The Big Project Middle East (BPME) editorial team has revealed the companies, individuals and projects shortlisted for the 2025 edition of the Digital Construction Awards (DC Awards). Over 100 nominations were submitted to the awards programme's 15 categories when nominations closed at the end of May 2025.
Following the close of nominations, the editorial team initiated the judging process which comprised two rounds of scrutiny. The first round of eliminations was conducted by the BPME editorial team, following which nominations were then sent to an independent panel of judges for study. Following two weeks of deliberation, BPME's Head of Content Jason Saundalkar met with the judges for final discussions and voting.
The full shortlist and winners in each category will only be revealed on the night of the DC Awards on 24 June at the Ritz Carlton JBR, Dubai, the BPME editorial team confirmed.
'The BPME team and I are pleased to reveal the partial shortlist for the forthcoming 2025 edition of the Digital Construction Awards. The new nomination process that we rolled out for the 2025 BPME Awards was also leveraged for the 2025 DC Awards and has been well received, with many companies and individuals submitting concise and impactful nominations. I look forward to revealing the full shortlist and all the winners at the gala dinner event on 24 June,' explained Saundalkar.
The shortlist for Technology SME of the Year; Construction Hardware Provider of the Year; Construction Software Provider of the Year; Data Champion of the Year and other categories will only be revealed on the night of the DC Awards. The partial shortlist is as follows:

Industry News Revealed: 2025 Digital Construction Award Winners By Following two rounds of judging which examined a little over 100 nominations, the shortlist and 16 winners were announced at a gala event on 24 June 16 winners were recognised at the third edition of the Digital Construction Awards (DC Awards), the Big Project Middle East (BPME) team has revealed. The 2025 edition of the annual construction technology and innovation focused awards event took place at the Ritz Carlton, JBR, Dubai on 24 June. A little over 100 nominations were received across the event's various categories when nominations closed in late May. The editorial team confirmed a number of high quality nominations were submitted across several categories, prompting the team to split certain categories in an effort to compare nominations fairly. The judging process was split into two parts – the first saw the BPME team vetting all the nominations to ensure that they met nomination guidelines and standards, and that they were appropriate for the focus of the awards. The second part of the judging process involved a panel of industry experts, who deliberated over the nominations that made it through to the second round. Industry News Nominations for the Digital Construction Awards close on 21 May By The full shortlist and winners will be unveiled at a gala dinner even on 26 June at the Ritz Carlton JBR, Dubai Nominations for the 2025 edition of the Digital Construction Awards (DC Awards) will close in less than a week, the Big Project Middle East (BPME) editorial team has confirmed. The BPME team confirmed that nominations will close on 21 May. Formerly known as the ME Digital Construction Awards, the DC Awards gala event will take place this year at the Ritz Carlton JBR, Dubai on 26 June, where the full shortlist and winners will be revealed in each category. The awards comprise 15 distinct categories designed to recognise trailblazers and innovation across individuals, companies and projects. The BPME editorial team has confirmed that all categories are open to nominations from government organisations, developers, consultants, contractors, integrators/specialists as well as suppliers. 'I'm looking forward to closing nominations next week and sitting down with the BPME editorial team to kick off the first round of eliminations. Following that process, the remaining nominations will be sent off to our panel of industry judges for deliberation. The BPME team and I will then sit down with the judges at a later date to vote on the strongest nominations for the shortlist. Nominations with the most first-choice votes will be chosen as the winner,' explained Jason Saundalkar, Head of Content at Big Project Middle East.
