SHAUN MURPHY could be getting ready for Strictly Come Dancing after showing off his dance moves on board a wine train.
The snooker star, 42, enjoyed a well-earned break following the conclusion of the 2024-25 season.

Murphy earned £327,900 to rank ninth in the one-year World Snooker Tour list.
He suffered a second-round exit to No2 seed Judd Trump at the World Championship.
And then the Englishman lost 4-3 to Mark Williams in the Helsinki International Cup in May.
Now Murphy is home after letting his hair down with a holiday in America.
The Magician took to Instagram with a pair of posts from the trip.
The first was a picture of Murphy smiling in a restaurant earlier in June.
He captioned it: "Off season going well - not sure I'll remember how to play snooker at this rate."
Then the next post from Friday showed Murphy dancing along to music while riding along the road - with a drink in hand.
He was decked out in a pink shirt, grey trousers and sunglasses as September by Earth, Wind & Fire pumped out of the speakers.
Murphy wrote: "Just back from a two-week holiday in the States.
Ronnie O'Sullivan is BACK with Strictly star Laila Rouass as they ditch Essex for shock new life abroad
"I promise it wasn't all drinking and dancing.
"Looking forward to getting back on the baize!"
And the brilliant video sparked plenty of reaction in the comments.
Fellow snooker great Stephen Hendry said: "Oh dear."
BBC Sport's Jason Mohammad replied: "Scenes."
Another added: "Hate him or love him, but you cannot deny, he got the moves!!! Enjoy it!!!"
A fourth typed: "I can't unsee this unfortunately."
And a fifth quipped: "Are you ready for Strictly?"
But upon his return home, Murphy did not have long to get ready for his 2025-26 season opener.
The 2005 world champ took to Instagram again on Sunday afternoon with a photo of himself in action and wrote: "How is it time for the new season????
"Wuhan Qualifier, tomorrow 2.30pm (UK time)."

Meghan Markle flaunts her trim pins in new sun-soaked snap following launch of latest As Ever products

Meghan Markle has been soaking up the sun and letting Instagram know all about it. On Saturday, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, took to Instagram to post a breezy beach photo with the caption: 'That weekend feeling' followed by a sun emoji and musical notes. In the image, Meghan is seen walking barefoot along the sand, dressed in a relaxed cream button-down and matching white shorts, completing the look with oversized sunglasses and a wide-brimmed sun hat. The post offers a rare candid glimpse into her off-duty style - and showcases her enviably toned legs. Meghan shared the photo with her 3.9 million Instagram followers, although fans weren't able to leave messages of support since Prince Harry 's wife has comments turned off on all her posts. The decision to limit interaction on her account has sparked disappointment, though it's consistent with her controlled return to the platform. The photo comes amid Meghan's noticeable absent from the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez - a star-studded event held in Venice that has been drawing global headlines the entire duration of the three-day extravaganza. While no British royals were present at the nuptials, some royals from across the globe made an appearance. Among those who attended were Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa Al-Hussein of Jordan, Princess Iman and her husband Jameel Alexander Thermiotis, and Queen Rania. Though it's unclear whether the Duke and Duchess were invited or chose to sit this one out, the beachside post suggests Meghan had her own plans for the weekend. The new post also follows the official launch of Meghan's lifestyle brand, As Ever, which debuted in April 2025. Since then, she has consistently shared promotional content and product updates, including the release of fruit spreads, jams, and baking mixes. The brand has been positioned as a modern, upscale take on domestic living and has quickly gained traction online. Her Instagram account features a mix of personal snapshots and As Ever product features, offering followers a curated look at her life in California. The latest beachside photo does not appear to be tied to the brand, but comes amid steady engagement on her main page and the As Ever handle. Earlier this month, she revealed a trio of new products as she launched a Napa Valley rosé wine, an apricot spread and a new honey. Meghan shared the photo with her 3.9 million Instagram followers, although fans weren't able to leave messages of support since Prince Harry 's wife has comments turned off on all her posts There has been no official statement from Meghan regarding Lauren and Jeff's weekend wedding in Italy. She has not commented on her absence or addressed the event publicly. Other noticeable missing celebrities from the festivities include Eva Longoria and Katy Perry. Prince Harry's last public appearance was made just a day earlier in New York City where he sat down with NEXUS co-founder and CEO Rachel Gerrol to speak about impact and service. His last visit to the Big Apple was when he accompanied Meghan to support her for her appearance on the Time100 panel.

Dave Parker, hard-hitting outfielder nicknamed 'the Cobra,' dies at 74

Dave Parker, a hard-hitting outfielder who was set to be inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame next month, has died, the Pittsburgh Pirates announced Saturday. He was 74. No further details about Parker's death were immediately available. The Pirates informed the crowd of his death just before the start of their game against the New York Mets and held a moment of silence. Nicknamed 'the Cobra,' the 6-foot-5 Parker made his major league debut in 1973 and played 19 seasons, 11 for the Pirates. He was the NL MVP in 1978, won a World Series with Pittsburgh a year later and then won another championship in 1989 with the Oakland Athletics. Parker won NL batting titles in 1977 and '78. He finished his career as a .290 hitter with 339 homers and 1,493 RBIs. He also played for Cincinnati, Milwaukee, the California Angels and Toronto. Parker was elected to the Hall of Fame by a special committee in December. The induction ceremony in Cooperstown, New York, is set for July 27. Born on June 9, 1951 in Grenada, Mississippi, Parker grew up in Cincinnati and was a three-sport star at Courter Tech High School. After playing for Pittsburgh from 1973-83, he signed with his hometown Reds and spent four seasons with the club. In 1985 he led the NL with 125 RBIs and was second in the MVP voting. Parker was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2012. He told reporters that he burst into tears upon learning of his selection to the Hall of Fame. 'Yeah, I cried,' Parker said after receiving the news. 'It only took a few minutes, because I don't cry.' Parker homered for the A's in the 1989 World Series opener and took credit for helping the Bash Brothers of Jose Canseco and Mark McGwire take the title with a four-game sweep of San Francisco. He was a seven-time All-Star and three-time Gold Glove right fielder. 'I was a five-tool player. I could do them all,' Parker said after his Hall selection. 'I never trotted to first base. I don't know if people noticed that, but I ran hard on every play.' ___
