Noel Gallagher's daughter, Anais, has given a five-word review of her dad's epic Oasis reunion gig, which brought the house down in Cardiff last night. Liam Gallagher, 52, and his older brother, Noel, 58, performed on stage together for the first time in 16 years in the Welsh capital and didn't disappoint their legion of loyal fans, who were lucky enough to have bagged a ticket.
Among them was proud daughter Anais, who shared a snap of herself, holding a pint, sporting an Oasis shirt as she watched her dad and uncle perform on stage. Giving a review of the special night, Anais, 25, captioned the snap: "It's good to be back."

Responding to her post, many fans agreed as one replied, saying: "It was amazing, epic, hope you enjoyed it" while another simply declared: "EPIC!"
Anais' mum Meg Mathews, who was married to Noel from 1997 until 2001, was also in the audience - but was seen walking out of the reunion gig ahead of the band playing Wonderwall. The song may be a difficult listen to Meg, who Noel originally claimed inspired the song.
A string of famous faces were spotted in the crowd as Oasis reunited in a comeback tour, which has been on the top of fans' wish lists for more than a decade.
The band were seen walking onto the stage with their song 'F**king in the Bushes' before they then started belting out 'Hello'. The crowd welcomed them with cheers at the sold out gig, which kicks off a global tour for the Don't Look Back In Anger stars.
In the audience was the likes of EastEnders star Danny Dyer as well as Line Of Duty actress Vicky McClure. Vernon Kay also posed for pictures outside the Principality Stadium.
"Hey, beautiful people, it's been too long," Liam told the giddy crowd, which also included the likes of Glastonbury founder, Emily Eavis.
Liam thanked the 70,000 fans who attended Oasis ' first reunion gig in Cardiff for 'putting up with them over the years'. The singer and his brother Noel have exchanged a bitter war of words for 16 years, with fans giving up on the idea that Oasis would reunite for another tour.
However, they shocked the world when they announced last year that they would be embarking on an epic global tour. Cardiff was blessed with the very first gig on Friday night, with the brothers holding hands and raising them to the sky as they walked out onto the stage.
The likes of Champagne Supernova, Supersonic and Slide Away were performed, with Noel pausing for a few bars while singing Half The World Away to take in the sensational scenes in front of him.
After Oasis the stage at the end of the night, fans stomped and cheered as they demanded an encore.
The band then returned to sing The Masterplan, Don't Look Back In Anger and Wonderwall before Liam thanked fans for supporting them.
Still reeling from the last two and half hours on stage, he said: "Thank you, beautiful people. This is it. Nice one for putting up with us over the years. We are hard work, we get it."

However, the show had more than one bump in the road as one fan had to be rushed out of the gig in Cardiff on a stretcher after falling ill. There was chaos in the crowd when one ill fan was given medical assistance. There was a medical incident in the crowd and one person had to be taken off on a stretcher. An onlooker revealed that one gig goer was seen being carried off by the medical crew, with people waving to get out of the way. The woman who needed medical help was being guided across the front of the stage in the pit area, right by the barrier. The incident happened during the band's song D'You Know What I Mean, before they went on to sing Stand By Me. Liam and Noel have been open about their fall out over the years but now the brothers have managed to see eye to eye. Ahead of the tour, Noel had given an interview where he discussed the huge universal appeal of Oasis. "A new generation recognises how Oasis wasn't manufactured. It was chaotic, and flawed, and not technically brilliant. We were rough and ready guys from a rehearsal room, and people recognised it," he said. The music star added: "I didn't invent anything. I had good taste in music, a cool record collection, I could write a melody simple enough to make it work, and it was 50% inspiration and 50% copying."

Noel and Liam Gallagher swaggered on to the stage before waving at concertgoers at Cardiff's Principality Stadium on Friday, the first stop on their long-awaited worldwide reunion tour. Advertisement The brothers, who had not performed together since their dramatic split in 2009, blasted through their setlist, kicking off with Hello, from their second album, (What's the Story) Morning Glory? During the gig, the lead singer apologised to fans for how long it had taken for them to reunite. Liam spoke to the audience several times throughout the set, saying: 'Hello people, it's been too long,' before their third song, (What's the Story). Fans Lachlan Weekes and Jayden Helm, who spent more than a day travelling from Sydney, Australia, to attend the concert, were among them. Mr Weekes said: 'We've been planning it forever. We always said that if they got back together, we'd be at that first show.' Mr Helm said: 'We've been lifelong fans – we're 22 and 21, so haven't really had a chance to see them before. 'We always said it was worth it to come, we wouldn't miss it for the world. To take time off work to come over here, it's more than worth it.' Lawrence Evans, from just outside Swansea, said his 'life changed' when he started listening to the band, as he then started to play music and write songs. He said: 'They were the band that made me realise how much guitar music meant to me.' His son Jimmy said of the concert: 'The fact that it's in Wales is really special for us. 'I've been waiting for this day all my life.' Glenn Moss, an Oasis fan from Essex, who regularly gets mistaken for Liam Gallagher, said he started working as an impersonator before the band's reunion, having previously been against the idea. He said: 'I get stopped all the time – as soon as I got here yesterday four people within five minutes stopped me asking if I was him or for a photo.' The reunion announcement came 15 years after Noel quit the Manchester band, saying he 'simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer', after a backstage brawl at the Rock en Seine festival in Paris. Oasis will visit Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, Edinburgh's Murrayfield Stadium and Dublin's Croke Park throughout July, August and September. The group will then head to Japan, South Korea, South America, Australia and North America. A movie, produced by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, is being made in conjunction with the reunion tour. The band was led by lead guitarist Noel and his brother, lead vocalist Liam, during their 18 years together. Oasis signed to independent record label Creation Records in 1993, rising to fame with the release of their debut chart-topping album Definitely Maybe on August 29 1994. Speaking after the concert, Steve from Hertfordshire, said the band were 'F****** wicked', describing them as 'the best band ever'. Steve said he went to see them in 2006 and they had lived up to his expectations, but admitted to having had quite a few beers before the show. Asked for his favourite part, he said: 'The beginning, the middle, and also the end. 'All of it was fantastic, we had a really good time, we've come all the way from Hertfordshire to see them in Wales.' Morgan, 20, from Wales, said: 'It made my life, honestly, I could get hit by a car and die, and I'd have a smile on my face.' Morgan described himself as an Oasis fan from birth, with his father encouraging him to get into them. 'It was unreal, being in that stadium, I'm still shaking, being here tonight is something else.'
