Emma Connolly, 33, who appeared in the show briefly, and her spouse share two children - Levi who was born in March, and Bonnie Lou, three.
Yet her post natal experience has suffered a setback three months after giving birth to her son and she took to Instagram to reveal she's in the medical ward.
It comes just days after her kids were in A&E with a sickness bug.
Emma captured an image of her spouse carrying two coffees to her hospital bed.
He proved the perfect multi-tasker, carrying little Levi strapped to his front and offering a beaming, get-well smile.
She wrote in her image caption: "My knight in shining armour," before adding a series of Emoji love heart icons.
Emma then posted an image of her baby sleeping and outlined her medical ordeal in text on top.
She told how she was admitted to hospital with "chronic pain" and "flu like symptoms" before she added: "I was diagnosed with acute mastitis and ended up spending three days on IV antibiotics."

She told how "absolutely incredible" Oliver was left at home to look after their toddler and baby.
Emma added: "It was honestly the hardest few days of my life and I really don't say that lightly.

"But I'm so grateful for the amazing care I received and the amazing support from my Ol."
Another social media slide showed her hugging a private midwife, dubbed The Post Natal Package, as she sat propped up on the pillows of her hospital bed.
In a lengthy message, model Emma wrote: "I don't even know where to begin when it comes to this incredible woman.
"She was by my side for the birth of my son, supported me at home in those raw, early days and scooped me up without hesitation this week.
"I've called her more times than I can count, asking everything from 'is this poo the right colour?' to 'are my boobs going to blow off?' and never once did she make me feel silly or alone.
"She made me feel seen, supported, capable and confident when I needed it most.
"And she's made me laugh more times than I've cried, which is saying a lot.
"I truly adore her. She's been nothing short of an angel in my life."
Yet she rounded off her posts with an image showing her lying on the hospital bed, with her little boy resting on her stomach.
Emma is now back at home recovering.
BABY NO. 2
Emma and husband Proudlock welcomed Levi in March.
Announcing the news, proud dad Proudlock said: "He's here. Our hearts are fuller, our home louder, and our arms forever occupied.
"Levi Fox Proudlock, the perfect piece to complete our family of four."
The couple are already parents to daughter Bonnie Lou, who was born in May 2022.
Oliver and Emma began dating in 2014 when she messaged him on social media about his earring after he'd appeared on Made In Chelsea.
They announced their engagemen t in August 2018 after Oliver got down on one knee during a romantic trip to Gothenburg, Sweden.
The pair's wedding was postponed due to Covid lockdown regulations in 2020, with them eventually tying the knot during a small church ceremony in Fulham, London, on December 15 2020.

Ulrika Jonsson says younger men ‘aren't bothered by ageing bits'

Ulrika Jonsson had the perfect NSFW response following 'nasty' ageism comments levied towards her. The TV host, 57, was videoed talking to Spencer Matthews on his podcast Untapped earlier this week, but on social media the clips sparked more conversation about her appearance than her words, as she discussed sobriety. She took to social media to call out the comment, assuring her followers she is 'not ashamed' by her appearance. Making it clear that she's ageing happily, Ulrika declared that she 'will never look like the fresh 21yr old [sic] that used to greet you first thing in the morning by the weather board'. Fans also threw their support behind her, further branding the cruel remarks about her skin 'sexist' and 'judgemental.' Now, in a new article for The Sunday Times – titled I'm smart and kind. My wrinkles shouldn't matter – the TV personality has doubled down on her clapback and explored the bizarre reaction many have to the concept of getting older. She said she felt 'disturbed' that the mocking comments 'didn't come as a surprise' and pointed out how disproportionately women face this backlash compared to men. 'Men have never had any such worries about trying to achieve equality or visibility — they, like fine wine, get better with age, don't you know?', the model wrote. 'For women, it's been an altogether different story. We have always been told to go quietly into the autumn of our lives.' She admitted to turning to Botox and fillers in the past, but now, in her fifties, she doesn't 'want to look 20.' Ulrika explained how her time working in television affected her body image, and that in recent years, she was inspired by the likes of Pamela Anderson, who has embraced a makeup-free look, often going bare-faced on red carpets. She then opened up about her dating life and how ageing has affected her relationships – or hasn't, to be exact. 'The vast majority of men I've dated in the past few years have all been in their late twenties or early thirties,' the Gladiators presenter began. 'They appear to love an older woman and not be too bothered about the ageing bits that come as part of the package.' Ulrika ended by saying: 'I know what the alternative to ageing is and, with my newfound sobriety, serenity and inner peace, I don't want to go there right now. 'Getting older is a privilege, even though for some nasty, cruel individuals, that's conditional upon us girls keeping our make-up on and staying wrinkle-free.' Ulrika's main reason for appearing on the aforementioned podcast in the first place was to discuss her sobriety, having celebrated the one-year milestone in June. More Trending 'I believe that I will never drink again,' she told the former Made in Chelsea star. 'I'm tapping into the person that was always there that I didn't think was there when I was drinking. 'I thought I was s**t. My opinion of myself was never very high,' she said. 'My mindset, my approach has just completely changed, and at nearly 58, I didn't think that would be possible. I thought I wasn't very good at life, I wasn't cut out for it, and I was just a pretty average to rubbish person.' Got a story? New EastEnders star is a nepo baby as famous family members who have also starred in BBC soap are revealed

