However, Rockstar Games has not yet confirmed the update, but the rumour of one more delay has sparked a wave of reactions online, ranging from disappointment to memes. GTA 6 to be delayed one more time: Check details According to Tom's Guide, leakster Millie A has revealed that due to some internal discussions at the studio, the release of GTA 6 is said to shift from May 2026 to September 2026. The fresh update has surfaced after Rockstar had delayed the game to 2026 from its initial Fall 2025 window to May 2026. Not only this, but the leaker has also revealed the price of GTA 6 in the United Kingdom. 🚨 GTA 6 might be delayed againKnown leaker Millie A that claims internal talks at Rockstar point to a 4-month delayIf true, the game may be released in September 2026 instead of May 2026 😬#gamedev #gaming #GTA6 #RockstarGames GTA 6 delay rumours on social media (expected date) The leaks and rumours have stemmed from an X (formerly called Twitter) user and leaker who is identified as Millie A. This person has a mixed record with his information. He claims that 'internal talks' at Rockstar Games may slightly delay the game as per its scheduled time. According to the game developers, the game was earlier going to launch in May 2026; however, the new leaks have suggested that there will be another delay, and now it will launch in September 2026. Price of the game in the UK has leaked In addition to hinting at a possible delay, the recent leaks have also revealed what could be GTA 6's pricing structure across its various editions. Standard Edition: Expected to be priced at $69.99 (approx. Rs 5,820) or £69.99 (approx. Rs 7,515). Deluxe Edition: Likely to cost $89.99 (around Rs 7,485) or £89.99 (around Rs 9,660), possibly including early access to GTA Online. Netizens react to the further delay of Grand Theft Auto VI As soon as the news surfaced on the internet, it quickly went viral, and fans shared their reactions. One said, "C'mon Rockstar have tradition atp to delay 2 times at least. I said and I'll say it again GTA 6 will most likely still be delayed even if they gave the exact date, that still doesn't mean anything. You're just delusional if that's what prevents them from delaying again 😶" "If gta 6 is delayed again cancel it cuz yall doing way to much don't announce a game then delay it," another said. While one said, "It'll come out when it comes out, I'm not holding my breath." "I'm fairly confident that they can actually release it on the 26th of may. From what I know, they usually announce vague dates in the trailers, like summer 2015 or spring 2017. RDR2 was the same, they put like 2 different dates on the first two trailers, but on the 3rd and last trailer, and after two delays, they gave us the 26th of october, date the game actually released. So for them to actually give us the actual date of this trailer, idk it gives me a bit of hope it will release on time." FAQs Q. What is the price of GTA 6 in India? The Standard Edition of GTA 6 is likely to be priced at around Rs 5,999 in India. The Deluxe and Collector's Editions are expected to be more expensive, potentially starting from ₹7,299 or higher. Q. Is there a GTA 6 release date? Earlier this year, Rockstar Games revealed that GTA VI would unfortunately be delayed from Fall 2025 to May 2026, as per Gaming Bible. GTA 6 Release date: Why are millions of gamers slamming the upcoming launch?
GTA 6 is set to release on May 26, 2026, with Rockstar confirming the date on X. (Photo: Instagram/Rockstar Games) The much-anticipated GTA 6 launch , officially scheduled for May 26, 2026, is expected to dominate headlines across the gaming industry. However, what should have been a moment of celebration has sparked dismay among millions of PC gamers globally. The exclusion of PC from the initial launch, which only includes PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, has triggered widespread backlash, particularly online, where disheartened fans are expressing their frustration, as per a report by Gaming Bible. Rockstar Games confirmed that GTA 6 will not be immediately available for PC, a move that follows the company's earlier release models but still comes as a heavy blow to PC loyalists. Many fans, who had waited over a decade for the next Grand Theft Auto chapter, now face the reality of either purchasing a high-end console or waiting an unspecified amount of time — potentially up to a year or more. The GTA 6 release date announcement, while celebrated by console users, has ignited outrage within PC gaming circles. One fan summed up the sentiment by writing, 'The wait is gonna be painful,' referencing a past instance when they nearly bought a console just to play Red Dead Redemption 2 . Another user went further, suggesting a boycott of Rockstar, stating: 'This ain't 2015, it's 2025. Why are we still launching games without including PC?'Some disgruntled fans went so far as to say they would resort to piracy or simply watch gameplay videos instead of purchasing a console. 'I ain't buying a console for this game,' one user commented. 