Investigators say 27-year-old Julian Gunther was a teacher at Rio Grande Academy of Fine Arts, but his contract was not renewed in May. The warrant shows the graphic conversation where the undercover officer claimed to be 12-years-old. Police say the conversation quickly turned sexual and involved explicit photos. A teaching assistant shared naked photos with a teenager on Snapchat after calling him a 'good lad'. Chelsey Knox, 33, shared videos of herself in the shower as well as two topless pictures and a picture of herself using a sex toy with the 16-year-old. After the two started messaging the mother asked for him to send pictures of his genitals. Knox pleaded guilty to to engaging in sexual communication with a child at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court. The teaching assistant also admitted two counts of causing a child to watch an image of sexual activity and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity. The court heard that the offences took place between March 24 and April 5 last year. Knox was bailed on the condition she signs on to the sex offenders' register. Knox pleaded guilty to to engaging in sexual communication with a child at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court After the two started messaging the mother asked for him to send pictures of his genitals She first started messaging the boy in February 2024 but the texts were not 'sexual'. Rajni Prashar, prosecuting, said: 'She then sent a message asking him to come to her house, and she sent a picture of a bottle of alcohol and said there was a party. 'She also sent a message saying he was a good lad and she had her legs on show, but she then sent a topless photo and a video of her in the shower and she asked him to send a picture of his penis.' She will be sentenced at Woolwich Crown Court on a date to be set. Knox previously found herself in court after she chased and attacked a woman she had followed in her car. JPs heard the victim was left with cuts to her left ear and lip, as well as severe bruising to her face. Knox was handed a suspended 24 week sentence after admitting actual bodily harm.

A former police officer has admitted to attempting to have sexual communications with a child on Snapchat. Barry Geering, 44, was working for Wiltshire Police at the time of his arrest in April 2024. He was caught by the South West Regional Organised Crime Unit (SWROCU) communicating with someone he thought was a child over several days. On Tuesday, he pleaded guilty to attempted sexual communication with a child when he appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court. Deputy Chief Constable Mark Cooper said: "Our core priority as officers is to protect those most vulnerable and yet Geering purposefully sought to exploit a child. His actions are simply incompatible with those expected of our officers." Geering was suspended from duty upon his arrest. He resigned from Wiltshire Police two months later. Wiltshire Police's Professional Standards Department is carrying out a separate investigation into potential breaches of standards of professional behaviour by Geering. Mr Cooper said the force will look to "accelerate" these misconduct proceedings. Geering is due to be sentenced at Bristol Magistrates' Court on 23 June.
