Here's when the tri-fold Huawei Mate XTs is coming and how much it should cost
Vlad, 30 July 2025 A few days ago some more details leaked regarding Huawei's upcoming successor to the Mate XT, the original tri-fold smartphone, which launched last year. Now, a new source purports to bring us the exact launch date for the Mate XTs, which is apparently what the new device will be called. It will allegedly be presented on September 12, which is the same week that Apple will launch the iPhone 17 family, according to a recent rumor. Huawei Mate XT That's interesting timing to say the least. If true, perhaps Huawei wants to steal some of Apple's thunder, so to speak, which it may very well succeed in doing inside China, where it reigns supreme. The Mate XTs is rumored to cost around CNY 20,000, which at the current exchange rates means $2,786 or €2,422. For reference, note that the original Mate XT started at CNY 19,999, so its successor will be priced about the same. The Mate XTs will compete head-on in the Chinese market with Samsung's upcoming tri-fold smartphone, which is going to be announced later this year and has been rumored to only launch in Korea and China at first. Here's when the vivo X200 FE will launch in India
vivo will launch the X200 FE in Taiwan on June 23; however, there is no word from the brand about its launch in India. Previous rumors had claimed that the vivo X200 FE would be introduced in India on July 10, but we can confirm that this is not happening. A reliable source told us that the vivo X200 FE will debut in India during the week of July 13, meaning anytime between July 14 and July 19. There were also rumors about the vivo X Fold5 and X200 FE launching in India on July 10, with a recent report claiming the X Fold5 would go official in the Asian country between July 10 and July 15. Well, our source tells us that both smartphones will be introduced in India on the same day, so don't expect the Fold5 to go official in the world's second-largest smartphone market before July 13. vivo X200 FE's color options While the vivo X200 FE will be unveiled on June 23 in Taiwan, the Fold5 will be launched on June 25 at an event in China, so there's not much waiting to know all about these smartphones.
