Along with her singing career, the acclaimed singer also experimented with other forms of media, such as film-making and hosting a TV show. In 1994, she made her acting debut in the romantic comedy play 'Leila Men Alf Leila' (Night of a Thousand Nights) featuring veteran actor Yehia El-Fakharany and singer-actor Ali El Haggar. Angham landed her first television role in "Fe Ghamdet Ein," co-starring actress Dalia El Behery.
