Sarah Jessica Parker confirms she dated Nicolas Cage before meeting husband Matthew Broderick

Sarah Jessica Parker has confirmed she dated Nicolas Cage.
The 60-year-old And Just Like That star - who has James, 22, and 16-year-old twins Tabitha and Marion with husband Matthew Broderick - co-starred alongside the 61-year-old actor in the 1992 rom-com Honeymoon in Vegas.
And Sarah Jessica has revealed the pair did have a brief romance during filming before she met her spouse in 1991.
Appearing on Watch What Happens Live, host and close friend Andy Cohen asked her on Sunday's (13.07.25) episode if the gossip was true, to which she replied: 'Um, yes I did [date him]."
Cohen reacted: 'Oh wow. We've got some talking to do!'
During the chat, the Sex and the City actress also revealed she was the first to say "I love you" to 63-year-old Lion King star Matthew.
Meanwhile, Sarah Jessica recently admitted she thinks not being a 'Hollywood couple' has helped her marriage.
The couple tied the knot in 1997, and she believes not speaking much about her personal life and being under the radar in New York has been key to their long-lasting romance.
Asked the secret to her happy marriage, she told Britain's HELLO! magazine: 'Probably that I don't talk about it! It really is a secret.
'But maybe it's because we're not a Hollywood couple. We live in New York – maybe that's good.'
Sarah Jessica has also dated Michael J. Fox, Chris Penn, and Robert Downey Jr.

Liam and Noel Gallagher walk out hand-in-hand again for second Oasis Live '25 Wembley show

Oasis played their second concert at Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday night (26.07.25) - with Liam Gallagher and brother Noel Gallagher walking out together hand-in-hand once again. The reunited brothers walked on to the mammoth stage arms aloft to the track F*****' in the Bushes as the 90,000-plus fans inside the home of football let out a deafening cheer for the second of seven nights at the iconic venue. Oasis kicked off with Hello and followed it up with Acquiesce, with Liam and Noel sharing vocals, before playing an incendiary version of Morning Gory which was dedicated to the "early risers". Liam, 52, was in a playful mood throughout the night and took a moment on stage to clear up speculation about the hat he was wearing on Saturday evening and on Friday (25.07.25). Addressing the attention on his hat, Liam said: "Got one thing to clear up, it's not velvet ... It's jumbo cord and it's a f***ing bucket hat." After Some Might Say made the stadium shake from the thousands of people jumping around, Liam then spoke to the crowd again saying "what's this song? From Mongolia" as he introduced Bring It On Down from the band's acclaimed 1994 debut album Definitely Maybe. For Cigarettes and Alcohol, Liam asked the fans who were standing to do The Poznan, the celebration borrowed from their beloved Premier League football team Manchester City which involves fans facing away from the stage, linking arms with their fellow gig-goers and bouncing up and down in unison. The frontman said: "Right then beautiful people. I never ask you to do anything. I've never asked you to do the hokey cokey. Turn around and do the Poznan." The classics just kept coming and after Roll With It Noel took over on vocals for the ballad Talk Tonight. Before playing the 1995 B-side, the 58-year-old songwriter said: "This one is for the ladies." Noel then performed Half the World Away and Little By Little, which prompted a mass singalong, before Liam returned for D'You Know What I Mean? and Stand By Me from Oasis' third album Be Here Now. One of the evening's highlights was 1994 single Whatever which included Liam singing lyrics from The Beatles song Octopus's Garden. After Live Forever, Oasis departed the stage after an staggering rendition of Rock 'n' Roll Star. They returned to more deafening cheers for an encore of of mass singalongs with Noel on The Masterplan and Don't Look Back In Anger - which pop star Dua Lipa was spotted passionately singing along to - and then Wonderwall with Liam back behind the mic. Before playing set closer Champagne Supernova, Liam thanked fans for sticking with him and Noel during their 16 years away and for coming out in their tens of thousands at each show so far on the reunion tour. He said: "It must be hard work supporting us. Look after yourselves." As the final notes of the rock epic played, the London night sky was lit up by explosions of fireworks as the fans cheered the Gallaghers and their bandmates off stage. Olivia Dean's new album inspired by Carrie Bradshaw

