Hamas: Assassination of Journalist Al-Jabari, her family is Systematic Targeting of Journalists & attempt to terrorize them
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) condemned the assassination of Palestinian journalist Walaa Al-Jabari along with all members of her family in an airstrike today, Wednesday, as a new crime against Palestinian journalists committed by the Zionist enemy army, stripped of all human values.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hamas stated that the killing of journalist Al-Jabari is part of a Zionist policy of systematic targeting of journalists, aiming to terrorize them and deter them from carrying out their professional duties.
The movement called on international journalistic institutions to uphold their professional and humanitarian responsibilities by exposing the widespread violations faced by Palestinian journalists, including the killing of over 230 journalists by the Zionist enemy since the beginning of this brutal genocide.
Hamas urged intervention to protect Palestinian journalists and demanded the activation of legal prosecution against the leaders of the terrorist Zionist enemy in international courts, holding them accountable for their crimes against journalists, who are protected under international humanitarian law.

Hamas: Knesset vote imposing "Sovereignty" iver West Bank is void & illegitimate
Gaza - Saba: The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) emphasized on Wednesday evening that the Zionist Knesset's vote on a draft resolution to impose "sovereignty" over the occupied West Bank—paving the way for its annexation—is a void and illegitimate measure that will not alter the identity of the Palestinian land. In a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), Hamas stated that "this measure constitutes a challenge to international laws and resolutions and is an extension of the widespread violations committed by the enemy government in the occupied West Bank, including land theft, settlement expansion, and campaigns of killing, arrest, and repression against the Palestinian people." The movement called on "the masses of the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank and their active forces to unite, stand together, and escalate resistance in all forms to thwart the schemes of the fascist Zionist enemy." It also urged the "international community and the United Nations to condemn this illegitimate move and put an end to the enemy's recklessness, fascist policies, and ongoing violations of our Palestinian people's rights, which pour oil on the fire and escalate tensions in the region." Popular Front for Liberation of Palestine: Imposing sovereignty over West Bank is dangerous escalation , part of settlement & judaization schemes
Beirut – Saba: The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) stated on Wednesday evening that "the decision by the enemy's parliament, the Knesset, to pass a proposal with a majority of 71 votes endorsing the imposition of sovereignty over the West Bank and the Jordan Valley represents a dangerous escalation and an integral part of the occupation's schemes to settle, Judaize, and displace the Palestinian population." In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the PFLP emphasized that "the Israeli enemy already exercises full control over the land and commits all forms of crimes, from ethnic cleansing and destruction of infrastructure to land seizures across the West Bank, while allowing settler militias to carry out every kind of crime against our people, their villages, cities, and agricultural lands." The statement added, "However, formalizing this step legally reinforces the occupation, entrenches its presence, expands its settlement and Judaization project, and confines our people to isolated enclaves as a prelude to forced displacement." The PFLP affirmed that "unity and resistance are the only means to confront this dangerous scheme, which is no less severe than the genocidal crimes the occupation is committing in Gaza." President Al-Mashat calls on rulers, peoples of Arab & Islamic countries to take strong & unified stance towards Zionist siege & starvation of our brothers in Gaza
Sana'a - Saba: H.E. Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, called on all Arab and Islamic countries' rulers and peoples to take a strong and unified stance towards the Zionist siege and starvation of the brothers in Gaza. In a statement to Yemeni News Agency (Saba), President Al-Mashat said, "The world, which has been silenced by the Zionist machine of falsehood and propaganda, must hear our position in the face of the brutal extermination of our people in Gaza." "Everyone must realise that the Israeli entity is the problem and that pursuing illusions of solutions with it is a form of wandering and loss, and let us confront every voice that rises that would divert the compass of hostility to this criminal enemy and its supporters to inter-communal provocations, whatever their titles," he added. He pointed out that the children who are dying of hunger in Gaza have no affiliation except the humanitarian instinct, so let's not fail them by inter-group quarrels, silence and inaction. The President expressed hope that all Arab and Islamic countries, rulers and peoples, will take action to save Gaza from genocide, stressing that the nation is in dire need of a strong and unified stance to push back the imminent danger before it affects everyone. "Whoever has no position in Gaza and Palestine will not be able to pay the danger when it strikes, and whoever is not disturbed by the tragic scenes of the starving dead in Gaza is insensitive and has lost his pride, religion, Islam and humanity," he said. "Let us all go to wash away the shame of our nation before history curses us and the Zionists tread on our faces. There is no excuse for anyone before God and the responsibility falls on everyone," he added. President Al-Mashat reiterated that "we are ready in the Republic of Yemen to be at the forefront of the trend towards unity of position and cooperation in the face of the dreaded Zionist criminality and its evil supporters, and we are waiting for official signals from Arab and Islamic countries." Addressing Arab and Muslim rulers, he said, ": "If you are unable to act, let the peoples move to have a position, and if the peoples do not move, the penalty of silence and silence will reach all the peoples of our nation, and God will help us.
