YouTuber Nikocado Avocado who secretly lost 250lbs shares incredible results of plastic surgery to remove sagging skin

Daily Maila day ago
A YouTuber has shared the incredible results of his plastic surgery after his secret 250lb weight loss.
The Florida-native Nikocado Avocado, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, recently revealed the incredible weight loss to his enormous following after hiding it for several years.
But the incredible achievement came with a downside for the mukbang influencer - sagging skin around his body.
Taking to his TikTok @realnikocadoavocado, the popular creator, who first became famous by completing eating challenges on camera, shared before and after snaps of his amazing transformation.
In the clip, which racked up over 8 million views, he said: 'At first glance I probably looked fine, but I was actually hiding a really uncomfortable situation, and that was my neck.
'So I got it fixed, I went into plastic surgeon Ben Talei in Beverly Hills. Nothing has been put into me, no implants or anything, that is all natural. You would never know that I was once 400Ibs.'
Many viewers were left impressed with the results, and they shared their complimentary comments underneath the clip.
One person said: 'Bro's actually four steps ahead.' Another added: 'Actually really impressive.'
Someone else wrote: 'What is the procedure called !!??' A fourth said: 'I still wanna know how you did that,' presumably referring to the weight loss in the first place.
Nikocado shot to notoriety for his mukbang videos on YouTube, which featured him consuming large amounts of food for his 8million viewers.
In September 2024, he r evealed he had secretly lost 253lbs over two years, dropping from 411lbs to 158lbs.
In those two years he uploaded previously-recorded videos so his followers were completely unaware of his transformation.
But while he went from morbidly obese to a healthier weight, he was left with 10lbs of sagging excess skin and needed to undergo multiple surgeries on his neck and face, as well as on his abdomen to remove it.
He said: 'I had no chin at all, it was just this big gobble gobble turkey neck sitting below my face.'
When people gain a large amount of weight, their skin stretches to accommodate their larger frame. Then, when a person loses that weight, the skin has been stretched so much it is not elastic enough to shrink back.
This leaves people with sagging skin that can restrict movement, be painful, cause chafing and lead to emotional distress and diminished self esteem.
Some surgeries to remove the skin involve a tummy tuck and arm, thigh and buttock lifts.
He said he filmed a backlog of enough videos to last two years, during which he was shedding pounds he gained during his meteoric rise
Nikocado has revealed how losing 250lbs left him with sagging around his chin and he went under the knife to remove it
Many were impressed with his results with people rushing to the comments to leave their own thoughts
He said on Instagram before his procedures: 'Everyone thinks I got my skin removed. I did not. This is my loose skin, it's a lot, it's like a rubber band [across my body].'
And he told PEOPLE in January: 'I've been hiding my loose skin by positioning my body at certain angles... but the truth is I have loose skin in my abdomen, arms, legs, my torso, back, even my neck. I mean, it's everywhere.'
About 20 percent of Americans lose more than 10 percent of their body weight every year, a number that is rising as more people use weight-loss drugs like Wegovy and Ozempic.
Plastic surgeons are reporting a surge in people receiving skin tightening surgeries, with tummy tucks up five percent in 2023, reaching 170,110 procedures.
Nikocado hasn't revealed how he lost the weight, but he achieved it over the course of two years while uploading pre-recorded videos of himself at his largest to keep his weight-loss journey a secret.
For Nikocado, skin removal procedures began last month when the 32-year-old underwent a deep plane facelift to remove the loose skin on his face and neck.
On January 22, Perry revealed he was having a deep plane facelift with Dr Ben Talei in Beverley Hills, California.
A deep plane facelift is an advanced type of facelift that lifts and repositions deeper facial structures — including ligaments — for a more natural and longer-lasting result.
This differs from a standard facelift, which only tightens skin to minimize wrinkles and make facial features more defined.
In the surgery, Nikocado was put under anesthetic before surgeons made cuts around his ear to tighten the skin and reposition structures in his face.
He had to wear a brace for at least a week afterward, and was told not to bend his head forward, because this could rip the skin while it is healing.
A deep plane facelift in California costs anywhere between $22,000 to $50,000, and can take up to a year to fully recover from.
Next on his list of procedures was skin tightening surgery on his stomach and arms to reduce the excess skin folds there. He underwent those surgeries earlier this month with Dr Timothy Katzen, also based in Beverly Hills.
Nikocado appears to have undergone a tummy tuck. It involves a surgeon cutting the abdomen from hip to hip and removing excess skin and fat from the area. Doctors then realign the skin and stitch up the incision.
The procedure costs about $8,000 in California and can take up to three months to recover.
He also underwent an upper arm lift, which costs between $4,000 to $7,000. This removes excess skin and fat on the upper arm area.
Surgeons cut inside the arm, the back of the arm or the armpit then remove excess fat and pull the underlying muscle and skin tighter before stitching the incision closed.
The YouTuber blamed his weight gain on the social media craze surrounding his mukbang videos.
He said: 'In one sense, I am here because of them [my viewers].
'I would not have gotten that fat if I couldn't have made a living out of it, if I couldn't make good money, get good views, put myself out there.
'If I couldn't have built a career and a following, I would never have got fat. In a way I am here because of them, because they were watching all the videos.'
But, describing why he opted for surgery to remove loose skin on his body, he added: 'This is holding me back, I can't even wear a normal shirt without sucking it in. This is holding me back from feeling my best.
'And I wanted to feel amazing and feel really good on the tour, and also wear cute clothes.'

