Glendale's Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival is coming to The Bavarian Bierhaus on June 7

The annual Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival is set to bring together over 40 of the state's breweries, cideries, distillers, wineries and food vendors on Saturday, June 7, for a beer and food tasting event. This year the festival will be held in a new location ― The Bavarian Bierhaus's Famous Old Heidelberg Festival Grounds in Glendale, at 700 W. Lexington Blvd. In previous years, the festival was held at Bayshore Mall and went by the name Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival. With the purchase of a ticket to the festival, guests can sample food and beverages from all the vendors on site. 'It's about getting people out and really showcasing the best of what Wisconsin breweries, wineries and distilleries are putting out there, which is pretty awesome,' said Mike Doble, organizer of the Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival and board member of the Wisconsin Brewers Guild. Here is everything to know about the 2025 Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival in Glendale. There are four tiers of ticket options available for purchase: General admission: $65 VIP: $85 Designated driver: $20 VIP designated driver: $30 'We always like to offer a designated driver ticket at a deep discount to encourage people to bring a driver,' Doble said. VIP tickets include early entry from noon to 1 p.m., allowing for early access to the food and drink samples, including some exclusive tastings. General admission doors open at 1 p.m., and the festival ends at 5 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online here or at the door. At the previous location at Bayshore Mall, the Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival was held entirely outdoors. In the past three years, the festival has been hit with unfavorable weather conditions twice, according to Doble. The move to the Bavarian Bierhaus includes a pavilion where food and drink tastings can go on comfortably, rain or shine, he said. The Bavarian Bierhaus has ample parking space on site, including overflow parking options on the west side of the pavilion. Everyone must be at least 21 years old to attend the Wisconsin + Beer Lovers Festival. Children, animals and alcohol carry-ins are prohibited from entry. Samples of craft beer, wine, ciders, non-alcoholic beverages and food options from vendors from across the state will be available. 'The primary purpose of the event is to showcase Wisconsin Brewers Guild breweries,' Doble said. 'It's a good way for breweries that are in remote parts of the state to get in front of retailers and customers in the Milwaukee market.' This year, several distilleries and wineries will also be offering samples for the first time. Plus, the festival is set to double the number of food vendors on site, jumping from three to six businesses that will be offering samples of their food to attendees. 'One of the unique things about this festival is that most of the people behind the booth are the owners or the brewers,' Doble said. According to the Wisconsin Brewers Guild website, samples of food and drinks will be available from: 3 Sheeps Brewing 41Fork Hospitality Appleton Beer Factory Cache Cider Central Standard Ciderboys Creative Crusts Pizza Doundrins Distilling Driftless Glen Eagle Park Brewing Company Earth Rider Brewery Explorium BrewPub Forage Kitchen Foxtown Brewing Gathering Place Brewing Good City Brewing Great Dane Pub & Brewing Co. Kate Moss's favourite vintage supplier presents party-perfect collection at London Fashion Week

Kate Moss's go-to vintage supplier brought a party-perfect collection to London Fashion Week. Annie Doble, founder of vintage treasure trove Annie's Ibiza, brought glitz and glamour through an array of retro finds. Over the years, Doble has supplied a myriad of stylish women, including Kate and Lila Moss, Taylor Swift and Sabrina Carpenter. Annie's Ibiza consists of archive pieces from decades past, as well as new-season collaborations Doble has released with brands. For this year's London Fashion Week, Doble was inspired by the Renaissance period of 15th-century Italy, a time of artistic innovation and strength. This collection channelled the feminine strength of Joan of Arc, Catharine Sforza and the enduring grace of women throughout history. Doble debuted her first London Fashion Week collection just two years ago, at autumn/winter 2023, following her customers' frequent requests for her to release her own collection. This year, Annie's Ibiza showcased a modern renaissance of gothic glamour and battle-inspired armour drenched in her Doble's iconic sparkles. The hooded silver dresses, heavy embellished capes and metallic accents evoked Joan of Arc's gallant armour. The runway was awash with delicate embellishments, a voluptuous bridal-esque gown made from vintage lace with a Victorian bustle, tapestry dress details, waist-cinching corsetry (an Annie's Ibiza signature) and – of course – plenty of beads and sparkle. Annie's precise engineering and artistry converged in intricate metalwork and architectural silhouettes – one look of which was reminiscent of Zendaya's iconic Mugler suit at the Dune: Part Two premiere last year. Sustainability is of course a core pillar of Annie's Ibiza's design philosophy, with the collection incorporating deadstock, recycled, vegan and natural materials, including organic cotton and seaweed. This collection is a simultaneous celebration of both history of future. 'Fashion should be timeless,' says Doble. 'The craftsmanship of these pieces… they are something I would want to give to my grandchild.'