'I'd rather watch my favorite YouTuber play it. It'll be spoiled all over social media anyway', as mentioned in the Gaming Bible report. PC players also lamented the threat of unavoidable spoilers, predicting a flood of GTA 6 content across platforms like TikTok and YouTube long before they get to experience the game firsthand. Rockstar Games' past strategy suggests a delayed PC port may deliver a superior product. Grand Theft Auto V , which launched on PC in 2015, 19 months after its initial console release, was widely recognized for its enhanced visual fidelity, smoother frame rates, and better believe GTA 6 will follow a similar trajectory. Given the visual ambition seen in the trailers, with hyper-detailed scenes featuring everything from carbonation bubbles in drinks to smudged fingerprints on metal surfaces, there is reason to believe the eventual PC version will offer a graphical experience unmatched by GTA 6 is being marketed as a generational leap in open-world storytelling and visual realism, the lack of PC support has severely dampened excitement in a major segment of Rockstar's fanbase.'Just because I spent a lot of money on a PC, I now have to wait while the entire storyline gets spoiled?' asked one player on Reddit. 'It's really disheartening when console players are openly mocking PC gamers for not getting the game at launch.'The reality is that the May 2026 release will likely be a divided experience, a triumph for console gamers, and a period of agonizing anticipation for PC the disappointment, many remain hopeful that patience will pay off. Based on Rockstar's history, the PC version of GTA 6 is expected to feature 4K visuals, improved textures, higher frame rates, and more customization experts suggest that Rockstar may take advantage of the delay to further optimize performance for PC hardware, ensuring a smoother and more refined experience than what's initially available on consoles. 'Rockstar doesn't rush its PC ports,' said one industry analyst. 'If anything, GTA 6 for PC could be the ultimate edition — the definitive way to experience the game.' Yet, even the promise of better graphics cannot calm concerns over inevitable storyline leaks. In a digital age where major plot points are dissected on social media within hours of release, many PC players fear being left with a spoiled narrative before they ever get to play.'I'd rather wait and get the full experience,' said a longtime fan. 'But that means I'll probably have to log off social media for a year. That's a big ask.'With its May 26, 2026 launch, GTA 6 is poised to redefine the possibilities of open-world games. From dynamic environments to next-gen AI and unmatched detail, Rockstar has made it clear that the title is an ambitious leap forward. However, by leaving PC gamers on the sidelines, the publisher may have inadvertently alienated a substantial portion of its fanbase. Grand Theft Auto 6 is officially scheduled to launch on May 26, 2026. The initial launch will be limited to PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. PC is notably excluded from the day-one release.

GTA 6 may face another delay, leak suggests September 2026 launch
GTA 6 is set to release on May 26, 2026, with Rockstar confirming the date on X. (Photo: Instagram/Rockstar Games) Rockstar Games' much-awaited title Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA6) may again witness a delay. According to a new online leak the game may release in September 2026 instead of May 2026. As reported by Tom's Guide, leakster Millie A has revealed that due to some internal discussions at the studio, the release of GTA 6 is said to shift from May 2026 to September 2026. This news comes after Rockstar had already pushed back the game's launch from its initial Fall 2025 window to May 2026. While Rockstar Games has yet to officially comment on these latest speculations. Along with this, the leakster also revealed the likely price of GTA 6 in the UK. GTA 6 may again witness a delay The rumours stem from an X (formerly Twitter) user and leaker known as "Millie A," who, despite a mixed track record, claims that "internal talks" at Rockstar Games point to a possible slip in the release schedule. Earlier, the gaming studio confirmed that the GTA 6 will launch in May 2026, however as per the new leak the game launch has witnessed another delay and now it may launch in September 2026. In addition to the potential delay, the leak also offered insights into the alleged pricing structure for GTA 6's various editions: * Standard Edition: Reportedly priced at $69.99/£69.99. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Is this legal? The prospect of early access to GTA Online for pricier editions suggests a strategy by Rockstar to incentivize higher-tier purchases, leveraging the immense popularity and profitability of GTA 5's online component. Grand Theft Auto VI expected to generate nearly $8 billion Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) is set to launch in May next year. Meanwhile, investment firm Konvoy has made some major predictions for the upcoming open world title's financial performance. The video game venture capitalist company suggests that GTA 6 will generate $7.6 billion in revenue within just two months or 60 days of its release. Josh Chapman, a managing partner of Konvoy, shared this forecast on a post shared on the professional networking site LinkedIn. He highlighted that the firm believes that the highly anticipated game will have major commercial success. However, it's important to note that Konvoy's projection is based on certain assumptions that Take-Two Interactive has not yet confirmed, such as an $80 price point for the game and a reported budget of around $2 billion, which the company is said to have spent to develop the game. Konvoy's analysis suggests that GTA 6 could recover its estimated $2 billion budget in under 30 days and build considerable momentum. The firm predicts that it may become the gaming industry's biggest launch to date and is expected to break records for both copies sold and revenue generated by a game. Considering that analysts have referred to GTA 6 as "the most important game to ever release in the industry," a multi-billion dollar revenue figure may be within reach for the title.

