Philadelphia Eagles Unveil Unreal Super Bowl LIX Rings That Include Wings
On the top of the ring is Philadelphia's logo with a pair of Super Bowl trophies, representing the franchise's two Super Bowl triumphs: Super Bowl LII (2017 NFL season) and Super Bowl LIX (2024 NFL season).
One side of the ring has a player's individual number and last name on top of Lincoln Financial Field, Philadelphia's home stadium, with their respective signatures also included. Another side of the ring lists the scores of each of the Eagles' four playoff wins.
Meanwhile, the ring has wings, with "YOU CAN'T BE GREAT WITHOUT" engraved on the left wing and "THE GREATNESS OF OTHERS" engraved on the right wing.
Philadelphia defeated the Green Bay Packers (22-10), Los Angeles Rams (28-22) and NFC East-rival Washington Commanders (55-23) before taking down the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LIX (40-22), which came two years after the Chiefs beat the Eagles in Super Bowl LVII. Quarterback and two-time Pro Bowler Jalen Hurts was the MVP of Super Bowl LIX.
Elsewhere, superstar running back Saquon Barkley, who spent the first six years of his career with the NFC East-rival New York Giants, rushed for an NFL-high 2,005 yards on a career-high 5.8 yards per carry in the regular season, becoming the ninth player in NFL history to post 2,000 rushing yards in a single season. Barkley then set the NFL record for combined rushing yards in a single season (regular season plus postseason), finishing with 2,504 yards on the ground.
On the other side of the ball, linebacker Zack Baun totaled 151 combined tackles and five forced fumbles, while fellow linebacker Nakobe Dean totaled 128 combined tackles. Defensive back C.J. Gardner-Johnson had a team-high six interceptions, while rookie defensive back Cooper DeJean had a pick-six in Super Bowl LIX.
In total, the Eagles were seventh in the NFL with 27.2 points and eighth with 367.2 total yards per game. Defensively, they were first with 278.4 total yards surrendered and second with 17.8 points surrendered per game. Philadelphia had six players earn Pro Bowl honors: Barkley, Baun, defensive tackle Jalen Carter, guard Landon Dickerson, offensive tackle Lane Johnson and center Cam Jurgens.
The Eagles the 2025 regular season at home against the NFC East-rival Dallas Cowboys on Sept. 4.

Tyler Smith: Super Bowl 'a realistic goal' for Cowboys in 2025
The Dallas Cowboys failed to make the playoffs in 2024, but fourth-year guard Tyler Smith isn't afraid of setting lofty goals for the 2025 NFL season. Smith was asked Sunday after the Cowboys arrived in Oxnard, California for training camp what his expectations were for the upcoming campaign. "Super Bowl champions," Smith replied, per ESPN's Todd Archer. "That's always the expectation." Smith insisted the Cowboys winning a championship for the first time since Super Bowl 30 – which was played in 1996 to put a bow on the 1995 NFL season – is "a realistic goal." Why? "Because we can win a Super Bowl. Why not? Why can't we win?" he said. "Do you think it's unrealistic?" To Smith's point, the Cowboys made the playoffs in three consecutive seasons before their 7-10 finish last season. His presence should provide the Cowboys with more stability at quarterback after they leaned on Cooper Rush and Trey Lance to close the 2024 campaign. Smith also believes the additions of wide receiver George Pickens and first-round guard Tyler Booker will bolster an already strong Dallas offense. "I think we built a great core on offense; the addition of George and all the other key pieces," Smith said. "I think drafting Booker, he's going to be a hell of a guy just to bolster the front line. And we have many guys across the board, but those are some of the guys who are the key pieces on what we do this year." Turner ultimately didn't make the final 53-man roster, but he joined the Eagles' practice squad and was called up later in the season. Who will be the Eagles' training camp darling of 2025? Here are three early candidates who could create their own success stories. Reigning Offensive Player of the Year Saquon Barkley will lead the backfield next season, but who will step up behind him? Kenneth Gainwell signed with the Steelers in free agency, leaving RB2 snaps up for grabs. The Eagles signed former Packers RB A.J. Dillon this offseason, but he's been out of the league for a year and reportedly on the roster bubble. Second-year tailback Will Shipley offers pass-catching ability and is expected to see an increased role. If Dillon and Shipley don't impress in camp, UDFA Montrell Johnson Jr. could make things interesting. He's a more tempo-driven runner towards the