Reserve in advance to eat all the carbs from chef Luke Fetbroth (Giulia, Sarma): pasta dishes such as Taleggio cappelletti, bucatini with anchovy-chile butter, and cavatelli with sausage and broccoli rabe, but especially the excellent, focaccia-adjacent pan pizza.