Caprice, 53, admits she was 'unbearable' and totally 'out of control' at the height of her fame as she reflects on her wild career

Supermodel Caprice Bourret has admitted she was 'unbearable' at the height of her fame and was totally 'out of control' as she reflected on her wild career. The American star, 53, stormed the fashion world during the 1990s appearing on countless magazine covers including Vogue, Sports Illustrated and Maxim. But in a new interview, Caprice has revealed that she became so big headed that she even turned down going out for lunch with Cindy Crawford and playing the lead in Baywatch. Speaking to Radio One DJ Charlie Hedges on My Wardrobe Malfunction, the mother-of-two, who has given up alcohol, said: 'I believed my own bulls***. I believed my own hype. How could you not? 'I was unbearable. I would go to a nightclub and of course they were so nice all the time. They would give me like a free table and give me alcohol and yada, yada, yada…I would sit at my table, and I would get the bouncer. 'I'd say: 'I want that guy, that guy, that guy, and that guy. Can you get them to come up to my table?' I mean, how embarrassing is that? 'And they used to come to my table and sometimes I would make out with one, and I don't know, maybe make out with another one…It was out of control, it was crazy, you know? It was completely mental.' Caprice now lives a quieter lifestyle with partner Ty and 11-year-old sons Jett and Dax in a Grade II listed house in Notting Hill. Trying to break away from being the pretty face to become a credible actress, the runway star continued: 'I was offered the lead in Baywatch and I thought: 'I'm much bigger than that', so I turned that down. 'I was always known as the babe and I just thought: 'I don't wanna be the babe anymore. I want to be a credible actress.' 'How stupid is that? …And I remember one time, Cindy's PR had called up my PR and wanted to go out to lunch and then take pictures and yada, yada. And I just said: 'No, Cindy's using me for publicity.' And I didn't go. 'My agent said 'Are you sure you want to do this? It is Cindy Crawford.' I said 'Yeah, she's trying to get publicity off of me.' That's crazy.' Caprice grew up in Hacienda Heights, in Los Angeles with her interior designer mother Valerie, and father Dale, an estate agent, who died in 2016. She left home at 17 and moved to New York where she began her modelling career. She shot to fame in 1996 after appearing on the National TV Awards in a barely-there black Versace lace dress. 'I was on the cover of every single newspaper alive the next day and that's how it all started,' she said. And Caprice recently proved she's still got it at 53 as she rocked a bikini while starring in a sizzling new shoot. The model has thrown it back to her lads' mags heyday, during which she starred on 250 covers, with a new shoot for Loaded. The blonde stunner wows in a series of barely-there bikinis, pulling out her best poses and pouts for the camera in an Ibiza resort. The model has revealed she's had to work for her jaw-dropping physique, admitting she has been on a strict diet and fitness regime for decades. 'Honestly, it's discipline,' she confessed. 'I play a lot of tennis and I go running when I can. I try to stay active most days, even if it's just a long walk.' Her biggest hack though is cutting out carbs, revealing how she recently 'eliminated carbs and lost 20 pounds'. 'The first month was rough, but now it's second nature. I feel stronger, I sleep better, and I've got so much more energy—it's been a total game-changer'. The California-born star has also bought in to the wellness hype, championed by the likes of Gwyneth Paltrow, as she gushed: 'I'm a big believer in overall wellness too. I start every morning with a smoothie and a ridiculous number of supplements. Wellness is part of my life.' Whilst Caprice is enjoying the trip down memory lane with her new bikini shoot, she has plenty of other ventures that have boosted her bank balance and kept her busy in recent years. She made her first million at 25 and after a wise property investment in Surrey, has continued to build her property portfolio alongside her booming lingerie business which is said to have bagged her £24million. Her childhood dream though was to act and after realising she wasn't getting cast in lead roles, she simply decided to make her own movies, launching her own film company, JJLove Productions 'named after my boys Jett and Jax.' She shoots multiple films a year, with her latest movie, A Scottish Christmas Secret, hitting Channel 5 later this year. She has also moved on from her reality TV years, which saw her appear on everything from Celebrity Big Brother to Celebs On The Farm. She previously admitted she would not have had the guts to start making movies and pursue new business ventures without the courage gained from surviving a brain tumour. Caprice was training for the winter sports reality show The Jump in 2017 when a scan revealed the terrible news. She later underwent an operation which involved surgeons taking off part of her skull to remove the tumour. The star is now a proud patron for Brain Tumour Research.
