As the dust settled on this week's edition of Monday Night RAW, the finals were set in stone to crown the new King and Queen of the Ring this year. WWE Night of Champions will see the coronation of the King and Queen of the Ring The first semi-finals of the King and Queen of the Ring culminated at last week's edition of Friday Night SmackDown. On the women's side, it was Asuka who outlasted Alexa Bliss to advance in the tournament. On the other hand, Randy Orton defeated Sami Zayn to once again secure a spot in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament, much like he did last year. On this week's episode of RAW, the second semi-finals of the tournaments took place. In the first hour of the show, it was Jade Cargill who competed against Roxanne Perez. The NXT standout displayed a valiant effort against the much bigger Cargill, and both women delivered a spectacular showdown. As the dust settled, The Storm planted Perez with a thunderous Jaded to pick up the win.
