The bold tennis enthusiast from Guildford caused a stir when she dipped her strawberries into a tub of Domino's garlic and herb dip.
She said: 'Everyone does cream - I wanted something different. Sweet, savoury, and a little bit weird… but it works!
'I brought it as a bit of a laugh, but honestly, people loved it. I think I've started something.'
Reactions ranged from horrified to curious, with some even asking for a taste.
One fellow tennis fan said: "I had to double take when I saw it, but I think it's pretty gross.
'Strawberries and cream are a match made in heaven - this dip should be reserved for pizza, and only pizza.'
But Jennifer Holmes, from London disagreed, saying: "I'm all for the sweet and savoury mix - someone has to start the trend, take peanut butter and jelly for example, that started with confusion but then went on to take the world by storm."
Wimbledon is reported to get through more than 1.9 million strawberries every year, as fans flock from around the globe for the beloved snack.
This equates to a staggering 200,000 portions enjoyed each year during the Championships.
They're drizzled in more than 7,000 litres of cream, although that number may drop slightly, if the bizarre Garlic & Herb Dip trend catches on.
Wimbledon's Berry Delight
The price for a portion of strawberries and cream remained the same for a decade and a half, however, this year Wimbledon has officially hiked up its prices.
The iconic item has seen a 20p increase in price, going from £2.50 to £2.70.
A Wimbledon spokesperson said: "We feel that this modest increase still ensures that our world-famous strawberries are available at a very reasonable price."
Another thing that has changed in recent years, is a plant-based cream for vegans, made available at certain outlets around the facility.
A spokesperson for Domino's, said: 'When this popped up on our Instagram, it was the first time we've seen someone enjoying our dip with strawberries!
'How people enjoy our Garlic & Herb Dip is up to them - after all, lots of strange combinations were only strange until someone tried them.
'Perhaps next year we'll see raspberries dipped into BBQ Sauce, or bananas drizzled with Honey and Mustard.
'Brits are renowned for their sense of individualism, and there's nothing more British than Wimbledon, so keep your eyes peeled.'

Ally McCoist pays touching tribute to late pal and father of Clyde 1 presenter
Clyde 1 presenter Cassi Gillespie recently lost her father, Stewart, who was a good friend of football legend Ally. Ally McCoist has paid a touching tribute to his late pal Stewart MacMillan, the father of Clyde 1 presenter Cassi Gillespie. Cassi, who hosts the Clyde 1 breakfast show with George Bowie, took to Instagram last week to announce the sad news of her dad's death, along with a series of photos of him over the years. Scots football legend Ally left a sweet comment on the radio host's heartbreaking post for her beloved dad, known to his friends as 'Omar', who passed away at the age of 84 in Mallorca, where he lived. The former Rangers star penned: "Gutted. You're probably very aware, but he was some boy and we loved him. So sad." Hundreds of others shared emotional tributes for Stewart and Cassi took to her Instagram Story yesterday (Tuesday) to thank her followers as she shared a clip of some of the tributes. Scots singer Amy MacDonald was also among those sending their condolences as she wrote: "Awww Cassi, I'm so sorry. Sending you so much love." The radio star said she'd been "overwhelmed" with he amount of "kind" messages she'd received over the past few days, and she'd got huge "comfort" as she navigates her grief from the memories of her dad people had shared as they flocked to her social media accounts to send well wishes. In a post announcing his death last week, she wrote: "My Dad - My Father - Stewart or Omar to some. The man I looked up to has sadly passed away at the age 84 at his residential home in Mallorca. "I'm back to work today having not said much on air but I'm here to write my own tribute to him and share some memories in pictures. "I don't think I shouted enough about what an amazing man he was, kind, funny, infectious and the amount of times people would go out their way to tell me how generous and helpful he was when those needed him. "He was husband to my Mum and a great friend to so many. His work story was inspiring, he went from a young agent establishing Reebok UK in the 70's to retiring from work when it took off in his 40s. "He then focused on building his project farm in Eaglesham from scratch, bored of retirement he started working for the SFA with his best pal Broon (during the era of 'jobs for the boys'), he was only meant to stay for a few years and it turned into about 18, he wouldn't leave and just loved being there for the laughs. "He finally decided to fully retire in Mallorca with my Mum at the age of 64. A lot may not know his story but I've never shouted enough about him to be honest and I'm so grateful to anyone coming forward with memories. "I think in Glasgow we are conditioned to be humble and a humble man he was, I was so proud of him. Join the Daily Record WhatsApp community!
