To find the best picks, the ELLE beauty team started by combing through hundreds of options, from a microneedling alternative that uses high-pressure jet technology to an hourglass-shaped hair dryer specifically designed to diffuse curly hair. Then, we tasked 28 ELLE staff members with testing out the most promising entries and detailing their experiences. Would they use this tool or get this treatment again?
