A Painful Real-Life Betrayal
In an interview with Instant Bollywood, when asked about a real-life betrayal moment—whether she cheated on someone or was cheated on—Elnaaz said, "I was dating someone for 4 years. I got to know that during the course of those 4 years he was also with my best friend. Later, jab mujhe shak hua then I find messages, emails, pictures and everything. That was the biggest betrayal of my life."

Born in Tehran and raised in Germany, Elnaaz began her modeling career at the age of 14, working with major brands.
