Three "armed" men allegedly "tied her up, beat her up and sprayed her with bleach" on Friday, according to Le Parisien.
A spokesperson for Soraya said on Instagram: "She was kidnapped, raped, assaulted" in the vicious attack.
They explained the attack took place after a man arrived at her home posing "as a neighbour who did not have his keys" at around 9.30pm.
The man then stormed into the flat, joined by other armed intruders, she added.
The men "tied her up, beat her at gunpoint and with box cutters, and threatened to kill her if she didn't give them money" for over an hour and a half, according to the spokesperson.
When she tried to free herself, an attacker put a gun to her head, reported Le Parisien.
Tape was reportedly placed over Soraya's mouth, causing her to suffocate and convulse.
She was left with multiple facial fractures and "numerous cuts all over her body", her lawyer Tom Michel said in a statement posted on Soraya's Instagram account.
He said Soraya lost consciousness during the attack and has no memory of what happened.
'Because of the pain and marks on her body, we unfortunately suspect sexual assault, or even rape," Michel said.
Shooter, 27, with tactical gear & rifle is killed after opening fire on Border Control agents & forcing airport closure-
She woke up covered in bleach "no doubt to erase the DNA traces of her attackers", he added.
The men fled the scene, taking with them "a Cartier bracelet, her house and car keys, two luxury bags and a Rolex watch".
Michel said "they knew very well who she was", adding that "like many female influencers, Soraya Riffy has a lifestyle on the internet that can appear quite luxurious".
Her spokesperson added: "She was targeted for extortion, except that, unluckily for her attackers, she has no money."
Soraya posted a video on social media showing her face battered and bruised from the brutal attack.
She said: "I'm so disgusted. What I've been through today is horrible."
She told Le Parisien: "I'm disfigured, disgusted and frightened. Too much media exposure leads to danger.
"I'm going to leave Marseille permanently, leave social media for the time being, I'm lost."
One of the latest posts written by her spokesperson on Sunday mentions threatening emails sent to extort money from her.
"She had repeatedly alerted the authorities to the threats against her," her lawyer said.
The 30-year-old has been interviewed by police officers at the hospital, report French outlets.
Cops have reportedly launched an investigation into armed robbery, kidnapping, death threats and gang violence.
Soraya rose to fame in 2016 after appearing on the French TV talk show, Touche pas à mon poste (Don't touch my TV set).
She's known for sharing her views on fashion and fitness, as well as promoting body positivity and self-confidence to her one million Instagram followers.

But a court ordered cops to vacate her flat after her rent was due for more than a year, according to ScreenRant. This led authorities to discover her body, which local media reported was in a "state of decomposition". Senior police officer Syed Asad Raza told Images: "It appeared that the body was several days old." Dr Summaiya Syed, who is a part of the investigative process, said: "The body is in a very advanced stage of decomposition." While authorities have yet to reveal the cause of her death, they have ruled out murder as a possible cause. This is because no signs of forced entry were found inside her flat after cops broke in. Humaira is best known for starring on the reality show Tamasha Ghar in Pakistan and in the movie Jalaibee. Tamasha is a similar show to Big Brother, with houseguests competing against each other. The contestants are typically celebrities and other well-known people. Humaira also competed with the title of "pageant winner." More to follow... Gregg Wallace sacked as MasterChef presenter, says BBC News

The 60-year-old had stepped away from hosting the BBC cooking competition last year after a number of historical complaints came to light. There have been fresh claims about the TV presenter from 50 more people to the corporation including allegations he groped one MasterChef worker and pulled his trousers down in front of another, BBC News said. A university student has claimed he reached under her skirt and pinched her bottom in a nightclub, and a junior worker alleged he dropped his trousers in front of her while he was not wearing any underwear. Gregg Wallace co-presented MasterChef until last year (Ian West/PA) Production firm Banijay previously said Wallace is 'committed to fully co-operating' with the external review while his lawyers have previously strongly denied 'he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature', according to BBC News. Some of the more recent claims include a MasterChef worker who said she tried to complain about comments she alleged he made about her body in 2022, and a former policeman who said he tried to raise concerns after he allegedly witnessed Wallace making inappropriate sexual comments at a charity event in 2023. BBC News reported the majority of the 50 people had said he made inappropriate sexual comments, with 11 women accusing him of inappropriate sexual behaviour, such as groping and touching. BBC News also said it has not seen the final Banijay report but it is understood the presenter has been sacked. Earlier on Tuesday, the former greengrocer claimed he had been cleared of the 'most serious and sensational accusations' against him ahead of the report examining his alleged misconduct. In a statement posted on his Instagram account, he said: 'I will not go quietly. I will not be cancelled for convenience. I was tried by media and hung out to dry well before the facts were established. 'The full story of this incredible injustice must be told and it is very much a matter of public interest.' He also said he recognises that some of his humour and language was inappropriate 'at times' and apologised for this. Wallace started out as a greengrocer before he shot to fame fronting BBC shows including Inside The Factory, Supermarket Secrets, as well as MasterChef, Celebrity MasterChef and MasterChef: The Professionals. The most recent series of MasterChef: The Professionals continued to air last year amid allegations against Wallace, but two MasterChef celebrity Christmas specials were pulled from the BBC's schedule in December 2024. At the time, Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy said she would look to impose new standards in the creative industry amid the allegations. A BBC spokesperson said: 'Banijay UK instructed the law firm Lewis Silkin to run an investigation into allegations against Gregg Wallace. 'We are not going to comment until the investigation is complete and the findings are published.' Banijay UK declined to comment on Wallace's comments.