GTA 6 might be delayed again, according to a new leak — here's when the game could launch
A new leak claims that GTA 6 could face another delay. This same leaker also has potential information about the pricing of the game's various editions. As always with leaks, take everything you're about to read with a healthy dose of skepticism. As previously reported, GTA 6 has been delayed until 2026. Specifically, to May 26, 2026. That's disappointing enough, but X user and known leaker Millie A (via Notebook Check) claims that the eagerly anticipated Rockstar Games title will be delayed by another four months, citing internal talks. If true, then we might not see GTA 6 arrive until September of 2026. The leaker also posted about the cost of each edition of GTA 6 in the UK. The standard edition is reportedly priced at £69.99, while the deluxe edition costs £89.99. Then there's the premium edition, which is supposed to cost £109.99. If this is true, then the pricing of the premium edition may have sparked all those rumors about the game costing $100. The leak also claims that those who purchase the deluxe edition will get early access to GTA Online, and those who buy the premium edition will gain first access. We can't say for sure what the difference is between 'early' access and 'first' access, but this seems like a strategy to get folks to buy the more expensive versions of the game. And despite the furor over GTA 6 potentially costing $100, a significant number of people might still be willing to pay. After all, GTA Online is the primary reason for GTA 5's insane success. Rockstar Games is no doubt counting on the successor online mode to be just as popular (and profitable). Get instant access to breaking news, the hottest reviews, great deals and helpful tips. If this part of the leak is genuine, those who opt for the standard edition of GTA 6 may have to wait to play GTA Online, although the leak doesn't specify how long that wait could be. The leaker in question doesn't have the best track record, so you might want to be more skeptical than usual with this report. However, considering how Red Dead Redemption 2 was delayed twice (and both previous GTA games were delayed at least once), it wouldn't be at all surprising if GTA 6 does get delayed again, despite currently having a fixed release date. Lewis Hamilton admits he's cancelling work just to play new video game
Lewis Hamilton has always been a keen gamer but there's one upcoming title he's looking forward to above all else. With video games more mainstream than they've ever been, it shouldn't be surprising whenever a celebrity expresses an interest in them, but somehow it still is, like when Andor actor Muhannad Ben Amor joined the call for a new Star Wars Battlefront. Seven-time F1 champion Lewis Hamilton has always described himself as a 'big gamer'; so much so that he plans to cancel all his work plans just to play a certain game when it launches. Unsurprisingly, the game in question is GTA 6, easily the most anticipated video game in history, to the point where many expect its success to help prop up the wider games industry. Hamilton shared his enthusiasm during an interview following the Belgium Grand Prix, which took place last weekend, with the GTA 6 part shared online by fan account LH44(A). 'I'm dying for the new Grand Theft Auto to come out,' said Hamilton, a sentiment shared by everyone else considering it's been over a decade since GTA 5 arrived. 'I'll have to cancel all my work when that game comes out,' Hamilton added. Again, this is something many others are likely planning as well, which is easy to organise since GTA 6 has a set launch date of May 26. Sign up to the GameCentral newsletter for a unique take on the week in gaming, alongside the latest reviews and more. Delivered to your inbox every Saturday morning. If you're curious, according to the 2026 F1 calendar, GTA 6's launch happens to take place a couple of days after the Canada Grand Prix wraps up and about a week and a half before the Monaco Grand Prix. So, Hamilton will have some free time to himself to enjoy GTA 6. More Trending That's assuming GTA 6 isn't hit with a second delay (something that other games publishers are worried about) although that hopefully shouldn't happen since developer Rockstar Games is gearing up for a global promotional campaign. Hamilton also mentioned that he enjoys playing the Call Of Duty and Assassin's Creed games as well as the Gran Turismo racing sims. In fact, back in 2016 he was in Call Of Duty: Infinite Warfare. This is in stark contrast to Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick who, despite overseeing GTA 6's launch and hyping it up, has expressed zero interest in playing it himself or any other video games.
