He is playing the monarch in The Diana Mixtape, which sees drag queens Priyanka, Kitty Scott-Claus, Courtney Act, Divina Di Campo and Rose tell the story of the late Princess Diana. The show also stars The Greatest Showman and Wicked actress Keala Settle as Queen Elizabeth II, covering Kelly Rowland's Commander and Meghan Trainor's Mother. Kitty Scott-Claus, who was on RuPaul's Drag Race UK on the BBC in 2021, insisted they were celebrating Diana with the show, despite turning her story into a musical comedy. She told the crowd: 'Let's face it, she would have f***ing loved to have had a drag show about herself.' The show, which is running at Here @ Outernet in central London until August 10 before transferring to Salford, features a series of pop songs which are equated to Diana's life. One drag queen sang Demi Lovato's Sorry Not Sorry in a scene about Diana's 'revenge dress', while another performed the Miley Cyrus song Can't Be Tamed as she broke free from the control of the royals. Noel once met King Charles in 2001 after performing at Party in the Park in aid of his charity, then known as The Prince's Trust. He was part of the pop group Hear'Say alongside Kym Marsh, Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Danny Foster, topping the charts with their debut single Pure and Simple. 'If I say no, then this will be played out across the arena.' Strictly's Nikita wows on stage with his own dance show 5 Mock Camilla smoke a cigarette on stage Credit: Supplied

Princess Diana Loved This Breakfast Food Long Before It Was Trendy
Princess Diana was a trendsetter and did many things before they became popular. That includes her nutritious, mostly vegetarian diet and signature breakfast that packs a high fiber punch and delivers complex carbohydrates that would help keep her energized throughout the day. The late royal's personal chef Darren McGrady has shared a lot about "The People's Princess" and the meals she liked the most. He shared one of her favorite dinners, which she requested multiple times per week, and now, he's weighing in on the late princess's favorite breakfast food. Princess Diana loved overnight oats even before they were all the rage. The royal chef shared that Princess Diana's love of the latest breakfast craze started in 1993, and she learned about them while visiting a Swiss health clinic. McGrady said enjoyed the overnight oats so much that he'd often prepare a double batch so that he could enjoy a serving too. If this breakfast is the favorite of a princess and her royal chef, it's definitely worth checking out. But chef Darren McGrady demonstrated the specific way that Princess Diana liked her breakfast, which was simple and nutritious. "We start off by steeping the oats, and that means adding a liquid to them," McGrady explained. He shared that he used rolled oats and warned against using quick oats for this dish, as he steeped them in freshly squeezed orange juice. That's all he does before covering the bowl with plastic and putting them in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, McGrady stirred the oats, which had absorbed most of the orange juice, before adding Greek yogurt to the mixture and stirring again. Then, he added raw honey and lemon juice, giving it another stir. For Princess Diana's overnight oats, he would grate honeycrisp apples with the skin on straight on top of the oat mixture, then he would add big, plump blueberries before adding the mixture to a glass dish, which he garnished with walnuts and blueberries, resulting in a beautiful and delicious healthy breakfast fit for a princess. Princess Diana's 'super healthy' breakfast revealed by her former chef and it's a current social media favourite
Image credits: Getty Images Years after her tragic death, Princess Diana lives on in the hearts of her many followers and fans. The Princess who died at the young age of 36, was known for her fit physique, glowing beauty and trend-setting fashion choices. Thus, her personality has remained one of interest for people to date. Almost 30 years after her demise, her former chef has revealed what the Princess ate every day for breakfast. In a video shared on his YouTube channel, former royal cook Darren McGrady said that Diana began her day by eating a nutritious meal of overnight oats after discovering them on a trip to Switzerland in the 1990s. He shared that she ate it 'every day' or on 'most mornings' at Kensington Palace. Appreciating the nutritional breakfast, he said it was 'healthy and packed with protein and nutrients', which is the reason why modern-day celebrities and influencers are gaga over it. From Gwyneth Paltrow to Victoria Beckham, various A-listers have shared their affinity for the meal over the last couple of years. Darren began the video by explaining that the princess was 'looking the best she ever did' during the days he cooked overnight oats and other meals for her. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 21st Century Skills Start with Confident Communication Planet Spark Learn More Undo He also shared his recipe in the caption of the clip, which included blueberries and walnuts as ingredients. 'She was now eating healthy - her go-to breakfast was something called overnight oats,' he said. 'Now today, overnight oats are popular. Everybody is eating them, but they date back to 2012.' 'That's when you couldn't go on social media without seeing a recipe for overnight oats. But Princess Diana was eating overnight oats almost 20 years earlier, in 1993.' Diana, as per the chef, found the dish in Switzerland, where they were called 'bircher muesli' and were invented by a Swiss nutritionist who thought they were 'really, really good and all the ingredients were super, super healthy.' He joked that the princess stole the recipe and returned to Britain, where she asked him to make them for breakfast 'every day'. According to the expert, while the breakfast can be eaten hot, its cold version places the dish on 'another level' and makes it taste 'amazing.' What is Princess Diana's recipe for overnight oats? Image credits: YouTube/Darren McGrady Darren moved on to share the recipe for the oats. 'Start off by steeping the oats- that means adding liquid to them. I use rolled oats.' He advised against using quick oats or any other type of oats, as rolled oats are the best. To steep the oats, he added a freshly squeezed jug of orange juice to them. 'Cover them [the oats] with plastic and then put them in the refrigerator and leave them overnight... overnight oats.' After pulling out the overnight oats, he mixed them together and added a pot of yogurt and a drop of honey to them. Lastly, he added half a honey crisp apple, juice of one lemon, a cup of fresh blueberries and 1/2 a cup of walnuts. 'This is the classic traditional dish that Princess Diana had for breakfast every morning,' he claimed. 'I have to admit when I was making this for Princess Diana every morning at Kensington Palace, it was so good, I actually used to double the recipe so that the chef got it too,' he joked.
