all the way back to 1997 — yes, 28 years ago — to figure out why people believe they are frenemies. 'I honestly don't even know what that was or how that all came to be,' she said in a July 18 interview with Vulture. 'I just think people don't want the narrative to be easy. Why do we always have to be against each other and out for each other?' 'I haven't seen Sarah,' she continued. 'Literally, we've not talked since I saw her at 18 years old when the first movie came out. That's why it's so funny to me. People were like, 'Say something back.' And I'm like, 'What am I going to say? I've not seen her.' On my side, we're good. I have no idea where this is coming from.' So, while they aren't besties, they don't hate each other either. Hewitt and Gellar went their separate ways in 1997 and lived their lives. There isn't any bad blood, and even Gellar had to address the situation in a July 16 Instagram post. 'For everyone asking – I never got to see @jenniferlovehewitt, who is fantastic in the movie. I was inside with my kids when the big carpet happened,' Gellar wrote in the comments. 'And unfortunately, JLH didn't come to the after party. If you have ever been to one of these, it's crazy. I sadly didn't get pics with most of the cast. But that doesn't change how amazing I think they all are. Unfortunately, some things happen only in real life and not online.' This isn't the first time Gellar has addressed their reported feud — it reared its ugly head in December 2024 after she had an awkward interview with Extra. Fans thought she was dissing Hewitt, but Gellar insisted she didn't want to reveal any I Know What You Did Last Summer spoilers ahead of filming. Gellar, who also starred in the 1997 film with Hewitt and her now-husband Freddie Prinze Jr., wasn't in the sequel because — spoiler alert — her character was killed in the first movie. She's now busy working on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer reboot for Hulu. So, let's call this Hollywood case closed. Hewitt and Gellar might not be Sunday brunch besties, but they are proving that their so-called celebrity feud is of SheKnows 29 Times Gisele Bündchen's Red Carpet Fashion Proved She's the Ultimate Supermodel 68 Celebrities Who Share a Famous Ex 6 Sexy Celebrity-Owned Lingerie Lines, Made From Rihanna to Sofia Vergara Solve the daily Crossword

Nikola Jokic's Agent Hints At LeBron James Team-Up With Mysterious Post
Nikola Jokic's Agent Hints At LeBron James Team-Up With Mysterious Post originally appeared on Fadeaway World. Nikola Jokic's longtime agent Misko Raznatovic just set the NBA rumor mill ablaze with a single photo and one cryptic caption. When Raznatovic posted a snapshot of himself on a yacht in Saint-Tropez with LeBron James and Maverick Carter, it already felt calculated. But what sent fans into a frenzy was the caption: 'The summer of 2025 is the perfect time to make big plans for the fall of 2026!' In a league where subtle moves often signal massive power plays, this wasn't just a vacation selfie, it was a message. LeBron James will become an unrestricted free agent after the 2025-26 season. Though he opted into his $52.6 million player option with the Lakers, it's becoming increasingly clear that the franchise's long-term vision is centered around Luka Doncic, not a 42-year-old LeBron. That raises the question: is The King already planning his next move and could it involve the three-time MVP, Nikola Jokic? It wouldn't be the first time Denver chased LeBron. The Nuggets made a strong play for him in 2018, but James chose the glitz of Los Angeles over the mountains of Colorado. Now, seven years and two playoff exits at the hands of Jokic later, the tables may have turned. With Denver still a contender, and Jokic locked in as the best player in the world, adding even a 41-year-old LeBron, especially on a team-friendly deal, could swing the championship window wide open again. The internet certainly thinks so. One wondered aloud whether Jokic might be the one moving, could LeBron be recruiting the Serbian superstar to join the Lakers and team up with Doncic? That theory gained some traction after it was revealed that Jokic recently turned down a four-year, $212 million extension. The Lakers, according to reports, have been hoarding cap space for the 2026 free agency period. But there's another angle that could be even bigger: business. LeBron's longtime associate Maverick Carter has been spearheading an ambitious plan to launch a $5 billion international basketball league, and Raznatovic, who represents nearly half of EuroLeague players, would be an ideal partner. If James does transition into ownership or front office influence post-retirement, tapping into the European talent pool through Raznatovic might be his first big play. Still, Raznatovic's post was no accident. LeBron has always been a master of messaging, and this could be a test balloon to gauge fan reaction or even a power play to push the Lakers' hand. Either way, fans are now looking at the 2026 offseason as LeBron's potential 'last dance.' Whether it's in Denver alongside Jokic, in Cleveland for a final homecoming, or running his own league overseas, the gears are clearly turning behind the scenes. And one thing's for certain: when LeBron says nothing, that's usually when he's planning something story was originally reported by Fadeaway World on Jul 27, 2025, where it first appeared.
