Save $200 Off a Motorola Ultra Foldable Phone and Get a Free Moto Watch Fit Worth $200 Included

Motorola makes some of our favorite foldable phones and this is your chance to pick up the cream of the crop and save big while you do it. The Motorola Razr Ultra with a massive 1TB of storage is currently being offered for just $1,300, a $200 savings. But that's just the beginning. Motorola is also throwing in a free Moto Watch Fit smartwatch worth $200, too. Motorola is celebrating 21 years of the Razr name, and the Razr Ultra is just one deal currently running. You can also save $250 off the Motorola Razr Plus 2024 at Best Buy, while the Motorola Razr 2024 is $200 off. The biggest deal is undoubtedly the Razr Ultra, though. You'll get a full 1TB of storage, so you won't struggle when installing your favorite apps and games. You also get support for Moto AI, which includes a variety of features, including one that helps you catch up with notifications when you've been busy. Google Gemini is also included, too. Hey, did you know? CNET Deals texts are free, easy and save you money. In terms of specs, the phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite platform and has 16GB of RAM. The main 7-inch foldable display is joined by a 4-inch display on the outside of the device for quick access to information. An array of cameras is also included, starting with the 5-megapixel main camera and a 50-megapixel ultrawide shooter. A 50-megapixel camera handles selfies. Why this deal matters Saving $200 on a great foldable phone like the Motorola Razr Ultra is already a solid deal, but getting a smartwatch thrown in makes it hard to beat. Just keep in mind that you can also choose the Razr Plus or Razr if you're looking to spend a little less on your new folding phone.

Intel beats shareholder lawsuit over $32 billion stock plunge

By Jonathan Stempel A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit accusing Intel of defrauding shareholders by concealing problems in a business where it manufactured chips for outside customers, leading to a $32 billion one-day plunge in its market value. While saying she "understands plaintiffs' frustrations," U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson in San Francisco ruled on Wednesday that Intel did not wait too long to reveal a $7 billion fiscal 2023 operating loss in its foundry business. Intel's stock price sank 26% last August 2, one day after the chipmaker announced more than 15,000 layoffs and suspended its dividend, hoping to save $10 billion in 2025. The Santa Clara, California-based company created the foundry business in 2021 to serve customers including and Qualcomm, while still making chips and wafers for internal use. In a 21-page decision, Thompson said Intel made clear that foundry results would be "obscured" until 2024, meaning its earlier financial reporting was not false and misleading. Thompson also cited an "overarching policy consideration" that because Intel's public statements suggested a "trial-and-error" approach to the foundry business, the company could have faced risks from reporting preliminary, unaudited data. The judge dismissed an earlier version of the lawsuit in March. Wednesday's dismissal was with prejudice, meaning the shareholders cannot sue again. Snagdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 details just leaked — this is how powerful the Galaxy S26 Ultra could be

The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 — the chipset expected to power the Samsung Galaxy S26, OnePlus 14 and more phones next year — looks to be way more powerful than today's best smartphone chips, says leaker Digital Chat Station on Weibo. DCS explains this by talking about the chip's clock speeds, with the CPU running at 4.6GHz and the GPU at Those numbers perhaps don't mean much to you by themselves, but generally the higher the frequency, the faster a chip runs and the more powerful it is. While Qualcomm, maker of the Snapdragon chips, has apparently decreased the CPU frequency from 5GHz in earlier tests, it's still running quicker than the Snapdragon 8 Elite, which is set to 4.47GHz. Plus, this latest iteration of the 8 Elite Gen 2 still apparently hits the 4-million mark on the AnTuTu benchmark, way ahead of the 2.6 million score that currently tops the leaderboard. This info builds on previous DCS leaks, where they detailed that the 8 Elite Gen 2 will be a third-generation 3-nanometer chip, built by TSMC, using a 2+6 prime/performance core arrangement with 2nd-gen Oryon CPU cores and an Adreno 840 GPU. Simply put, this chip will use the latest construction methods, the same internal set-up as the 8 Elite chip it'll replace, and the newest processing tech. Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. Despite that, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2 may not cost any more than the 8 Elite does. Good news for consumers and manufacturers alike. We can fairly safely assume that Qualcomm will also be working on an even faster version for later in 2026. That includes Samsung, who has been using "For Galaxy" variants of the latest Snapdragon flagship silicon for the past few years in Galaxy S and Galaxy Z models. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2's main opponent will be, as always, Apple's latest iPhones and the new chips within. A generic "Leading Version" will likely launch midway through 2026, and be used in certain performance-focused phones launching in the latter half of the year. The Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 2's main opponent will be, as always, Apple's latest iPhones and the new chips within. In September, we should see the iPhone 17 series debut along with the A19 and A19 Pro chips, and we'll be paying close attention to their performance. Apple's A-series chips have not had a leap forward in chip power in the past few years like Snapdragon 8 chips have, so we could be in for a close competition. Qualcomm normally introduces its new Snapdragon 8 series chips to the world in fall each year, during an annual event in Hawaii. This year's Snapdragon Summit is already in the calendar for September 23 - 25, so we should hopefully get the full details of this new smartphone powerhouse then. Weekly deals roundup: Galaxy Z Fold 7, S24 Ultra, Apple Watch 10, and more offers for all budgets

