Official: Como sign Ramon from Real Madrid in complicated agreement
The central defender turned 20 in January and is a product of the Real Madrid youth academy, moving all the way up the various teams.
Ramon has represented Spain at Under-18, Under-19 and Under-20 levels.
'Jacobo is a young player with great prospects,' Como coach Cesc Fabregas told the club website.
'He comes from one of the most competitive youth academies in the world, where he has been able to hone his skills, and we are confident he will have a very positive impact on our team.'
Why Ramon is owned by both Como and Real Madrid

A statement from Real Madrid merely confirmed that they had 'reached an agreement for the transfer' of the player to Como, but gave no further details.
The reality is a little more complicated, as Como are expected to pay circa €2.5m plus add-ons for his signature.
However, Real Madrid are owed 50 per cent of any future sale fee and have three different buy-back options in case they want to bring him to the Bernabeu.

This is the same structure that allowed Como to sign Nico Paz, as he had an option for Real Madrid to recall for €8m in June 2025.
That rises to €9m in 2026 and €10m in 2027 before it expires completely.
This complicated system allows Como to develop the players by giving them regular time in Serie A, but also for Real Madrid to potentially reap the rewards at a later date.
In the past, it would've been called a co-ownership deal, but those formulas were banned several years ago.

Yangel Herrera opened the scoring after redirecting a cross into the box before the goal of the night secured the victory beautifully. A stunning curling effort from Joel Roca found the top right corner as the stadium erupted and he celebrated with fans, arms outstretched. Wolves, wanting to give some extra legs a few minutes during pre-season, then made five changes. One man entering the game was Jhon Arias, who made his first appearance for the club. And it was quite the individual moment, too, as he pulled one back 12 minutes after coming on. Arias broke into the box and fired the ball high beyond the goalkeeper, but his late efforts were not enough to inspire a turnaround, seeing things end 2-1. 📸 Judit Cartiel - 2025 Getty Images
