Ramayana Motion Poster: It's Ranbir Kapoor Lord Ram versus Yash's Ravana in Nitesh Tiwari's upcoming film. Last week, the film's makers dropped the first look from Ramayana, leaving fans rooting for the cinematic adaptation of India's epic. On Saturday, they dropped a motion poster of the film.
The motion poster is nothing that the audience hasn't seen already – only Ranbir Kapoor and Yash's animated appearances seem to clash with each other. The glimpse is amplified by the Hans Zimmer and AR Rahman 's chilling music and VFX by a team who have worked in prominent Hollywood projects. 'Rama vs. Ravana.

On July 3rd, 2025, the makers unveiled the epic universe with a global launch of Ramayana: The Introduction, setting the stage for the timeless battle between two of mythology's most iconic forces: Rama Vs Ravana. The video starts from the roots – the trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva who rule the world. With striking animation, the video then introduces characters from Ramayana – Lord Rama played by Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi as Sita and Yash as Ravana. 'Ten years of Aspiration. An outcome through a collaboration of some of the world's best to ensure that Ramayana is presented with the greatest amount of Reverence and Respect. Welcome to the Beginning.