Olivia Dean's new album is inspired by Sex And The City character Carrie Bradshaw. The 26-year-old singer has revealed that the fictional character, played by Sarah Jessica Parker, served as a big inspiration for The Art Of Loving. She told The Sun on Sunday newspaper's Bizarre column: "I'd never seen Sex And The City before, and started watching it from the beginning. I have been living my Carrie moment – her influence will be there." Olivia also revealed that one particular song on the new album focuses on relationship struggles. She shared: "Something In Between is about when you are between being with somebody and not, and you are like, 'I don't want to just have you in my life, like now we are not supposed to talk?'" Olivia released her debut album, Messy, back in 2023. The singer previously explained that the record explored the experience of falling in love again after a break-up. She told TimeOut: "It's a messy road and I've become quite hardened. My heart has got a hard case." The album featured the single Ladies Room, which was inspired by a drunk conversation that she overheard in the toilets on a night out. Olivia explained: "I was just in the cubicle peeing and I overheard this lady talking. "She was like, 'Girls, if I could give you any advice, never go out with a man who's 20 years your senior.' I recorded her because I thought it was hilarious. "The song originally had her voice at the beginning, but it's illegal to record people. I was in the toilet queue before, so I don't know how to find her. Wherever you are out there, you're my inspiration!" Meanwhile, Olivia also revealed that therapy has helped her to overcome her self-doubts. The singer shared: "There was a big chunk of time where I was in a pattern of being very self-critical – to the point where you just feel so s*** about yourself, comparing your beginning point to everyone else's finished product. "That is just the thief of joy. I was honestly in quite a depressive state. I got out of it: I've been doing therapy and learning how I function and what environment I function best in. Therapy is awesome."

The Smurfs star Rihanna identifies with Smurfette 'a lot'

Rihanna feels she identifies with Smurfette "a lot". The 37-year-old singer voiced the blonde-haired blue cartoon character in the 2025 musical-fantasy-comedy film Smurfs, and Rihanna admits she shares her alter-ego's tough, fearless and determined character traits. She told the new issue of Britain's HELLO! magazine: "She's still a girl's girl but she is also tough, which I love. "She's not afraid of anything, or anyone. She's a leader, determined, and she never gives up. I really feel like I identify with her a lot." Rihanna - who owns the cosmetics Fenty Beauty brand, and the Savage X Fenty lingerie label - added: "She's a beautician and an aesthetician too, so it felt like we have a lot in common. "I've always identified with Smurfette, right back to when I was four or five years old, so when this opportunity came up, I just couldn't believe it. "It's a dream come true." The performer thinks little girls will want to aspire to be like Smurfette after they have seen the movie. She added: "She's real and accessible, and you're charmed by her. "Little girls are going to believe they can be her or be friends with her." Despite having had previous movie roles, including DreamWorks' Home as the voice of Gratuity 'Tip' Tucci, Rihanna feels "much more confident" as a musician than an actor. She explained: "I feel much more confident as a musician than I do with acting. "I have so much respect for actors, and it's definitely very intimidating to be amongst them. It's scary. "But I think as long as I work at it, I don't see why I wouldn't do film. I've had fun experiences so far." Rihanna says her sons, RZA, three, and Riot, 23 months - who she has with her husband, 36-year-old rapper A$AP Rocky - cannot wait to see Smurfs. She said: "They're excited about it. "To be there with them to see Smurfette on screen with my voice coming out of her mouth is a huge moment. It's fun to share this with them." The film sees the Smurfs rescue Papa Smurf (John Goodman) after evil wizards Razamel and Gargamel (both voiced by JP Karliak) take him. And with the help from new pals, they "must discover what defines their destiny to save the universe". Rihanna - who contributed music to the film's soundtrack - hopes the movie will make audiences realise that they can achieve anything in life, as well as the importance of teamwork. She said: "I hope they have fun watching it and come away with the positive message that, to achieve anything in life, [it] takes a team. "We all need a strong team around us. I know I do."
