Strategic Empowerment Step Rasha Al Ali stated that the second batch of the Sharjah Program for qualifying and training job seekers comprises 788 trainees from various cities and regions across the emirate. She emphasised that this initiative goes beyond simple training, describing it as a strategic move to empower national talent. Confident Workforce Readiness In statements to "Sharjah24", Al Ali pointed out that the program equips trainees to confidently enter the labour market through comprehensive theoretical and practical training over six continuous months of development. She added, "We are confident that this batch will produce promising young individuals capable of contributing to various sectors, reflecting Sharjah's vision of investing in people first." Workshops Across Sharjah The training workshops are being held in five locations across Sharjah: Qasr Al Culture, the Human Resources Department branch in Mleiha, the Cultural Centre Theater in Khorfakkan, Kalba University Theater, and the Cultural Center Theater in Dibba Al Hisn.

Podcast-Focused Training Al Juwaid announced that on Monday morning, at the Sharjah Children's Centre, the Sharjah Press Club began a series of interviews to assess candidates for the 7th edition of the "Ithmar" program, as part of the selection process for this year's training course, which is dedicated to podcast production. From Concept to Production In exclusive statements to "Sharjah24" she confirmed that this edition is distinguished by its complete focus on podcasts, from concept to launch, aiming to measure skills in creative thinking, dialogue, and presentation. The training is delivered by a group of media professionals and experts in collaboration with CNN Arabic, where participants learn to develop ideas, write scripts, record and edit, in addition to mastering the art of managing guest interviews. Advanced Experience Building Al Juwaid explained that the candidates in this seventh edition are themselves graduates of previous "Ithmar" courses. The program now takes them to a more advanced level, enhancing their digital skills and equipping them to create professional podcast episodes that reflect their personal style, thus adding inspiring content to Arabic podcast platforms..
