The Morning Show is a beast to film, says Jennifer Aniston
The 56-year-old actress stars in, and executive produces, the hit drama series alongside Reese Witherspoon, and Jennifer admits that making the TV show is a draining experience.
The Hollywood star - who played Rachel Green in Friends from 1994 until 2004 - told People: "The Morning Show is just a beast to film. It is layered, it's complicated, it's emotional, it hits on a lot of topics and current events, so let's just say, it's not Friends."
Jennifer and Reese, 49, have adopted a very hands-on approach to the show. But Jennifer appreciates having the support of an "incredible team" behind her.
She said: "We're involved in every single aspect of the show, on top of just the performance side, which is a big piece of it. But I've got incredible support, and we have such an incredible team."
Meanwhile, Jennifer recently revealed that she would love to reprise the role of Dr. Julia Harris from the Horrible Bosses movies.
The actress believes "comedy is a necessity" in life, and she cited the Horrible Bosses film franchise as the project that she would most like to revisit in her career.
Asked which past project she'd like to revive, Jennifer told People: "Horrible Bosses. Jason Bateman and I were talking about that, and Charlie Day has been talking about it a lot too. So that's something that we think would be super fun.
"The characters are hilarious, and we need comedy. I personally think comedy is a necessity.
"That's one that we would have a really fun time, I think, going back to, seeing where those crazy cats are today."
Jennifer has enjoyed huge success in her career, including starring in Friends, one of the most popular sitcoms of all time. But the actress has one career goal that she still hopes to achieve.
Jennifer shared: "I definitely want to do a Broadway play. That's on my bucket list, but it's finding the time and finding the right piece, the right material.
"But I absolutely have to do a play on Broadway."

The 50-year-old star found fame as Gabrielle 'Gaby' Solis on the show but isn't sure what bosses could do with her alter ego in terms of storylines if she did return. Eva told Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in April: "I can't sleep with any more people on that street. I have slept with every person on the street, as did Nicolette Sheridan (who played Edie Britt)." David Corenswet wasn't offered advice by past Superman stars
Henry Cavill refused to give David Corenswet any advice about playing Superman. The 42-year-old actor portrayed the superhero in a number of movies beginning with 2013's Superman: Man of Steel, and though his successor in the DC universe looked to both Henry and Tyler Hoechlin - who played Clark Kent and his alter ego in Superman + Lois - for some tips on the role, the pair encouraged David to find his own way as the character.
