Love Island's Caprice Alexandra reveals true feelings on girls' villa divide ahead of final

Daily Mirror3 days ago
EXCLUSIVE: Love Island 2025 bombshell Caprice Alexandra has spoken out on the divide between the girls in the villa and her own love life amid rumours of a romance with a fellow Islander
Caprice Alexandra, the Essex bombshell who briefly lit up Love Island this year, is giving fans a sparkling insight into what life looks like now she's walked away from the villa and the infamous divide that is glaringly taking place in the villa between the girls.

During the show, Caprice and fellow bombshell Poppy accused some of the boys of 'game-playing' after refusing to choose them to recouple. Caprice, 26, entered the villa as one of the four sleepover bombshells on 23 June 2025, alongside Giorgio Russo, Poppy Harrison and Will Means, with her sights set firmly on Dejon Noel‑Williams.

It comes after Love Island star Shakira Khan's mum reveals her true feelings on Harry after a surprise gesture.

But despite some flirtatious teasing and a snog during the VIP sleepover challenge, Dejon ultimately chose to remain loyal to Meg Moore - and Caprice was dumped after just two days in the villa.
When it came to the recoupling decision, Dejon was adamant he wanted to remain with "my Meg". At the time, Caprice told Maya Jama she wasn't surprised, saying she'd been confused the whole time.

Speaking exclusively at the NRTAs, she didn't shy away from reflecting on her whirlwind stint on the show. On what life has been like after Love Island, she told us: "Do you know what it's lovely. Everyone is just really lovely, I've come out to a lot of love and it's all just exciting and fun. I feel like I'm having the best summer of my life."
Most recently, Love Island bombshell Shea Mannings sparked rumours he was romantically involved with Caprice after they were spotted looking very cosy in a series of social media posts.
But when quizzed on her love life, Caprice was candid as always, as she said: "If the right person is in my life then I'm open to it but I've got a lot going on, like, I'm working – I'm doing what I was doing before, and I'm still trying to get into content so I've got a lot going on but I'm open to dating. I'm still trying to find my husband."

Naturally we asked who she's backing to win this year, and Caprice didn't hold back: "Yasmin and Jamie, 100%. Jamie is from my area, Yasmin I love her, she's been real from the start and her mum is a baddie. So, like, I love them."
Then there's her take on the villa drama - specifically the divided girls. Contrary to playing judge, she offered her opinion: "I just think they're two different people – as in the groups they're two different types of girls and I think it's clear from the start and they clearly are real, they didn't fake a friendship and they're not friends and they should just keep it that way."

This comes just two episodes after Toni brought the girls around the firepit to try and bridge the divide and call a truce. But recent scenes have shown the divide is as strong as ever.
Viewers said: 'The divide is actually insane… i'm sat here raging at my TV screen,' while another said: 'I've watched love island since Series 1 and this series is hands down the most uncomfortable to watch. This girl divide is f****n awful. The smart ass comments thrown about, the sly digs, the ganging up on 1 girl…it's actually draining.' A third commented: 'The Great Villa Divide of 2025 is alive and well,' and a fourth: 'I've never seen THIS strong of a divide in the villa before.'
Love Island 2025 airs every night at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.

Celebrity SAS star Adam Collard blamed himself for partner Laura Woods' miscarriage

Celebrity SAS star Adam Collard blamed himself for partner Laura Woods' miscarriage The former Love Island star is currently competing on the gruelling Channel 4 programme Laura Woods and Adam Collard (Image: INSTAGRAM) Reality TV star Adam Collard has spoken publicly for the first time about the heartbreak he and his fiancée Laura Woods endured after suffering a miscarriage. ‌ Collard revealed the couple lost their baby when Laura was 11 weeks pregnant, just weeks before she conceived again. In January 2025, the couple welcomed a baby boy, Leo. ‌ The 29-year-old, who rose to fame on Love Island and has since appeared on Celebs Go Dating, is currently taking on brutal physical and mental challenges in the upcoming series of Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, which began on Sunday. ‌ In a deeply personal moment on the show, Collard reflects on the tragedy and admits he blamed himself at the time, believing it to be retribution for his behaviour on reality TV. 'I know it's a terrible way to look at it, but I felt like it was bad karma for me being on dating shows and upsetting too many people,' he says. 'I felt like that was some higher power's way of being like, 'Well, there you go, that's what you have to carry.'' Article continues below He added: 'I was just a cocky little p***k, being a love rat, jumping from girl to girl. I want to show I'm not that man any more.' Collard became known for his controversial stints on Love Island in both 2018 and 2022, where he was at the centre of several short-lived romances. His time on the show earned him a reputation for womanising — coupling up with four different contestants during his first appearance. ‌ He later dated Strictly Come Dancing star Zara McDermott for seven months and, more recently, Welsh contestant Paige Thorne during his 2022 return to the villa. That relationship also ended quickly after the show, with Collard later admitting he 'used' Paige to prolong his stay in the competition. He also had a brief relationship with model Lottie Moss after they met on Celebs Go Dating, though that ended shortly after he was accused of cheating. ‌ Collard says meeting presenter Laura marked a turning point in his life. The pair began dating in October 2023 and quickly built a strong relationship, announcing they were expecting a child the following year. He described Laura as 'the one' and credited her support, alongside his experience on Celebrity SAS, as having a lasting impact on his mental health. Article continues below 'On a personal level, I wanted to test myself mentally,' he said. 'I had a lot of stuff going on before I went on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, and I've got to be honest — but credit to the show — I actually think it had the most positive impact on my mental health.'