Max Murray has landed a role in EastEnders alongside legendary stars but it has now been revealed he comes from a long-line of actors and singers in his family. The youngster has been portraying character Joel Marshall since February this year but it turns out he is actually following in his famous mum's footsteps. Max is the son of actress Gina Murray, who has starred in a number of well known programmes including The Bill, Doctors and The Hunt for Raoul Moat and appeared in the BBC soap back in 2014 playing Helen. Gina's character Helen arrived in Albert Square as a hair specialist to help Carol Jackson, who was struggling with losing her hair as she fought off cancer. It was Helen's role to help Carol find a wig. Max is also the nephew of Mazz Murray, who is a successful TV and theatre actress, starring in Sunset Boulevard, Mamma Mia and Chicago to name but a few. In 2004, Mazz also starred on EastEnders as a waitress called Miranda who had a brawl with Heather Trott and Shirley Carter. The youngster has been portraying character Joel Marshall since February this year but turns out he is actually following in his famous mum's footsteps In 2017, Mazz returned to Walford but this time was playing a character called Julie, who was a divorced woman who hired Keanu Taylor as a male escort for a night of fun and frolics. Max's character Joel is the step-son of Vicky Fowler, who returned to the square for the funeral of her uncle Martin Fowler. Her new boyfriend Ross is played by Alex Walkinshaw. At the time when Max's role was announced, he told the Mirror: 'It's an absolute privilege and honour to be joining such a wonderful production full of a lovely cast and crew. 'I'm really looking forward to introducing Joel to EastEnders viewers and telling his story.' It comes as EastEnders favourite Nicholas Bailey will make a shock return as Dr. Anthony Trueman to the soap, more than a decade since he was last seen in Walford. The character – son of Patrick Trueman (played by Rudolph Walker) – will be back on screens in scenes to air in the summer. Anthony first arrived on the Square in 2000 and quickly made waves, thanks in part to a steamy romance with Kat Slater (played by Jessie Wallace). Now, 11 years on from his last stint, the GP is set for a dramatic reunion with his dad this summer as Patrick and Yolande prepare to tie the knot. Anthony last appeared in EastEnders in 2014 when he rushed to his father's side when Patrick suffered a stroke. Since then, he has led a life away from Walford but in upcoming scenes viewers will see he is invited to his father's impending nuptials and decides to return for the occasion. In a post on the official Eastenders Instagram account, the long running soap teased the visit to Walford comes at a significant moment for Patrick, which means Anthony stays longer than he originally intended. In a statement, executive producer Ben Wadey said: 'It's great to welcome Nicholas back to the EastEnders family to reunite Patrick with his son. 'But Anthony's plan for a brief return to surprise his father ends up with him staying longer than he expected when he uncovers what has been going on in the Trueman household.' Nicholas who will reprise the iconic role added: 'It is an unexpected treat to return to EastEnders and I'm full of gratitude to get the opportunity to revisit the character of Anthony. 'It's wonderful to work with Rudolph Walker again - he's such a big part of my journey as an actor and I loved filming my first scenes with him after so long.
