'I was losing that feeling of excitement about doing a film, and I wanted to live my own life for a bit, figure out how to have a more private life, a real life,' she explained. 'I wanted to wait to get that itch again.' A new project Lohan is admittedly excited about is her upcoming Hulu Drama Count My Lies, where she will star and produce. Still, when reflecting on her career thus far and asked if she felt 'pigeonholed,' she replied, 'Yeah, I do.' 'I was so thrilled to work on A Prairie Home Companion, and yet even today I have to fight for stuff that is like that, which is frustrating. Because, well, you know me as this — but you also know I can do that. So let me! Give me the chance,' Lohan said. 'I have to break that cycle and open doors to something else, leaving people no choice. And in due time, if Martin Scorsese reaches out, I'm not going to say no.' At the Los Angeles premiere of Freakier Friday, Lohan told The Hollywood Reporter that moving forward in her career, she would 'like to take on some more serious, dramatic roles,' further noting that she felt a bit of pressure to stick to the rom-com genre. 'I love doing romantic comedy because that's where my home is and I feel like where my fans want to see me, but I'd like to take on some things that are different; maybe find something that's an action-packed film. 'If so, it will be [in] some time,' Heather, 37, recently told E! News, adding, 'She's not wanting to rush into anything.' Christina, 42, who was previously married to Heather's current husband, Tarek El Moussa, from 2009 to 2016, is now dating Christopher Larocca, CEO and president of Network Connex. PEOPLE confirmed the romance in January, and the pair went Instagram official one month later. The romance comes on the heels of Christina's split from estranged husband Josh Hall, who filed for divorce in July 2024 after two years of marriage. Christina was also previously married to Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021. Heather went on to rave about Christina's current relationship with Larocca. 'I do like them together,' she told E! News. 'I think it's the first guy she's [been with] that I've really liked." 'I really like Chris,' she continued. 'Tarek does, too. Liover Peguero belts 3 home runs but Pirates fall to Rockies again; another big blown lead
This article originally appeared on For the second-straight game, the Pittsburgh Pirates blew a big lead and were defeated by the Colorado Rockies. Despite three home runs from Liover Peguero, the Pirates fell 8-5 against the Rockies at Coors Field on Saturday afternoon. Liover Peguero greeted Rockies starter Austin Gomber with a leadoff home run in the top of the first inning. Four innings later, Peguero lined his second homer of the game, a three-run shot, to extend the lead to 4-0. With the Pirates trailing by four runs in the top of the ninth, Peguero connected on his third home run off Dugan Darnell.