B- and C-gaps and possesses the agility to sink and cut while keeping the run downhill. He's not very elusive but bullies open-field defenders with force to break tackles. Johnson is going to get what is there and run with consistent effort and toughness. He could compete for a role as a two-down backup. MONTRELL JOHNSON JR. 71 YARDS TO THE HOUSE 🏠🐊 Danny Gray is the popular pick among reporters for training camp MVP this year. He turned heads in OTAs, using his 4.3 speed to beat defenders and create separation. Gray, 26, was a 2022 third-round selection by the San Francisco 49ers, but injuries have been a hindrance throughout his career thus far. The Eagles lack significant depth at receiver beyond A.J. Brown, DeVonta Smith, and Jahan Dotson — Gray can become a legitimate deep-threat if he carries his spring momentum into camp. Fifth-round pick Smael Mondon Jr. may find himself getting meaningful snaps relatively early in his career. He was a multi-year starter at Georgia, totaling 212 tackles (18 for loss) and eight sacks while helping the Bulldogs win two national championships. Mondon got some first-team reps alongside Zack Baun during minicamp while Nakobe Dean and Jihaad Campbell recover from injuries. A rare combination of speed and athleticism allows Mondon to blitz, spy, and drop into coverage if necessary. He's quick to flow downhill and challenge blocks with good pop. He's inconsistent to diagnose and flow accurately to his fits, but he has good pursuit speed to range and tackle to the sidelines. He pursues the action with focus and leverage. Mondon becomes tackle-ready quickly in space. He's effective on passing downs with good coverage and blitz talent. The run game instincts could slow him early in his career, but he's a battle-tested, three-down option with special teams value and starting potential. With Baltimore set for their first practice of the preseason, we're looking at seven intriguing rookies to watch during Ravens training camp The Baltimore Ravens added 11 draft picks to their roster in this year's NFL draft, landing Malaki Starks near the end of Round 1 to cap things off. Overall, the consensus for Eric DeCosta centered on draft value and landing prospects who can develop into starters regardless of the round in which they were selected. We won't know the actual impact of this year's class until these players hit the field and have time to develop, but on paper, it does appear that DeCosta has maintained and created another Super Bowl window. With Baltimore set for their first practice of the preseason, we're looking at seven intriguing rookies to watch during Ravens training camp. DB Malaki Starks Kyle Hamilton is a Swiss army knife, and he'll improve even more after Baltimore drafted his positional twin. Starks was the only player in the FBS to play at least 1,500 snaps at safety and 500 snaps at slot cornerback over the last three seasons, according to ESPN Research. Edge Rusher Mike Green Green's 22 tackles for loss ranked only behind Abdul Carter, who was selected No. 3 overall by the New York Giants. His 51 quarterback pressures were tied for the sixth-most in the FBS. His presence could allow the Ravens to move Odafe Oweh and Kyle Van Noy even more. ILB Jay Higgins An All-American and All-Big 10 selection, Higgins (6-0, 224) started all 13 games in his final season with the Hawkeyes, totaling a team high 124 tackles (53 solo), including 2.5 tackles for loss, one sack, nine passes defensed, and four interceptions. S Desmond Igbinosun, Rutgers During his four seasons at Rutgers, Igbinosun (6-2, 223) accumulated 186 tackles (95 solo), including 15 tackles for loss and seven passes defensed. He's a teammate at Rutgers with Ravens sixth-round pick Robert Longerbeam. OL Emery Jones Jones is recovering from a shoulder injury and is expected to finally see action during training camp. A late start to the competition will give Andrew Vorhees the edge. Jones had a 67.4 PFF pass-blocking grade at right tackle, but could be even more productive playing in a less confined space. LB Teddye Buchanan Buchanan was a first-team All-ACC performer who led Cal with 114 tackles and 12 tackles for loss. He is the third player from Cal to get drafted by the Ravens, joining quarterback Kyle Boller (first round in 2003) and cornerback Marc Anthony (seventh round in 2013). S Keondre Jackson, Illinois State Jackson (6-2, 207) appeared in 45 games (33 starts) at Illinois State, logging 225 tackles (116 solo), including 14 tackles for loss, 5.5 sacks, five interceptions (two returned for TDs), and 13 passes defensed. Jackson was named an FCS All-American by the Associated Press and first-team All-MVFC.
