Maryland's ‘fight is not over' after Trump's decision to keep FBI in D.C.
After a 15-year effort to entice the FBI to move to the Maryland suburbs, the state's leaders are preparing to fight the Trump administration's decision to keep the agency's headquarters in D.C. with a playbook honed eight years ago, the last time the project was thrown into limbo, according to two people familiar with the strategy who requested anonymity to discuss the plan.
