Written by an all-star lineup of TEDDY, Diplo, 24, Zikai, Claudia Valentina, Jumpa, Malachiii and Jesse Bluu — and produced by Diplo, 24, Boaz Van De Beatz, Zecca and Ape Drums — 'JUMP' sees BLACKPINK boldly venture into hardstyle territory.
Each member — JISOO, JENNIE, ROSÉ and LISA — shines across the track's unpredictable hooks and pounding beats, showcasing their individual vocal colors while delivering a united, addictive energy.
The new release comes as BLACKPINK kick off their massive World Tour DEADLINE, which will see the quartet perform 31 shows across 16 cities, including two-night stadium stops in Los Angeles, New York, Paris and London. Following their South Korea opener, the group are set to bring the tour stateside this weekend for a two-night stint at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
The tour will then continue overseas throughout the summer and fall, making stops in France, Italy, Spain, United Kingdom, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore,Japan and Hong Kong.
'JUMP' also sets the stage for the next chapter in BLACKPINK's career after a three-year hiatus that saw each member pursue solo ventures, from JENNIE's acting debut in The Idol to ROSÉ and LISA's solo music success.
BLACKPINK hasn't shared new music since 2023's 'The Girls,' which the foursome released specially for Blackpink The Game. Before that came 2022 album Born Pink, which topped the Billboard 200.
'Jump' is now available on all major streaming platforms.

The pair of podcast hosts — and close friends — spoke exclusively with PEOPLE at their Las Culturistas podcast's fourth annual Culture Awards. Ahead of the award show's taping, the actors spoke about the evolution of their friendship to broadcasting their pop culture award show on Bravo. The two comedians have hosted their pop culture comedy podcast for nearly a decade. Throughout its tenure, they have developed jokes for their devoted audience, inadvertently creating the Las Culturistas Culture Awards. The show, which has 100 unique categories, from 'Eva Longoria Award For Tiny Woman, Huge Impact' to 'Best Hand Moment, Excellence In Hands,' honors what the two comics find noteworthy in culture. Notably, the pair has said how the show began as an ongoing joke on their podcast, and quickly developed into in-person events that fans attended in New York City and Los Angeles. As they reflected on their podcast's growth and, in turn, the awards show telecast, Yang, 34, explained how hard the pair had worked on this event, and recalled a conversation he had with Tony winner Cole Escola. 'Cole Escola recently was like telling me, like, 'I don't like it when people say this person deserved it, or this thing deserved it, it feels like we don't deserve it.' But at the same time, I reject that notion, because no one deserves anything,' Yang said. 'Also, this is something that started as a bit, but what is also true is that we put a lot of hard work into it.' Rogers, 35, then remarked, 'I will say, if I could go back to those you know, 19-year-olds that met and became such close friends, and told them what would happen. It'd be kind of crazy.' (Their friendship first began in New York City when they met as students at New York University.) 'I think they would just, they'd be like, 'That's really daunting. How are we gonna do it?'' he said, adding, 'But we did it.' Weeks before they filmed, the duo celebrated their podcast at Cannes Lions, and Yang remarked on how their friendship has translated to the podcast format. 'I think what I love most about our friendship is what listeners like about the friendship,' the Saturday Night Live star said, per E! News. "You're in on the joke," he began to explain. "We have a deep well of inside jokes, of bits, of friends, of random people we met—and it's all wonderful strolls down memory lane. And I think what we're building with the podcast is inside jokes for everybody to be in on.' After the show's taping, the podcast co-hosts appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on July 28 and celebrated their spot on Time Magazine's list of the 100 all-time best podcasts. Reflecting on their experience, Rogers said that the podcast's success surprised them as they "knew" that "no one would listen" when they created it in 2016. Things changed during the pandemic, as people were longing for a sense of connection. He said, "That's what they wanted, to connect and hear a friendship in action [and] hear conversation between people who are over-caffeinated." The Larry King Collection is up for auction in Los Angeles
Collectors have started placing bids on The Larry King Collection, hoping for a chance to own the legendary talk show host's suspenders, vintage microphones, signed books, and sports memorabilia ahead of the official auction next week. King made his way into American households through his long-running CNN television talk show "Larry King Live," which ran for 25 years from 1985 through 2010. He conducted an estimated 50,000 on-air interviews with celebrities, athletes, politicians and businesspeople. With his button-up shirt sleeves rolled up, sporting a pair of suspenders, and a vintage-looking radio microphone propped on the desk in front of him, King managed to disarm his guests with his easy-going style. His suspender collection on the auction block spans the decades. So far, his two 1990s suspenders, which include a red pair, have a current high bid of $500. Two pairs gifted from Donald Trump have a current bid of $250, and there are some 1990s Bruno Magli Loafers in there as well. He died in January 2021 at 87 years old and left behind not only a legacy on the airwaves but also in his collections. Julien's Auctions is hosting the Larry King Collection, with over 400 items available. "Items on offer will relate to his storied media career, his love of the Los Angeles Dodgers, his personal library, and his personal collectibles." There's even a "I'm Sorry I Bet on Baseball" – Pete Rose signed baseball. There's a hodgepodge of celebrity-related material, including a "Blackbird Singing" Paul McCartney signed book, a pair of 1980s framed Frank Sinatra letters, and a 2002 Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne "reaffirm wedding vows" invitation. "Please go to our online catalogue and start scrolling through this exciting auction, which represents the wonderful and unique legacy Mr. Larry King left for us," Julien's Auctions wrote. Anyone can register to bid at Julien's and the auction takes place on August 12 at 10 a.m.