Probably not, as it might be better to distance ourselves from all past sales events and primarily focus on the present while looking towards the future as well. Obviously, said future holds potentially spectacular Black Friday and Cyber Monday shindigs, but that's still many months away. In the meantime, bargain hunters interested in making the best smartphone, tablet, and smartwatch deals they possibly can right now should look at the following lists, carefully analyze their options, and decide if it's wiser to make a purchase today or wait for something better that may or may not arrive soon. 5G, Unlocked, 256GB Storage, 12GB RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Processor, 8-Inch Foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X Display with 2184 x 1968 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Technology, 6.5-Inch Secondary AMOLED Screen with 2520 x 1080 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Support, Armor Aluminum Frame, Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2, 200 + 10 + 12MP Triple Rear-Facing Camera System, 10MP Front-Facing Camera, 10MP Cover Camera, 4,400mAh Battery with 25W Wired and 15W Wireless Charging Capabilities, Three Color Options, $200 Amazon Gift Card Included Buy at Amazon 5G, Unlocked, 256GB Storage, 12GB RAM, Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Processor, 6.8-Inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Display with 3120 x 1440 Pixel Resolution and 120Hz Refresh Rate Technology, Titanium Frame, 200 + 50 + 10 + 12MP Quad Rear-Facing Camera System, 12MP Front-Facing Camera, 5,000mAh Battery with 45W Charging Capabilities, Android 14 with One UI 6.1, Galaxy AI, S Pen Included, Three Color Options Buy at Amazon GPS, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, LTPO3 OLED Always-On Retina Display with Up to 2000 Nits Brightness, ECG, High and Low Heart Rate Notifications, Sleep Tracking, Sleep Apnea Notifications, Temperature Sensing, Cycle Tracking, Emergency SOS, Fall Detection, Crash Detection, Water Resistant Up to 50 Meters, Swimproof, Depth Gauge, S10 Processor, Double Tap Gesture, Up to 18 Hours of Battery Life, Faster Charging, Rose Gold Aluminum Case, Plum Sport Loop Buy at Amazon I'm not going to lie to you, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 has been available at a significantly heftier discount than $200 during its pre-order window. But with that window closed, I'm sure some foldable fans late to this bad boy's launch party will appreciate the opportunity to get a handy $200 Amazon gift card with Samsung's remarkably thin and unexpectedly popular new book-style flagship. If you can't afford the Z Fold 7 ... or something like the Galaxy S25 Ultra , last year's Galaxy S24 Ultra is also a great high-end option for hardcore Samsung fans in general and S Pen devotees in particular at a super-rare and super-massive $500 discount. And then there's quite possibly the best smartwatch (with a non-rugged design) that an iPhone user can get... ahead of this fall's likely Apple Watch Series 11 release. The Apple Watch Series 10 is incredibly discounted almost as deeply as on Prime Day, but just in one particular 42mm model with standalone cellular connectivity and presumably for a limited time only. Of course, it's hard to recommend the Galaxy Z Flip 7 Fan Edition when the objectively superior Motorola Razr Plus (2025) clamshell is on sale at a lower price, and the state-of-the-art 1TB Razr Ultra (2025) can also be a great Z Flip 7 alternative at a cool little discount and with a cool little gift included as well. The Galaxy Tab A9 Plus and Lenovo Tab Plus might be exactly what you're looking for. The Lenovo Idea Tab Pro, meanwhile, is a bit costlier, as well as significantly more powerful and sophisticated, with Apple's 2025-released iPad Air 11 arguably targeting an even more demanding audience willing to spend some more dough. 40mm, GPS, Bluetooth, One UI 8, Cushion Design, 1.34-Inch Super AMOLED Touchscreen with 438 x 438 Pixel Resolution and Up to 3000 Nits Brightness, 3nm-Based Exynos W1000 Processor, ECG, Blood Pressure Sensor, Fall Detection, Advanced Sleep Coaching, Energy Score, Vascular Load, Antioxidant Index, Galaxy AI, Armor Aluminum Frame, Graphite and Silver Color Options, US Version, Two-Year Warranty, Free $50 Promotional Credit Included Buy at Amazon 46mm, GPS, Bluetooth, One UI 8, Cushion Design, Rotating Bezel, Quick Button, 1.34-Inch Super AMOLED Touchscreen with 438 x 438 Pixel Resolution and Up to 3000 Nits Brightness, 3nm-Based Exynos W1000 Processor, ECG, Blood Pressure Sensor, Fall Detection, Advanced Sleep Coaching, Energy Score, Vascular Load, Antioxidant Index, Galaxy AI, Stainless Steel Frame, Black and White Color Options, US Version, Two-Year Warranty, $100 Amazon Gift Card Included Buy at Amazon GPS, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, 47mm, 1.5-Inch AMOLED Display with 480 x 480 Pixel Resolution and Up to 3000 Nits Brightness, 64GB Storage, Sapphire Crystal, Galaxy AI, Energy Score, Heart Rate Monitor, Advanced Sleep Coaching, Fall Detection, Titanium Construction, One UI 8, Up to 100 Hours of Battery Life, Customizable Quick Button, 2GB RAM, 32GB Storage, Four Color Options, $100 Amazon Gift Card Included Buy at Amazon I'm not saying Samsung is your only decent smartwatch option today. But it's clearly the best... unless, of course, you've already decided to get that Apple Watch Series 10 model above at a $100 discount. Only one of these three devices comes with a handy rotating bezel, mind you, while a second one rocks a rugged design and the third is... cheaper. Easy decision, right?
