Orange Jordan Hosts Workshop with 32 Companies to Promote a Safe and Sustainable Work Environment In line with its steadfast commitment to promoting a culture of occupational health and safety, Orange Jordan organized a two-day specialized workshop at the Orange Training Center. The event gathered over 32 local and international partner companies, alongside representatives from relevant national ministries and institutions. اضافة اعلان The workshop was held under the patronage and presence of Dr. Ibrahim Harb, Chief Legal, Regulatory, Sourcing and Supply Officer / Chief Human Resources Officer at Orange Jordan. It was organized by the Human Resources Unit – Compensation and Benefits Department, with the aim of fostering a culture of occupational safety and enhancing preventive practices among contractors and business partners, in accordance with national and international regulations. Key topics addressed in the workshop included health and safety legislation, workplace risk prevention methods, social security and work-related injuries, personal protective equipment (PPE), road safety, first aid, and positive thinking in the workplace. The workshop also featured a success story presentation about Orange Jordan's journey in developing its occupational health and safety system. Representatives from official institutions praised the initiative. These included Dr. Mundher Bani Fayadh from the Ministry of Health (Director of Occupational Health), Eng. Zain Al-Abideen Ahmad from the Ministry of Labor (Occupational Health and Safety Directorate), Dr. Radwan Bani Hani and Dr. Mai Al-Sharif from the Social Security Corporation, as well as representatives from Civil Defense and the Jordanian Traffic Institute. All highlighted the important role that major companies play in institutionalizing health and safety practices and protecting lives. Dr. Ibrahim Harb emphasized that the health and safety of all employees and partners is a top priority and a core part of the company's culture. He noted that the workshop aimed to raise awareness, share expertise, and strengthen preventive practices and compliance with safety standards to ensure a safe and positive work environment for everyone. The workshop concluded with a call for all contractors and partners to continue adhering to the highest occupational health and safety standards, along with words of appreciation for all attendees for their active participation and support in making the event a success. Orange Jordan has continued its efforts to support the educational journey of females and males in Jordan, by celebrating the winning students of YO scholarships in a campaign launched for the third consecutive year and coincided with the back-to-school season. The campaign concluded with a draw to select 40 winners of scholarships worth of JD 777 each, enabling them to embark upon their academic journey at various Jordanian universities. The winners were honored at a ceremony attended by several executives, where Orange emphasized its commitment to empowering them to "lead the future" and equipping them with digital tools. Under the Patronage of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Orange Jordan Solidifies its Digital Leadership by Launching the All-In-One 'Max it' Application Orange Jordan started off the year on a high note taking a quantum leap in the customer experience arena with the launch of its first-of-a-kind application 'Max it', serving as an All-in-One super app. The launch took place during a press conference organized under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, Eng. Sami Smeirat. This step while embodying 'Orange is Here', reveals the 'one application for everything' concept to customers elevating their whole experience in unprecedented ways. It was designed to serve the purpose of being their destination for the new features including multi-line management and the marketplace where customers can explore and purchase Orange's products including the non-telco products, in addition to the reward feature. The CEO of Orange Jordan, Philippe Mansour, emphasized that this launch further solidifies Orange's position as the true responsible digital leader. The super app 'Max it' will be reshaping the future of customers' experience as they will no longer need to download more than one application to manage their multiple requirements.
