The provider acknowledged the issue with a post on social media writing: 'We're aware of an issue affecting voice services and are working hard to fix it.' However, users on Downdetector have continued to report issues for a second day. Hundreds of reports were logged on the website around 7am today (June 26). One user wrote: 'Day 2 of not being able to make or receive calls! Anyone else?' They added that they were experiencing issues in Kent. The majority of customers said they were struggling to send or receive payments, but others said they were having issues with making deposits or logging into the app. Dozens of frustrated customers have shared on social media that they've been unable to use their Monzo accounts. One person wrote on X: "Just transferred money to my Monzo account - not come through. Usually very fast. Any issues at the moment? Other bank transfers went fine…" Another said: "@monzo what's with the fund transfer issues today? My money hasn't turned up after being sent."
